I need help with my eBay account. After reviewing my account, eBay has suspended it due to concerns with my recent activity. They have removed several item listings from my account to protect their members. I am unable to use eBay while suspended and creating a new account may impact my ability to appeal the suspension. To appeal this action, eBay requires me to verify my account information and activity directly. Any outstanding selling fees will need to be paid, and any disputed amounts will be charged to my current billing method. The removed listings are as follows: - JORDAN 23 Tracksuit - Way To Celebrate Easter Egg Wreath, Purple - Personalized Kids Name Gift Wicker Easter Basket – Blue Liner - Mars Chocolate Easter Gift Full Size Variety Box, Gift 33.31 Oz., 18 Count

I purchased a motorized wheelchair for $[redacted].99 on April 4th where the eBay ad stated free shipping. However, the seller told me they do not ship, and I would have to pick it up in Washington State, which is not feasible as I live in Atlanta, GA. eBay advised me to contact the seller directly. When I called Pawnfathers, the person I spoke to hung up on me. The item ID is [redacted]01. I request a refund of the charge immediately, or I will escalate this matter to my credit card company. My name is William N. and my contact number is [redacted].

I bought an item from a seller and tried to make the payment promptly the next day, as the auction happened during my night time. I am repeatedly receiving a message stating "One or more sellers can't accept payments right now. Please contact the sellers for help." Despite reaching out to the seller twice, there has been no response. I suspect that the seller may have blocked me to prevent me from making the payment, possibly because the item was sold for less than they anticipated. I could be mistaken, but I am eager to pay for the item as I genuinely want it. Here is the link to the item I purchased: [redacted].

Hello! I'm currently having trouble with my eBay account because it's been inactive for some time, and now I'm attempting to list an unused dog cage but I keep encountering an issue. Whenever I try to list the item, I receive a message stating my account is on hold and to check my messages for more information. However, upon checking my messages, there is no notification explaining the hold. I'm confused as to why my account is on hold and how to proceed with listing my item. I work irregular hours, so accessing eBay support when they're available is challenging for me. I tried to reach out using chat or email services without success, and inadvertently spoke with an Australian representative. They redirected me here in hopes of finding a solution. Thank you for your assistance. Maureen K. Rockaway Beach, NY

After enduring four months of mistreatment on eBay, including abuse, mockery, humiliation, and dishonesty, I feel compelled to share my experience for accountability. I have documented evidence for all the incidents that have occurred. Part 1: The Customer Service Representatives: 1. They led to the cancellation of three orders due to errors. 2. Revealed confidential user information. 3. Deliberately lied to cover up mistakes. 4. Provided false information repeatedly. 5. Following their instructions resulted in financial losses and irreversible suspensions. 6. Mocked and accused me of holding a personal grudge against a seller. 7. Humiliated me by misrepresenting my reputation to a seller. 8. Refused to reimburse coupons after a canceled sale. 9. Dismissed reporting fake DVDs as unimportant. 10. Coerced me to cancel a refund request and then failed to refund as promised. My interactions with eBay customer service have been frustrating, including spending over 14 hours on the phone in the past three weeks with unfulfilled promises of compensation. Despite receiving a $10 voucher, misinformation led to an $8 loss. I am now considering legal action due to the documented evidence of their misconduct.

I have encountered numerous issues while using eBay in accordance with their policies over the past four months. The customer service representatives have caused the cancellation of three orders, disclosed confidential user information, provided false information, and even mocked and accused me of having personal grudges. They have also mishandled refund requests, leading to financial losses and account suspensions. Additionally, I was misled about refunds and offered inadequate compensation for the damages caused. Despite spending countless hours on the phone with eBay, the situation remains unresolved. I possess documented evidence of these occurrences and am considering legal action.

I bought four items from Glueckind101 in Germany on January 19, [redacted]. They were shipped in one package, but unfortunately, it never reached me. After waiting for over two months, the seller refunded my purchase, which I appreciate. However, the seller mentioned they are facing certain fees for the refund, which they usually waive in cases like mine when the merchandise is lost. Can anyone provide guidance on this matter? Thank you, J.G.

I recently sold a vintage doll in excellent condition on eBay. However, due to eBay's money-back guarantee, the purchase price along with shipping costs was deducted from my PayPal account even though the doll was returned to me damaged. Despite being instructed three times to photograph the doll upon arrival for damage assessment, eBay only considered finding in my favor if the buyer confessed to intentionally causing the damage. This issue has been widely reported on the BBB website, and The Guardian has assisted many others facing similar problems. The Michigan Attorney General has clarified that businesses can set their return policies but eBay's money-back guarantee complicates this by being automatically applied to all auctions. Even though my auction clearly stated that returns are accepted within 30 days, eBay still intervened, which is confusing.

Dear Ebay Customer Service, I recently received a notification from the seller stating that they are unable to ship my item through USPS due to technical issues, marking the third time this has occurred. The seller highlighted that the problem lies with Line 2 of the shipping address, indicating it should not exceed 40 characters. My original shipping address was: Name: Vaughan Sleep Street Address 1: PT Freeport Indonesia (#[redacted]) Street Address 2: C/o DHL Solutions [redacted] Creekside Parkway Suite A Lockbourne, OH [redacted] United States After being informed of the address issue, I made slight adjustments, changing it to: Name: Vaughan Sleep ([redacted]) Freeport Indonesia - c/o DHL Solutions Street Address 1: [redacted] Creekside Street Address 2: Parkway Suite A Lockbourne, OH [redacted] United States

eBay Sellers Misleading Buyers I am disappointed with eBay once again for allowing sellers to mislead buyers for profit. Recently, I ordered 24 cans of pet meat, believing it was a case for $11. However, upon receiving the order, I realized it was actually for a single 3oz can. My son, who saw the same misleading ad, could have bought the same product from Walmart for a better deal. It's frustrating to see sellers using deceptive tactics to trick buyers, whether it's with pet food or clothing sizes. The prices and items displayed should accurately reflect what is being sold.

Title: Concern about Deceptive eBay Sellers Member 3263mmm Pathfinder 04-09-[redacted] 02:04:20 AM I am disheartened by eBay's practices where sellers are deceiving buyers. This is not the first time but the second time I have encountered this issue. Recently, I ordered what I thought was 24 cans of potter meat, but upon receiving the package, I discovered it was only one 3oz can for $11. The seller's advertisement was misleading, as it stated it was a case of 24 cans. I could have purchased the same quantity for $11 at Walmart. I demand a full refund instead of a partial one. eBay must take action to review and regulate seller advertisements to prevent such misleading practices.

I attempted to purchase a pair of tennis shoes that I have been searching for on eBay over the past six months. My eBay account informed me that the password was incorrect, although I have not made any changes to it. I am currently in Mexico, and the messages were in Spanish, a language I am not fluent in. Despite trying to reset my password, I was unable to do so due to the language barrier. I am an American citizen temporarily in Mexico, and my account is in English, not in Spanish. I understand it may seem trivial, but these shoes hold sentimental value as I have been searching for them for quite some time. Any assistance with translating the messages from Spanish to English while I shop in Mexico would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I purchased an LED dog collar for my grandson's dog for Christmas in November [redacted] from WorldTrade100, but it never arrived. Despite contacting them multiple times and being told they would send another one, it also never showed up. After checking the company's feedback and discovering other customers faced similar issues, I realize it is now April [redacted], and the item will likely not arrive. I believe eBay should look into this company. Sincerely, Mrs. D. Getlevog

Hello, I recently received a message from the seller stating that they are unable to ship my item due to the address not being recognized by USPS. This has been a recurring issue for me, and in the past, I have relied on eBay to assist in resolving similar problems. The purchasing ID for this transaction is: [redacted]48. Initially, when I purchased the item, my shipping address was as follows: Name: Vaughan Sleep Street Address 1: PT Freeport Indonesia (#[redacted]) Street Address 2: C/o DHL Solutions [redacted] Creekside Parkway Suite A Lockbourne OH [redacted] United States The seller mentioned that the issue lies with the second line, which should not exceed 40 characters. Subsequently, I made slight modifications to the shipping address as follows: Name: Vaughan Sleep ([redacted]) Freeport Indonesia - c/o DHL Solutions Street Address 1: [redacted] Creekside Street Address 2: Parkway Suite A Lockbourne OH [redacted] United States Could you please assist me in communicating with the seller to confirm that the address provided is valid so that they can proceed with shipping? I am unsure if the modifications I made to the address will resolve the issue, as it appears that the seller may not have acknowledged the changes. Thank you, isetiawan

In December [redacted], I made a purchase from a seller on this platform. I have been facing issues with the delivery of my order. Despite the seller claiming they attempted to deliver the item to my address, I use a P.O. box and the post office does not deliver to my home. The seller admitted they lost track of the item in the mail and offered to send a replacement, but I have not received it yet. I reached out to them, but have not received a response. I am unsure if they actually sent a replacement as promised. I am seeking advice on how to proceed since I cannot raise a complaint with the original order details and do not have any information on the replacement item. Thank you.

I have been dealing with a frustrating return situation with an eBay seller since February. They were supposed to send me a return label due to a mistake on their end, but all I received were packaging slips. After being advised by eBay's customer service to send back the item at my own cost before the deadline, I discovered the seller's address was in China, despite being listed as a U.S. seller. I sent the package internationally but couldn't get insurance due to the unconfirmed address. Despite providing proof of shipment, eBay closed the case, claiming my tracking number was incorrect. I am now considering legal action if this is not resolved promptly. I need a valid email address to send additional proof to the seller urgently.

I purchased [redacted] m3x45 bolts (Order# [redacted]65). The supplier couldn't provide them but offered m3x50 and m3x55 instead, which I declined, requesting a cancellation. Despite this, they shipped the incorrect parts. I initiated the return process but encountered difficulties. The vendor claimed to have sent a return label on Mar 23rd, which was untrue. After contacting the vendor again, I received a Chinese shipping number. When trying to ship the bolts back at the post office, I was informed the number was invalid and that I needed to pay for shipping. This situation is frustrating as the vendor should not have sent the wrong items without my approval. I believe the seller misrepresented the return process with Ebay. It's been challenging to resolve this matter through automated systems without speaking to a person. I insist on a refund for this order, as none of the errors were mine. I've already invested time, gas, and effort into this return. I'm willing to return the items if a proper US shipping label (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) is provided by the vendor.

Regarding your email for 1958Suva: Hello, I wanted to follow up on our earlier conversation. It appears that in the majority of cases where I have had to file claims, it has been due to the sellers' accounts being compromised. I have raised concerns with eBay about the high number of accounts experiencing this issue on a daily basis. It is evident that eBay is facing serious system security problems if so many accounts are being compromised. This has never occurred to me on other platforms like Amazon. As a long-standing and honest customer, it is distressing that these incidents keep happening. I sincerely hope eBay addresses these security vulnerabilities to ensure a safe environment for both buyers and sellers. I have had to file claims before receiving any products because eBay notified me that the sellers' accounts were compromised in every recent case. It is important to investigate and resolve these issues within eBay's system before casting blame on customers. Best regards, J.Amalsadia 1958Suva
