I require assistance in linking my recently acquired domain name to my paid Wix hosting account. I am encountering at least two issues.
1. The domain I acquired through Wix, consciousmed.org, is still registered, but the hosting appears inactive. It is possible that I did not renew it last year. The only payment I see for [redacted] seems to be for the domain name. In [redacted], I believe I purchased 2 years, as indicated in the renewal notice when I log in.
2. I am unable to connect the new domain name to the account without purchasing a premium plan upon signing in. I believe I already purchased a premium plan on 8/20/19.
My goal is to maintain the registration of the consciousmed domain but not host it and to register and host the new domain name I bought elsewhere, transformativemedicine.health.

I sent two messages to Wix's Facebook page, but was blocked from sending more. Below are the messages I wanted to share. If I can't get my questions answered, I'll post them on their FB page. I asked about secure landing pages with private domains, call-to-action buttons, and costs. I also inquired about a one-page private domain with SSL security and a button linking to my sub-domain gallery. I asked about costs and needed details before committing. Wix responded confirming SSL security on sites and shared steps to create a landing page. They mentioned premium plans for connecting domains. After thanking them, I had another question on June 4 about pixel shop pages and name server changes. Paid support is not always reliable.

I have encountered a persistent issue with connecting my domain to my Wix site. Here is a detailed account of what I have experienced:
1. I purchased a domain from a provider other than Wix.
2. I linked the domain to my newly created but unpublished Wix site, and was informed by Wix that the connection process would take a few days.
3. Over several weeks, as I continued to work on designing the site, the domain connection did not solidify. When I attempted to add an embedded element, I was prompted to upgrade to a premium account.
4. After upgrading, the site still requested a domain connection for the embedded element.
5. I speculated that the issue might be due to the site being unpublished. I hid the site from search engines, then published it.
6. Despite connecting the domain, the dashboard indicated it was not linked. I attempted to connect it again.
7. When managing domains, the system confirmed the correct domain was connected. However, upon clicking the connected domain, an error message appeared stating it was not linked to a website.
8. Even after waiting for days, the problem persisted.
9. Today, after rechecking the dashboard, the domain connection issue remains unresolved despite the domain being shown as connected in the domain management page.
10. The repetitive cycle of the domain appearing connected but inaccessible on the site has left me frustrated and seeking a solution.
Any advice on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I previously contacted you about the WIX Contact number concern and received your email response. I discovered additional complaints about WIX on ripoffreport.com, including 39 complaints like mine. I tried to respond to but was redirected to a site asking if my issue was resolved with limited options. When I emailed your support address, I received a "Mailer Deamon" message, similar to WIX's approach. I suggest allowing users to reply without payment to avoid negative reports. Your site currently has no complaints, but consider offering free assistance to prevent potential issues.

Hello, I am encountering a problem with displaying my website on the Internet App of a Samsung Smart TV. The message "Your Browser Is No Longer Supported" appears, even though my other Wix site works fine. The current site is a .net, but I am considering moving it to a .com site for my client, a restaurant owner who wants to display the menu on multiple screens. Is it feasible to switch to a .com site and transfer the content smoothly?
I suspect the issue may be related to compatibility with Samsung TVs and smart apps specifically with non-.com sites. My client is eager to resolve this as he needs the menu displayed correctly. I recently received an email from Wix on 6/1/[redacted] stating my Pro Plan for nalcbranch254.org would not renew automatically and expire on Jun 9, [redacted]. The date should be [redacted], not [redacted]. Following a call with WIX around the same date, I mentioned being charged over $[redacted] on my credit card. I requested the account cancellation, which was slightly delayed. The representative noted she would submit the cancellation request, unsure of approval, and instructed me to monitor my credit card for a refund within 2 weeks. However, no refund was received, and a second charge of over $[redacted] in July appeared on my credit card statement. I need improved communication from WIX and a refund for both charges to my credit card. Please CC [redacted] and [redacted] in all future correspondence.

I purchased a domain and mailbox with Wix's Premium Service. Despite requesting a refund after deciding to switch providers, they charged me for the next cycle. Wix has now deactivated my domain and mailbox before the agreed termination date of 16.10.21. They demand payment for future cycles to reactivate them and refuse to provide a transfer authorization code. The contact information linked to the domain is now inaccessible due to the deactivated mailbox. This situation feels like I am being forced to pay twice for the same service I already settled. Even disregarding these issues, there should be a 30-day grace period they are not honoring.

In [redacted], I canceled my Wix subscription five days after starting, as per their policy at that time which allowed cancellations within seven days. I received an acknowledgement for my cancellation request, but it did not explicitly confirm that my cancellation was approved, so I assumed it was. However, in [redacted], they billed me again without any notification. After numerous frustrating interactions, they agreed to refund only the charges for [redacted]. I was informed that my claim could be reviewed by their support team. Despite following up, I have not received any refund. In [redacted], they attempted to bill me again, but the support person assured me it was canceled. Unfortunately, the charge persisted, and I did not receive any refund or update on my claim.

I recently installed a brand new Wix [redacted]4 fuel/water separator filter on my 345D New Holland tractor. After cleaning the tank, line, and filter assembly and ensuring good fuel flow, I've noticed that the filter is not filling to the top outlet line leading to the injection pump. I am experiencing a block on my site due to an error on my part. I have faced challenges where fees charged to my account were not clearly identified as Wix.com transactions. I've been dealing with a personal emergency lately, causing me to be away from the site for a while.
