I am seeking assistance regarding a transaction issue on eBay. I sold a phone and received payment through PayPal. However, the buyer initiated a dispute, causing my account to be limited and the amount to be sent to a creditor. I have not received the item back and find it unjust to refund the buyer without retrieving the phone. This situation seems unfair as the buyer retains both the item and the refunded amount. I am willing to refund the money upon the return of my phone. I am looking for a resolution and clarification on this matter as I believe this process is questionable. I recently sold a Ridgid Brad Nailer for $[redacted].78, but the customer canceled the order. I'm unable to relist it due to a hold on my account preventing me from listing anything until the balance due is paid. Despite being unable to create new listings, this particular item was already listed before the restrictions. I had reached out to eBay Seller Support in the Philippines last week regarding my balance due, and they assured me I had until the 20th of this month to pay it before any account actions would be taken. However, the next day, they restricted my ability to list items. I kindly request the brad nailer listing be reconsidered, as it was listed prior to the restriction being imposed.

I typically close my eBay account shortly after receiving my purchased items due to the excessive communication afterward. Despite creating new accounts for each purchase, I always adhere to proper payment practices and avoid any fraudulent activities. Surprisingly, my latest account was suspended right after placing an order, despite my limited shopping activity on the platform.
I wish eBay would allow users more control over their account notifications without assuming fraudulent behavior. After receiving the item I ordered, a t-shirt, I hope there won't be any issues with it. It's frustrating that eBay's policies make it difficult to provide feedback or handle returns seamlessly.

Last month, I purchased a ring with item number [redacted]34 from GLS. Unfortunately, GLS did not deliver the item despite no evidence of an attempted delivery. After trying to contact them with no success, the item was returned to the seller. Despite multiple attempts to reach the seller, I received no response and when I initiated a case, the seller only communicated with the company and not with me. Feeling frustrated, I sought the company's intervention but felt they sided with the seller without addressing my concerns. I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and fairness in this situation. I believe the seller should either resend the item at their shipping expense or refund me for the purchase. I feel that the individual handling my case was incompetent and unjust.

I won an auction for a $22,[redacted] robot, and I've arranged with my bank to authorize the purchase on my debit card. Everything was going smoothly during checkout until I tried to pay. Hello, I recently received a refund for the Magic the Gathering War of the Spark Mythic Edition box that was oversold. Initially, I was notified that the refund would be processed to my credit card. However, I later received an email stating that the refund was sent to my PayPal account, despite not having used PayPal for the purchase. I am facing a major issue resolving my account problem and a larger one with an item I sold on eBay. I sold an iPhone on the UK website with clear warnings about it being iCloud and passcode locked. I opened a case on eBay, provided all information, including pictures and the post office receipt. However, I received an email from PayPal today stating a refund was issued for an item that was supposedly not delivered. I have evidence that the buyer received the phone, as they confirmed via email. But when I try to appeal the case on eBay, I can't find the option to upload all my documentation and communication with the buyer. I feel frustrated about losing money, not receiving my phone back, and the buyer's dishonesty. I recently received a notice that my account on eBay has been suspended, but the email addressed me as "suzri-78" instead of my correct user ID, Suzan.ric. The email mentions security concerns due to recent activity and states that my account has been indefinitely suspended. I am unable to access eBay in any way, and outstanding fees need to be paid immediately. The email advises not to reply as the sender does not accept incoming emails. The seller ya_yinz has disappeared. Seller's message: "Dear Customer, Sorry for the system issue on Ebay. Your parcel has been sent after payment. Please be patient, we are taking full responsibility for your order. Regards, Kayla." If you agree with this resolution, inform the seller via the Resolution Center. If not, suggest an alternative solution to the seller.

I purchased truck parts from eBay in April. The first shipment arrived without any issues. However, I am still awaiting the second part. The seller claimed it was returned because it was refused, but no one at the correct address ever saw it to refuse it. I double-checked the shipping address and confirmed it was correct. The person expecting the part never received it. The seller said he reshipped it on Monday, but as of now, I still haven't received it. Regarding the purchase of the Ade Optics RD3006B Python Green Dot Micro Mini Reflex Sight for Handgun (Item #[redacted]60) from the seller Optical Factory, I received the item on 04/19/19. Unfortunately, the product is not functioning correctly. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times between 04/25/19 and now, my issue remains unresolved.
The seller mentioned on 04/25/19 that a replacement product, along with a shipping label for the return, would be dispatched by 05/03/19, and I would be provided with a tracking number. As of today (05/10/19), I am yet to receive any update or information.
Ebay informed me via email that I had until 05/06/19 to return the item for a refund. Regrettably, I couldn't meet this deadline due to not receiving the replacement product and shipping label.

On May 10th, the return was closed, and the reason for closing was explained in the complete story description. According to eBay's policy, the return was approved the same day. A return was created with the reason being "Doesn't fit." The item was purchased on 23/4/19, and upon finding missing details in the description, an attempt to cancel was made a few days later. The seller stated the item had already been shipped. Upon receipt on 29/4/19, per instructions, the item was returned without being opened. Tracking information and eBay communication confirm the seller received the item on 3/5/19. However, there has been no further communication or refund received. I received an Amazon order on May 10, [redacted], which came in an Amazon box along with an unsolicited order also from Amazon, originating from North Las Vegas, NV, despite being tracked back to Colorado.
