Are there any exclusions or restrictions on returns?

At AlbeeBaby.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. However, there are a few exclusions and restrictions on returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for most items, except for final sale or clearance items, personalized or customized products, as well as certain health and personal care items for hygienic reasons. Additionally, car seats, strollers, and furniture can be returned if unopened and in their original packaging. It's important to note that returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Any product that is damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
