I made an online order and confirmed my presence at the store. However, after waiting for 20 minutes and observing 15 cars pass through the drive-thru, I went inside. I was informed that their system does not alert them of online orders and was advised to call next time. I received no apologies from any of the employees, who seemed annoyed by my presence. Eventually, I received the food I had already paid for online. It is disappointing that online orders are not being communicated to the store effectively. This issue requires attention.
