I attempted to link my Gmail login to my existing Ebay account to create a listing. However, when trying to list an item, I received an error message prompting me to increase my limit. Unexpectedly, my account was then suspended without any explanation. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact customer support since I can't access the support form with the account suspension. I am seeking assistance to verify my Ebay account, lift the suspension, and raise my selling limit to list items from my collection.

I purchased the Skip Hop Diaper Caddy Organizer with Touch Sensor Night Light on November 9, [redacted]. Shortly after, I discovered the same product at a significantly lower price on another website. When checking my order on eBay, I noticed it had not been shipped yet. I contacted the seller, requesting to cancel my order due to finding a better price elsewhere and provided evidence of the price difference. However, I have not received a response from the seller nor has the product been shipped. I am requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund as the product has not been shipped. Thank you. N.R.

I am experiencing ongoing problems with the delivery services provided by your company, particularly the United States Postal Service. There have been instances where packages have gone missing, and the blame has been shifted to your company. I kindly request that you consider employing a different delivery service, like Amazon's, to avoid these issues. It is disheartening to make purchases only to not receive them. Over the course of two years, the postal service has been responsible for stealing items I have ordered. It's crucial for a change to be made. I suggest utilizing FedEx or UPS for deliveries. I appreciate the great service eBay offers, but the delivery aspect leaves much to be desired. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On 11/26, I placed an order and received a confirmation email. The total cost of $46.98 USD was charged to my Mastercard. By 11/27, Ebay contacted me to pay and complete the purchase. On 11/29, another email from Ebay indicated that the order had been shipped. After contacting the seller on 12/2 to inquire about the order, I received an invoice from Ebay requesting $46.98 USD payment. The seller claims not to have received the payment, although it shows up in my Mastercard transaction history. Furthermore, on 12/2, the seller opened an unpaid item case against me. The item is stuck in my checkout and I cannot remove it. Attempting to pay or complete the checkout results in page errors, and the same issue occurs when trying to click 'Pay Now' on the unpaid invoices section.

Hello, I recently purchased a pair of headphones only to realize they were not wireless, which was the main reason I bought them. I attempted to return them within 5 minutes of opening the package. When I tried to access the order details through the email link I received from eBay, I encountered an error message stating I needed to be logged into the account used to purchase the item, which is confusing since I am indeed using my own eBay account. Despite initially thinking I might have made the purchase as a guest, I confirmed from the email headers that it was an order and not a guest order. I attempted to follow the instructions to return the item as a guest using my email address and order confirmation, but I kept being redirected to log into my account. Checking my purchase history didn't provide any solutions. I am struggling to return the item before my trip or before the 30-day return window closes, and I am unsure of the next steps to take.

Since updating to the newest Firefox version on my Mac Book Pro, I'm unable to access my eBay account. Every link I click on the eBay site redirects me to a frozen verify identity screen. Despite following the suggested troubleshooting steps for Firefox, the issue persists. Attempts to reach out to customer support lead me back to the login page, looping back to the verify ID screen. This cycle is frustrating. While I can log in using Safari, I prefer the security and functionalities of Firefox. Any guidance would be appreciated, especially during this busy shopping period.

My car broke down and urgently needed a fuel pump that fits my vehicle. My order #21-[redacted] was supposed to arrive by Dec. 6th, [redacted], but tracking info now shows a delivery date of Dec. 9th, [redacted]. This delay is frustrating as I was assured it would arrive on time before purchasing it. Checking again, the package is currently in Jennette, Arkansas, only about an hour and a half away from me. Given this proximity, there seems to be no valid reason for the delayed delivery date. I rely on my car and needed this part by the promised day, so I hope to get more accurate information on when it will arrive. If it doesn't come today as initially agreed, I will need a refund. Hello, my name is Samuel Poole. On March 7th, I purchased an 18-piece front suspension kit on eBay for my [redacted] Ford Expedition. I am experiencing excessive shaking and wobbling on the front driver side wheel, indicating a potential collapse or detachment issue. After my certified NAPA mechanic's inspection, it appears there might be a defective left front tie rod that keeps coming loose due to normal road wear. Despite being tightened and torqued twice, the part continues to loosen as if the threads were not calibrated correctly. Hello! I bought a Kate Spade New York King Sheet Set in LIGHT GRAY Larabee Polka Dot on September 19th. I was away when it was delivered, and when I returned on November 16th, I discovered that the sheets were actually BROWN instead of the GRAY ones I ordered. I need assistance with determining the purchase date of the Fitbit Flex II battery I obtained from your store. I am uncertain if the setup was done by your store or Fitbit directly. My previous Flex II battery required recharging every 1-2 days, prompting me to purchase a new one with the expectation of longer battery life. Fitbit mentioned a battery life of "up to 5 days," but the battery I purchased from your store lasts a maximum of 2 days, sometimes less. I came across a car for sale on Facebook for $[redacted]. The seller claimed to be a military personnel in need of selling the vehicle. I proceeded with the purchase, transferring $[redacted] for the car via eBay. Following that, another $[redacted] was sent for supposed insurance through eBay cards. I delivered item [redacted]88, a Mattel Dinotrux talking Ty Rux figure to the buyer's home on Dec 6, [redacted], at 2:19 pm. The USPS tracking number is [redacted][redacted]17. The buyer claims they did not receive the item, and they are requesting a refund. From my perspective, I fulfilled my responsibility by delivering the item as expected, and the Post Office also did their part in the delivery process. Unfortunately, if the package was stolen from the doorstep because the buyer was not present to receive it, I do not believe I should be held accountable for this. I have yet to communicate with the buyer regarding this issue as I wanted to seek advice before proceeding. Thank you for your input on this matter.

I am waiting for the return of the wrongly received $[redacted] item by the buyer greentigerking before issuing a refund, as per eBay policy. The tracking information for the return item is still pending from the buyer. Additionally, I am requesting the removal of negative feedback from both buyers as the issues have been addressed. I bought the "Sony PlayStation VR with Camera and VR Worlds Game (V2) PS4 Bundle" from the seller "store.official ([redacted])" during the Black Friday sales. The order was marked as "order sent" and was supposed to be delivered by the 5th/6th of December. However, on the 9th of December, I received an email from eBay informing me that my order had been canceled at the buyer's request, and a refund was issued. The seller also contacted me via email, explaining they had run out of stock and had to cancel the order. It would have been better if they had informed me sooner, as I could have purchased it from another seller at the same Black Friday price. I now missed out on the deal. Is there a way to extend the Black Friday offer I had on this order so I can buy it from a different seller?

Hello! I initiated a return process for a defective item on eBay. Unfortunately, I am facing challenges reaching an agreement with the seller regarding the return. The issue stems from the lack of a return shipping label, with the cost of return shipping exceeding [redacted]€, half the item's price. I am concerned about potentially incurring further losses by sending back the item without guarantee of a refund. Moreover, the deadline for the return is approaching rapidly, set for the 11th of December, just 2 days away. The seller has become unresponsive to my messages, and it seems they may be deliberately waiting for the deadline to expire.
