Aeropostale has a customer-friendly return policy to ensure utmost satisfaction. Customers can return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 60 days from the original purchase date, either in-store or by mail. Returns made with a receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, while those without a receipt will receive store credit or an exchange at the current selling price. However, eGift cards, final sale items, or items with a "Do Not Remove" tag are non-returnable. For online purchases, customers can also return items to a local store or utilize the prepaid return label included in the package. It is important to note that returns are processed based on the original payment method, and refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect. Aeropostale strives to make the return process hassle-free and seamless for its customers.
