I placed an order for aftershave at 21.56 on 27/11/19 from the Perfume shop via eBay. I realized shortly after that I had ordered the wrong product. I promptly emailed the seller within 5 minutes and also contacted eBay within 15 minutes. The next day, I received an email from the seller stating that the order had already been dispatched, which seemed impossible given the timing of my emails. I had to bear the cost of sending the item back and was displeased with the situation. I then received an email from eBay on 10/12/20 informing me that a refund had been issued because the seller responded to my cancellation email. If they had acted upon my initial email, I would not have incurred unnecessary expenses and time.

I recently sold a set of candlesticks with a matching bowl, but unfortunately, the bowl broke during shipping. The set was comprised of five pieces, and they were sold for $25.78. I offered a partial refund of $13 to the buyer, but she mentioned she couldn't send an email picture of the broken piece. I'm uncertain how to proceed in this situation. I would like a refund for my package that is at eBay Paris. It was sent from Agde on Saturday morning. I have contacted the seller, who refuses to refund me. I made a mistake with the return address for the motorcycle jacket. I paid [redacted] euros and I would like a refund. The seller is asking me to wait for the return of the jacket and send it to the correct address, but I already paid nearly 16 euros for shipping. I need to report a scam involving eBay. The scammers used a fake eBay Motors logo and color scheme to deceive me into paying for a vehicle using eBay Money Cards. I purchased an item that I was unable to use. eBay instructed me to contact the seller for a return address, but since I don't have a printer, I couldn't print it. eBay then emailed me on November 28 at 10:50 am, assuring me that the return request was approved and to await the return shipping label. By December 5, having not received the label, I took the initiative to send the item back using the return address from the package. I'm wondering if the delay in returning the item is my fault or eBay's due to the instruction to wait for the label in the email. I hope to receive my $[redacted].xx refund soon. - Doyle

I have encountered two issues regarding recent sales. The first two items were shipped out, and the customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, PayPal is still withholding the funds from the first sale, even though it was completed last Thursday. I have fulfilled all requirements promptly. I sold a rocking chair for $1,[redacted], and I am eager to receive the payment without delays. I have been in contact with PayPal and followed up with your company, but the issue persists. I am aware that I need to wait for delivery confirmation, which has already been provided. I am open to receiving payments through other methods such as a check or direct deposit. Secondly, I sold another chair and will personally deliver it to adjust the invoice accordingly. Your prompt attention to these matters is appreciated; I value my experiences on Ebay but find PayPal's handling of transactions frustrating. Thank you.

I purchased a product for my daughter that was initially lost in transit, resulting in a refund being issued. However, the product has now been delivered. The seller requested in an email to refuse the item for return, but the courier was unable to comply. Consequently, I now have both the product and the refund. I am unable to afford the return postage and the wait for another refund. Can the seller please arrange for a courier to pick up the item for return or consider writing it off? I have been attempting to investigate the lost parcel with the local post office, but despite waiting around 1.5 months for a response from Canada Post, I was unable to appeal the case on time. I received a faulty item from the seller. I have been asked to send multiple videos explaining the issue, even though I have already provided evidence from the support group confirming the problem. Despite following all instructions, the seller keeps making new demands. Now, I am expected to record another video from the beginning. I don't want to spend another week redoing this process. The IT support group has acknowledged the device's fault, so why is the seller not accepting it? I am seeking your help to facilitate a refund. I am open to returning the item for inspection. On October 28, I purchased a Sony color corrector for [redacted] Euro, including shipping, from the seller "Ingrid Uwe Arcor" on eBay. I recently bought season 6 of Chicago P.D. for the 2nd time on eBay, but the discs were not new as described. They were scratched and used, making them unwatchable except for disc 3. I suspect it's a pirated copy. I didn't keep a receipt, so I can't track down the seller. This has been my second bad experience with eBay, and I feel cheated. I appreciate the show and wanted to support honest sellers. I'll have to look elsewhere to buy Chicago Fire, Mad, and Heartland. It's disappointing to see dishonest sellers taking advantage of hardworking people. Although it might be more expensive, I prefer to buy from trustworthy sources in the future to ensure I receive genuine products.

I recently sold a drum to a buyer who initially claimed it was the wrong size, then changed his mind stating it was the right one. Now, he is requesting a return, alleging the drum is broken and not as described, specifically mentioning it's larger than described. The drum is exactly as described, measuring 10 inches from bearing edge to bearing edge. It appears the buyer may not be measuring it correctly. Despite this, I am willing to accept the return, but I am reluctant to cover the return shipping costs. It seems the buyer is being dishonest about the drum to secure a full refund, which I find unfair as the drum is accurately described.

I purchased an item from Wonderland Shop Ltd. The seller did not cooperate, so I took legal action and won the case. I contacted the seller regarding the refund, and he initially agreed after receiving the court letter. However, he later changed his mind and asked for the item back, even though he previously said I could keep it. Eventually, he requested my bank details for a refund but has not processed it. I no longer have the item, and his behavior has been disrespectful. I have reported him multiple times. I believe he should be banned from eBay due to his poor feedback and lack of cooperation. If he does not refund me, I will pursue legal action again.

Hello, I wanted to share an issue with my recent purchase on eBay.co.uk. On November 19th, I ordered a stick foundation (Anastasia Beverly Hills) which unfortunately arrived damaged due to a problem with the global transaction. Upon contacting UPS in Greece, I was informed that the package has been sitting opened in Italy for several days with nothing inside.
I have reached out to the seller, who explained that since the item was sent to the eBay shipping center in the U.K., it is now eBay's responsibility. However, I am having trouble finding a way to contact eBay directly to resolve this issue.

On December 7, [redacted], I purchased a NutriChopper - Food Chopper & Dicer with 3 Stainless Steel Blades & Container, New #[redacted]92 for $14.97. Shortly after, I found a cheaper chopper for $14.00 and requested to cancel my order. However, the seller informed me that the item had already been shipped and could not be cancelled, which seems unlikely. I received two choppers but require only one. Despite my request, the seller has not provided a free return label. Due to technical issues, I am unable to contact eBay's customer service or request intervention on the website. I recently encountered an issue with a seller named Joakim Aspelöf, also known as 'meojs' on eBay, who has been selling Golden Corral gift cards. However, it seems that the codes he provides are already used by others, causing the cards to deplete regularly despite having no expiration date. When I brought this to his attention and requested replacement cards or reimbursement, he blocked me from making further purchases. I believe his actions constitute fraud.
