I have encountered being banned from your game for the second time. Initially, I accepted my mistake during the first ban and did not contact you due to feeling guilty. However, this time, I am innocent. The first ban taught me a valuable lesson, leading me to pledge to never repeat my actions as I lost over 1 million chips and access for a week. Being an enthusiast of your game, I even encouraged my friends to download, play, purchase Pepsi Cola for chips, watch ads, and engage in various activities to support the platform.
Upon the lift of my initial ban, I actively contributed by reporting users to create a better gaming environment. Unfortunately, a situation occurred where my sister, in need of chips, used my phone without my supervision, resulting in both our accounts being banned. She amassed around 200k chips, deserving consequences, unlike myself, who accumulated over a million chips that night unjustly penalized due to her actions. I have invested considerable effort into the game and do not wish to lose my progress or financial contributions. Kindly reconsider my situation, Zynga.

I recently updated my email address to [redacted] and created a new Facebook account to play Words with Friends more regularly. However, I had an old account linked to the game which I rarely used. I believed I removed the game from the old account assuming I could continue playing with my new one on Facebook. I am writing to inquire about the suspension of my Zynga account. I believe I have been adhering to the Terms of Service, and I am puzzled by the ban.
I have been a loyal Zynga player for nearly a decade, purchasing chips exclusively from Zynga using real money. I have dedicated time and effort to playing your games and am disheartened by the suspension without a clear explanation.

Regarding contacting Support for the Synga Game of Thrones, I had difficulty following the instructions provided to reach out. The directions for contacting Support on an IOS device were not effective, as they did not lead to creating a support ticket as described. Additionally, on the web version through Safari, I could not find a "CONTACT US" box as indicated at the bottom of the support page. When I attempted to access support through the game and then through the Safari browser, I was not able to open a ticket to submit my inquiry.
As for my main question, I purchased coins for $99.99 and I want to confirm if I received the special offer of $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] along with additional points, or if I only received the basic offer priced at $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted]. I need assistance with fixing bugs in Zinga. When I played before, I could add leftover chips to my account. Now, my winnings disappear instead of being added to my balance. When I place bets, chips are deducted from both my game chips and account simultaneously, resulting in a loss of $10M. I purchased 500M chips on January 5, [redacted], and after losing over $200M, I contacted support but never received the missing chips. Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy where chips were deducted twice, causing me to lose chips unfairly. Furthermore, my level dropped from 48 to 28, then to 22 after refreshing the game. This issue also led to the deletion of my username and loss of connections with friends. I seek a resolution to restore my level to 48, retrieve my missing chips, and receive compensation for the inconvenience, which I estimate to be around 800M chips.

I am shocked! The Android version is ruining the enjoyment of 'Words with Friends' with constant cheating prompts. I find it frustrating to have to deal with cheating tactics like 'Word Radar' and 'Swap' that give unfair advantages. The game zooming out every time I try to place a word is unnecessary and annoying. It disrupts the flow by making me constantly pinch the screen to adjust the view. The recent addition of colored tiles is distracting and makes it hard to see the entire word. Many players are considering quitting due to these cheat features. It would be better to separate the game into two versions: one for traditional gameplay and another for those who want to use cheats. I hope the developers address these issues before more players abandon the game.

I uninstalled the game because it was not loading for a week. After reinstalling, it retained my information but did not restore the game to the level I was on. Typically, when I delete and reinstall FarmVille due to loading issues, it brings back my progress automatically. However, this time it has not. Despite Zynga asking for feedback on my satisfaction, no action has been taken to restore my progress. I expect my game to be reinstalled exactly as it was before deletion, with all my levels restored. It seems like my messages are not being read by Zynga. This message was intended for Zynga, so I hope it reaches them appropriately.

I recently played Zynga Poker at a table with six other players. During a hand, I was dealt two eights. Initially, I matched a bet of 2.3M chips, and later someone went all in, which I also followed along with others. When the cards were revealed, the player on my right, who seemed to be shirtless, had two sevens. The community cards included a 7 and an 8, giving us both three of a kind. Surprisingly, he won the entire pot of around 30M chips, even though I had the higher three of a kind. Recently, my leaderboard was updated, and I am hoping to revert back to the previous version. The original leaderboard included familiar players whom I have been consistently playing with. I am experiencing issues with my quests in the game. The Mardi Gras Quest from January 30, [redacted], and the new Harvest Valley Quest seem to be stuck. Despite posting to receive beads multiple times, when I refresh the game, it tries to progress to the next level, but then the game crashes and reverts to the same level.
As a result of these problems, I have lost neighbors in the game and FV cash. I am unable to acquire the Avalon Farm. I have previously reported these issues without any resolution.
These ongoing problems are becoming increasingly frustrating, to the point where I am considering discontinuing playing the game.

I am experiencing several issues with Farmville 2 Country Escape. I have lost all the bonuses for Eddie, Nick, and Mariner. I am unable to fertilize anyone's crops or animals, and I have this task selected for the boat race which I cannot skip as my bonus is to complete all 13 tasks. Additionally, I did not receive any bonuses for the Christmas Kringle/Grinch event. Since December, I have lost out on tasks in the Boat Race because they just disappear. I have dedicated a significant amount of time, effort, and money to this game. I had to use a friend's PC to find a way to email you since there is no email option on an Android phone. I have screenshots documenting all these issues, and I would appreciate it if you could fix them as they are affecting my game experience.
