I sold my phone on eBay and provided the buyer with my email for communication. After learning their eBay account was suspended, I canceled the purchase on eBay but maintained contact with the buyer through email. The buyer paid via PayPal through eBay after that. eBay contacted me, confirming they had received the payment and requested my tracking number and barcode for verification. I sent this information to eBay two days ago but haven't heard back yet. Meanwhile, the parcel was delivered to the buyer through next-day delivery. Despite that, I have not received the payment, and the buyer already has the product.

I recently made a purchase on eBay, and shortly after, I received an email that seemed to be from eBay asking me to confirm the part I ordered for my car. However, when I logged in, there was no option to provide my vehicle make/model. I'm concerned this may be a fraudulent email. The order number is 15-10[redacted]3 for dtautoparts0020. This morning, on June 2, [redacted], I noticed a charge of over $[redacted].00 being added to my eBay account before I got disconnected. I suspect that someone may have been trying to make this charge without my authorization. Typically, eBay transfers these charges to Discover to be added to my credit card. Due to previous theft incidents on my eBay account, I regularly monitor it for any unusual activity, as I have encountered difficulties canceling my eBay account when attempting to do so.

Hello, I have an issue with the Giantex office chair I bought on eBay in April of [redacted]. I believe the chair is poorly made as the cushion detaches from the plastic frame when sat on. Giantex offered a full refund, but I have not received it. Here is a copy of their email from 1/6/[redacted]:

I bought a supposedly new fire pit table, but upon receiving it, I noticed that the box had already been opened and poorly resealed. It appeared quite damaged, so I decided not to unpack it and returned it immediately. Unfortunately, the item got further damaged during the return shipping process. Even though the seller provided me with shipping labels, they are now refusing to accept the return. Currently, the package is stuck in transit with UPS as they keep attempting delivery to the seller. I have been waiting for a refund for quite some time now and would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I ordered Dewalt batteries and received Chinese knockoffs instead of the 5 amp batteries I ordered, they sent me "6 amp" batteries. The seller, comix_0813, offered to pay me to change my review. Their offer started at $15 and went up to $40. I declined and they asked if they could change my review, to which I said no. My order number is 09-09[redacted]2.

I purchased an air lift wireless compressor with item # [redacted]04, but what I received was not an air lift product. After my mechanic installed it, I tried to use it, and it broke immediately. The company is asking me to send it to an address in China, which will be very expensive. Additionally, the part is a poor quality imitation. The hose came off from the compressor head where there was a quick connect, and the connectors are damaged preventing me from reattaching the hose. I would like to return it to the company I purchased it from, as I trusted them and it's too costly to send it to China. Thank you.

The seller canceled my order, claiming there was an issue with my address. However, I have successfully received many orders at the same address without any problems. This particular order seemed problematic from the start. I even made another order a few days later, which was processed without any issues. I was monitoring the shipping progress daily, but the tracking only showed that a label was created and the package was not received by USPS. I suspect the seller regretted the sale. Is it fair for them to blame me for this situation?

I was expecting a gold-plated amethyst ring to be delivered today, June 5, [redacted], by USPS from a seller with item number [redacted]92 (JewelsP-5). When I checked my mailbox, all I found was a magazine and a bill. I contacted the seller immediately to express my dismay that the package wasn't there. The seller mentioned that the parcel had been delivered, which left me feeling extremely frustrated. As a 71-year-old, I have no motive to fabricate the absence of an item intended as an anniversary gift for my husband, especially considering I placed the order two weeks and one day ago. I've been eagerly awaiting this ring. If the seller cannot locate the ring, I will be requesting a refund. It's disheartening to see that others have had similar issues. This experience has left me very disappointed.

I recently had a buyer remove shipping charges and proceed with the purchase. Despite my offer to meet nearby, she was unresponsive and revealed she lived in Whittier, California, while I was in Lawrenceville, GA. I advised her to cancel the order as I couldn't deliver to her location. After she stated she couldn't cancel it, I took the necessary steps to cancel the order and suggested she repurchase with shipping charges included. However, she didn't repurchase the item and questioned why I didn't refund her money. I clarified that the refund process was out of my hands and recommended she contact eBay for assistance. I was surprised to learn that a seller could deduct shipping charges from a purchase they intended to make, as she did in this case.

Order number 25-09[redacted]9. I purchased a product on April 19th and have yet to receive it. Despite contacting the seller politely about the delay, the only response I've received is that the item is on the way. The seller extended the delivery date to June 5th, and when I contacted her again, she accused me of fraudulent behavior and threatened legal action. This situation is completely unacceptable. It's now June 7th, past the initial delivery date of May 17th, and I have still not received my purchase. Being called a scammer and facing baseless accusations is outrageous. The seller's behavior is beyond inappropriate, and it's unfair that I am being treated this way when I've done nothing wrong. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I believe the seller should not be allowed to continue selling on eBay if this is how she treats customers.
