Our return policy at Alloy.com allows customers to return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number. Returns can be processed through our online portal or by contacting our customer service team. Please note that all original tags and packaging must be intact for a full refund. Once the returned items are received and inspected, customers will be notified of the refund status. Refunds are typically issued back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. However, please note that shipping fees and gift box charges are non-refundable.
