We placed an order online at 9:15 PM and were informed it would be ready by 9:25 PM. Upon arrival, we were told it would be out soon, but it wasn't delivered until 10:10 PM. Regrettably, they were out of fries and substituted extra bread. My spouse picked it up as our children were famished due to the delay. The chicken was tough and discolored, indicating it had been prepared some time ago. We've never encountered issues with Zaxby's before, but we believe a refund is warranted. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I visited Zaxby's on 05/12/[redacted] via the drive-through. The employee didn't inform me about additional charges for my order, particularly concerning two kids' meals without drinks. When I called to address the issue, Manager Jeremy was unhelpful and rude, even hanging up on me. Upon returning to the store, Jeremy was gone but Manager James, who sounded similar, took over. Despite refunding the extra charges, James didn't adequately address the inconvenience caused by the errors in my order. It's frustrating dealing with mistakes in my order, missing items, unexpected fees, and the poor customer service provided by your staff.

I ordered food via DoorDash and requested sweet tea but received Sprite instead. The Dasher offered to ask for an alternative drink, but Zaxby’s declined and insisted on giving me Sprite. Additionally, I did not receive the Zach sauce or tongue torch sauce that I paid for, and the overall presentation of the food was disappointing. This isn't the first time this has happened; in a previous order, I didn't get the sauces I requested and received the wrong type of wings. The Zaxby’s location on Whiskey Road in Aiken, South Carolina, let us down. As loyal Zaxby’s customers, we are deeply dissatisfied and won't be ordering from them again. The DoorDash driver also expressed frustration over the situation.

On November 20, [redacted], I received a call from the manager of Zaxby's in Blytheville, Arkansas regarding some malfunctioning fluorescent lights at the restaurant. I agreed to come by the next day and fix the lights. Upon arrival at 10:00 a.m., I replaced several 4-ft fluorescent lamps, a commercial grade ballast, and a lens cover to address the issue. After completing the job, I confirmed their satisfaction and provided them with a receipt.
However, it has been over [redacted] days since I invoiced Zaxby's for the work done, totaling over $2,[redacted]. Despite assurances from Miss Elisa Washington, the manager, about resolving the payment matter within a specific timeline, I have yet to receive any payment. If I do not receive a check within the next five business days, I will involve my lawyer and pursue legal action, including filing a suit in small claims court and potentially placing a lien on the property. My intention is simply to receive the payment owed for the services provided.

I recently purchased fried white cheddar bites from your store. When I got home, I noticed that ranch sauce was included with my order. I contacted the store, and they informed me that this was a company decision. It seems unusual to pair cheddar bites with ranch, and I suggest adding a sign on the menu to inform customers beforehand. I visited the Lavonia, Georgia location with the zip code [redacted]. Today, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru of Zaxby's located at [redacted] Gentry Memorial Hwy in Pickens, SC. When they didn't take my order at the usual spot, I drove to the window to place it. Unfortunately, they couldn't figure out how to process it and asked me to come inside. Even after I placed my order inside, it was not entered correctly. When I asked them to fix it, they seemed unsure how to help. Eventually, they claimed it was corrected, but I still received the wrong order. When I requested a refund, the employees struggled to assist me until a manager intervened. Despite my concerns, the manager seemed irritated while handling the situation. It was evident that there was a lack of proper training among the staff and a significant need for improved management at this location.

I recently visited Zaxby's in Walterboro, South Carolina and ordered the three-piece Nibbler meal. While eating, I discovered a roach bug in the remaining portion of my sandwich after consuming two of the Nibblers. Seeing this, I immediately felt sick and had to rush to the restroom where I began to vomit. It has been about an hour since the incident, and I am still experiencing dry heaving. I attempted to contact the Zaxby's store with no success, prompting me to reach out here. I am waiting for a friend to go with me to the Emergency Room as a precaution after unintentionally consuming part of a roach in my Zaxby's sandwich.

My son, Bryce Charles Hale, was previously employed by Zaxby's in Brookhaven, Georgia from May [redacted] to April [redacted]. He has not received his W-2 form despite numerous attempts to contact Zaxby's. I, Melissa A. Hale, am reaching out to address this issue before taking further legal action. If the W-2 is not received by September 17, [redacted], sanctions will be pursued with the IRS, State Commissioner, and the Department of Health and Human Resources. I had a terrible experience at The North Broadway office store in Lexington, Kentucky. Despite having a gift card on file, they couldn't process it when I visited recently. Even though my previous purchase was successful, this time I was unable to use the card. The manager, who seemed very young, was unhelpful and I left without getting my meal. The store claimed I needed to order from Arkansas and had a balance of $27.77, although my order was just $19.80. Their app has also been unreliable for the past three days. I would like assistance to resolve this issue and be able to use my gift card at a nearby location.

I am experiencing an issue with the manager at Zaxby's in Senatobia creating a toxic work environment. The manager, Cash, displays favoritism towards her sister who works there, resulting in unequal treatment among employees. Some are constantly questioned and belittled while others receive special treatment and are not held to the same standards. Cash also engages in gossip and unprofessional behavior, speaking negatively about coworkers. This behavior demonstrates a lack of respect and professionalism. I would like to file a complaint regarding Cash's management style at this location in Senatobia, MS. For instance, some employees are singled out during break time for ordering food and checking out, while others are not monitored in the same way. This inconsistent and discriminatory behavior creates a hostile work environment and undermines the role of a manager as a leader.

I worked at a franchised Zaxby's in Jackson, TN. False statements have been made about me and others regarding our employment status. Performance evaluations were entered into TalentReef without our knowledge. These actions seem to be in retaliation for unrelated issues and show a lack of regard for the truth. I have reached out to upper management via email but received no response. The GM, Kim Barry, only asked for my keys, card, and uniforms. The values of Zaxby's Corporation seem to be disregarded by upper management. What should I do next or who should I talk to about this?

The Zaxby’s located at [redacted] Industrial Blvd in Smyrna, TN inexplicably locked their doors two hours prior to closing time. I had placed an online order to avoid the long lines, but was disappointed when I couldn't pick it up due to the locked doors. This seems to happen frequently and is unfair to customers with online orders. While I understand if sit-down dining is not an option, the doors should remain open for individuals to easily retrieve their orders. I believe this policy of locking the doors, particularly well before closing time, should be reconsidered.

On Saturday, May 20, [redacted], I purchased 6 Big Zax Snack Meals and 4 orders of fried pickles. Unfortunately, the food was not fresh and did not meet my expectations. I visited the Zaxby’s restaurant at [redacted] North Davis Dr. in Warner Robins, GA today to order food. I was disappointed to find the place extremely dirty, with unwiped tables, dirty floors, and flies everywhere. The unpleasant smell added to the poor experience. Despite this, the manager kindly offered me complimentary cookies due to a delay in serving my food, which was the only positive aspect of my visit.

I am an assistant manager at Zaxby's in Covington, GA. I am resigning due to unprofessional behavior and favoritism at the store. I have addressed the issues with the GM and the District Manager, Kendra Evans, but little has been done due to her personal relationship with another manager. Kendra spends excessive time at the store and shows favoritism. There have been incidents of unprofessional behavior and non-compliance with work duties by the other manager. The situation has caused discomfort among the staff and needs to be addressed to ensure a fair work environment for everyone. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I am Brianna Creppel and I'm facing challenges at my workplace, Zaxby's in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Currently, I encounter difficulties as I am restricted to short breaks of only 15 minutes due to staffing shortages. Despite completing my tasks on time, I am not allowed to leave when my shift ends because the kitchen staff is delayed. I often end up cleaning after the morning shift as the manager does not ensure cleanliness. When I addressed these issues with the manager, she denied the problem and responded defensively, even assigning me additional tasks. My husband and I recently dined at Zaxby's in Travelers Rest, SC, which is a tradition for us whenever we visit the area, despite living 45 minutes away. On August 6, [redacted], we found the restaurant to be not very crowded, but unfortunately, we struggled to find a clean table. The overflowing trash can, debris on the floor near the drink station, and the lack of toilet paper in the women's restroom were major disappointments. I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls to address the lack of response on an ongoing issue I have experienced for the past two weeks. Despite being informed that a response was pending, I am deeply troubled by the treatment my son and I have received from the manager at Zaxby's in Jacksonville, Arkansas. The manager, Tamika, has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude towards us. She has repeatedly scheduled interviews with my son, only to leave before he arrived or to treat him poorly during the process. I find her behavior discriminatory and inexcusable. I placed an online order and arrived at the store. Despite waiting for 20 minutes and seeing 15 cars pass through the drive-thru, I had to go inside. The staff informed me that their system does not notify them of online orders, and I should call in the future. No one apologized, and they made me feel like a nuisance. Eventually, I received the food I had already paid for online. It's frustrating that online orders are not being properly handled at this store. This issue must be resolved promptly.
