Subject: Order Issues with Numbers [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]
I have been in communication with your Parts Department regarding an order placed on 6/7/[redacted]. Initially, I tried to ensure the correct part for my TRBX305 5 String Bass Guitar by offering to send a picture, but was told it was not possible. Despite waiting over 6 weeks for the back-ordered part, when I received the items in early August, they were incorrect. Even after explaining my needs to your department on 7/9/[redacted] and receiving some incorrect parts later, the issue persisted. I was promised a free Electric unit by Dennis on 8/1/[redacted], but even that was incorrect upon arrival.
After multiple attempts to rectify the situation, I spoke with Elijah on 8/12/[redacted], who mentioned a 4 pin molex connector for the YAMAHA output jack, which was not available for sale. Disappointed with the ongoing errors, I am now requesting either a replacement YAMAHA TRBX305 5 String Bass Guitar or the correct part, a complete Electric unit with all necessary wiring included, as discussed with Dennis on 8/3/[redacted]. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have a Yamaha AG03 mixer that has been functioning well for a while, but recently it stopped working. Although the mixer turns on and audio can still be heard from my computer when playing videos, the microphone does not seem to function. Even though my computer recognizes the mixer as the microphone input, it does not pick up any sound when I speak. I have attempted using different microphones with no success and reinstalling the drivers did not resolve the issue. Despite my previous positive experiences with the mixer, it suddenly ceased working and my attempts to troubleshoot have been unsuccessful thus far.

I purchased a 95 YZF R6 with only [redacted] miles from a seller who mentioned an unresolved recall. The bike had been parked for a long time, and it was a dream come true for me to own it. Just about three and a half weeks after buying it for $[redacted] cash, a catastrophic incident occurred. While revving the engine, the bike suddenly caught fire, causing extensive damage. I managed to put out the flames, but not before significant harm was done. The fire department had to intervene, and sadly, only the motor head and gas tank remained intact. I have fire department reports and photos documenting the incident. I am now considering seeking legal advice for my injuries and the property damage. I am hopeful that a resolution, such as a new bike, can be reached to address this distressing situation. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Hello Ken,
I hope you are well. I have spent time in California testing the sound bar without any issues. However, the problem persists when I use it in a different location. I still have the second and third units; unfortunately, I cannot distinguish the order they were received in due to troubleshooting. One of them does not work well after a firmware update. I understand having three faulty units in a row seems unlikely, but it has been my experience. If you wish to inspect them, I am willing to send them back to you.
Thank you,
Tom

Hello, I recently purchased a Yamaha RX V6A receiver and an LG OLED GX TV, with the Apple TV as the only source. I am not using the EZ's and have a Cat6 cable with standard connectors. The issue is that the converter requires a reboot by unplugging the Cat6 cable and then plugging it back in to get the picture to come back. Although when it does work, I get 4K Dolby Vision, if I turn it off, it may not come back on. I have been struggling with this for days. I have never experienced this problem before, and I am unsure if it's due to the new Yamaha receiver. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for the LP-5A three-pedal unit for my Yamaha P115 digital keyboard, which has been discontinued. This pedal was originally designed for the L85 keyboard stand. It seems none of Yamaha's current three-pedal units are compatible with this setup.
Could someone advise me on how to adjust the L85 stand to work with a different Yamaha three-pedal unit? Which pedal unit would be the easiest to modify for this purpose? Alternatively, are there other stands and pedal combinations available that would be suitable for use with the P-[redacted] keyboard?

I am experiencing issues with my Yamaha TSR-[redacted] receiver as I am not getting any sound from the onboard sources like Tuner and Phono after connecting my TCL Roku TV model 65R625 via HDMI ARC. Surprisingly, when using the ROKU remote, the Yamaha powers up and sound works perfectly, even while using streaming services like TIDAL. The TV sound is automatically sourced from AUDIO 1. Before adding the TV, the Tuner and Phono had sound, but now there is no signal at all. This means I am unable to play vinyl records or listen to FM, and I am also unable to use the YPAO feature. I have checked the troubleshooting section of the manual but could not find a solution to this particular issue. Thank you for your help.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of a Yamaha FZ S bike on June 30, [redacted], from Naman Auto Sale Yamaha dealers in Mumbai. Since then, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the bike, specifically related to noise problems and high engine oil consumption. Despite multiple visits to the Amrut Motor service center for repairs, the problems persist.
Here is a summary of the four repair attempts along with the associated costs:
1) Repair on 07.10.[redacted] for noise problem and engine oil consumption, charged Rs. 14,[redacted], but issues remained.
2) Repair on 16.11.[redacted] for battery charging, noise problem, and engine oil consumption, charged Rs. 3,[redacted]. While the battery issue was resolved, noise and oil consumption problems persist.
3) Repair on 10.02.[redacted] for noise problem and engine oil consumption, charged Rs. 3,[redacted], but issues remain.
4) Repair on 25.02.[redacted] for noise problem and engine oil consumption, charged Rs. [redacted] with no bill provided. However, the problems persist.
I am extremely disappointed with the Yamaha bike and the service center. I am seeking either a full refund or a proper, no-cost repair to resolve these issues promptly.
I urge you to address this matter urgently. I regret my purchase and will not consider buying another Yamaha bike in the future, and I will advise my friends against it.

I encountered issues with my Amazon account and switched to another, which seemed to have affected the voice control on my Yamaha MusicCast receivers. While one receiver worked with its own music sources, Alexa would report it as offline. Despite resolving the first account issue, I faced difficulties setting up the Yamaha [redacted] as it showed an error during the cloud sync process. I am online and on Ethernet, yet encounter the message "Setup failed, your devices can’t connect to the cloud" only for the [redacted] model. The error message -[redacted] appears, prompting me to check my router settings. I have attempted setup with multiple accounts and Google Assistant to no avail.

I own a Yamaha receiver with the model number RX-V573, a Phillips flat screen TV, model number 42PFL3603D/F7, and a Samsung Galaxy A01 phone. I purchased the receiver from Guitar Center in Westminster, Colorado, about a week ago to watch movies and videos from my phone apps through the receiver to the TV. Despite receiving guidance from the store's salesperson, I can't seem to get the setup to work. I've tried seeking help at the store and even downloaded the manual from Yamaha's website. I have all the necessary cables and components ready for instructions. Please assist me in getting this setup working. Thank you. Joe Ippolito.

I need some advice connecting my RX-A1080 receiver to my new Samsung smart TV. The TV's HDMI (ARC) is labeled IN, and the receiver's HDMI (ARC) port is labeled OUT, so I connected them accordingly. But I'm confused if both ARC ports serve as input/output. Once the HDMI (ARC) connections are set, I want to transmit the TV audio to the receiver and speakers using a direct-wired connection, instead of Bluetooth. The TV shows options for TV SPEAKERS, OPTICAL, but my receiver lacks an optical port. Can Yamaha clarify if I've connected the ARC ports correctly for input/output? I have everything working via Bluetooth, but I'm eager to switch to a wired setup for better audio quality.

I am experiencing issues with the USB functions on my THR10 ii. I am unable to record or play music via the cord, although Bluetooth works fine for music playback. When attempting to connect through USB on the app, I receive the error message "can't connect to THR10 ii thru USB." I am using a Samsung A20 phone with the "Hi-Q Recording" app, which worked seamlessly with my previous THR5 amp. I have checked all cords and connections, and they seem to be in working order. The problems with the remote app and the amplifier seem to be widespread. The app frequently crashes, and using one function may affect the volume of others or cause them to stop working altogether. The inability to record is particularly frustrating for me. I would appreciate any advice on resolving the USB recording issue, as well as any other potential solutions to improve the overall functionality of the amp and app.

I bought a [redacted] X2 Wolverine in [redacted]. Recently, I've noticed it's leaking oil and the issue seems to be coming from the airbox drain tube. Despite my experience as a retired mechanic, the dealership where I bought it seems to dismiss the issues, claiming dirt in the intake is normal. The service manager even mentioned concerns with the clutch and speed, which I find suspicious as they were present from the start. I searched online and found similar complaints about engine failures due to loose air intake drains. The dealership won't support me in addressing these manufacturing issues with Yamaha as the engine hasn't failed yet. I have taken good care of the machine since I got it, but now I'm disappointed with the problems it's showing. This is not what I expected after spending $14,[redacted] on it. I feel like I may have made a mistake purchasing this unit.

I recently purchased an output IC from your parts department for my YST-SW011 subwoofer. I installed it, and initially, it seemed to work fine. However, the customer returned it the next day with complaints of popping and humming noises after a few hours of use. I experienced a similar issue where the output sounded overdriven, making a loud pop and hum. I quickly unplugged it to avoid further damage. I am aware that ICs don't typically come with warranties, but I'm wondering if others have encountered this problem and can suggest possible causes. Would grounding the two input pins to test the IC and check if the pre-amp (C4570 chip) is causing the issue be a viable troubleshooting step? Even with the input board disconnected, I still face the same symptoms. Could the output IC be faulty? I would appreciate any help or guidance on this matter.

I have a [redacted] R1 with [redacted] miles, bought new from Heinens in Osseo, MN. The bike needs a new battery, YTZ10S Yuasa. The original battery's positive red terminal is connected to the negative pole. The negative cable on the left is too short to reach the correct terminal on the right. The YTZ10S has the positive terminal on the left and negative on the right. The R1 has the red positive cable on the right and negative on the left, causing the issue. Although reversing the polarity made the motorcycle run, I connected it correctly while charging. The +/- poles labeled in white on the battery are hard to see once it's in the tray. Heinens recommended the YTZ10S battery, but the cable lengths don't match up. I need help with this battery situation.

I recently purchased a Denon AVR-S9608 to power my system with a Sony 65-inch TV. However, I am disappointed with the lack of bass it provides for my Sherwin Vega RE38 speakers. I used to have a Yamaha Natural Sound AV receiver, model HTR-[redacted], which worked great with my speakers and provided incredible surround sound. Unfortunately, it lacks digital connectivity for my TV. I am looking to switch back to a Yamaha receiver that can deliver the ideal sound and power for my large Sherwin Vega speakers and surround sound setup. Any recommendations on a Yamaha receiver that would suit my needs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I need assistance with upgrading my Home Theater System while staying within a limited budget. I am looking at Yamaha Av Receivers or a new stereo receiver to use with my existing Kenwood surround sound system from the 90s. I am experiencing issues with my NAD receiver crackling when adjusting the volume and considering repairing it or purchasing a new Yamaha receiver. I am unsure how to integrate my existing components with a new receiver or if I should repair the NAD. Additionally, I have concerns about speaker configuration and finding a suitable receiver within my budget. In the past, I connected JBL and Infinity speakers along with a Kenwood subwoofer to my NAD system. I am also considering adding affordable ceiling speakers to improve the sound quality as I use the system for playing guitar in my studio. Thank you for your help, John.

Dear Yamaha Support Team,
I purchased receiver CRX-N560D in [redacted]. The dot matrix display brightness and contrast are continuously diminishing, even with the dimmer at its best position. Adjacent pixels vary in brightness, making it hard to read the text, especially from a distance exceeding 2 meters. Surprisingly, the 7-digit clock display remains clear and bright. I suspect the dot matrix display module or its driver chip may have a durability issue requiring repair or replacement. I am looking for guidance on how to proceed, possibly through a software update. If needed, I can provide a photo of the current display state for better illustration.
Thank you,
Klaus D.

My Yamaha RX-V367 was functioning fine last night. However, this morning I discovered that it had shut down on its own. Now, when I try to power it back on, I hear clicking noises. The more I press the power button, the clicking intensifies and then abruptly stops. Sadly, the receiver refuses to power up – no lights, no sound, nothing. I attempted various troubleshooting steps like pressing different button combinations like straight+tone control+power, and info+tone control+power, but nothing has made a difference. I'm seeking assistance in identifying the issue and finding a solution.

Hello,
I have been a long-time fan and customer of Yamaha products. Recently, I visited my local dealer in Kaiwaka, Northland, NZ to purchase an EF6300ISE inverter generator. Unfortunately, the dealer informed me that none are available and there is no clear date for when they will be in stock from Yamaha NZ.
Given the changes I've made to my home totaling over two thousand dollars in preparation for this generator, the news is disappointing, especially with winter approaching and living in a rural area.
The lack of availability and communication from Yamaha, along with the struggles faced by the dealer in these challenging times, have left me feeling let down. I now find myself in a position where I must explore other options, which is not what I had intended.
Yamaha may benefit from reassessing their customer service and sales approach, especially in a niche and well-connected market like New Zealand.
Regards,
Chris Bennett
