I received a wrong-sized shirt. I usually wear a size L and that's what I ordered, but I got a HUGE shirt that's definitely not a size L. I contacted the Wish automatic assistant and attached 4 photos, but even after 12 days, I haven't received a response. I've bought many products from you, so why am I not getting help with this issue? The mistake isn't mine – I ordered a size L, not a 2XL. I don't want to lose money over this error. Can someone please provide a serious response to resolve this?

I forgot my password on Wish, and they mentioned sending a code to reset it. However, I received an email at an unfamiliar address, [redacted] My correct email registered with Wish is [redacted], which I've had for 20 years. I'm concerned about someone potentially trying to access my personal information. Can you please assist me with this issue?

Hello, I ordered an item from Wish on October 23, [redacted] with an estimated delivery date of November 24. However, I have yet to receive the package. Despite contacting Wish support services and being advised to wait, the item is still not in my possession. According to the tracking information, the item has been delivered. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter promptly to receive the product I ordered. Thank you.

I accidentally got charged for items in my cart after I saw a 50% off cyber code, decided not to proceed with the order, and closed my phone. Upon checking later, I discovered I had been charged $[redacted].47, which will overdraft my bank account affecting bill payments. The discount was only $8.71, not the expected 50% off. Additionally, the items will arrive separately, causing more delays and inconvenience. Dealing with customer service via text is frustrating as my questions go unanswered, and I crave a human interaction to resolve this issue promptly. This experience has made me hesitant to shop online in the future, and I regret not clearing my cart sooner to avoid this situation.

I have recently noticed unauthorized charges on my account from August to December for various amounts. On August 8th, there was a charge of $1.94. On October 29th, there were charges of $1.59 and $1.42. On November 6th, there was a charge of $0.78. On November 13th, there was a charge of $0.71. On November 15th, there was a charge of $1.08. On November 21st, there was a charge of $1.50. On November 26th, there was a charge of $1.08. On December 3rd, there was a charge of $1.49. I request a full refund for all these transactions as I did not authorize them. These unauthorized charges have been an ongoing issue, and I would like to have it resolved without further occurrences.

I was expecting a delivery on December 3rd, but despite being at home all day, the parcel didn't arrive. When I checked the tracker, it showed a "Delivery Delay - Recipient not present" message, although I was home all day. The new delivery date is now the 10th, which means I have to wait all over again. I'm also concerned because another item, a t-shirt, arrived early, which might happen with this one too before the new date. Additionally, I have another t-shirt expected on the 5th with a similar delivery issue. I'm unsure about the status of my orders. On my second order placed on December 3rd, I accidentally hit the payment button which charged my card around $43. I intended to review my cart first to remove items I didn't want. I am new to this website and am feeling quite confused about how to navigate it properly. I urgently need to cancel the entire order to avoid being charged.

I purchased a women's shoulder bag on November 3, and it's now December 3. I've been waiting for a month, but the tracking says it was delivered on November 16, even though I haven't received it. I've been trying to contact customer service for days. I need this order by Christmas. I spent over $30 on this order, so I expect to receive my items or a refund. This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional due to false advertising. Whether it's lost or a delivery error, this needs to be resolved promptly.

I have reached out to Wish multiple times but keep receiving the same response. My item, a kids' hoodie, has not been received, and it's not at the post office or with any neighbors. I find it unlikely that adults without children would have accepted it. I have been patient but feel ignored. I am requesting a refund promptly. While another order placed the same day has been delivered, this particular order has not, and I insist on getting my money back. I am a frequent shopper and need assistance with this matter. This is my fifth attempt to resolve this; I would greatly appreciate your help. The item was supposed to be a Christmas gift that was expected to arrive on the 2nd.

Earlier this year, I placed an order for makeup items and seeds. I received most of the makeup, but only one packet of seeds without any label or instructions. Subsequently, my phone broke and was not repairable. During that time, my email was robynmadden18@ iCloud.com, and I felt hopeless about receiving the remaining items. Recently, I received a letter from Border Security informing me that they confiscated opium poppy seeds. I am urgently requesting that you investigate this matter and refund my postage charges. On November 26th and 27th, I made several purchases on Wish using my Discover card. Unfortunately, my orders didn't go through, and I was asked to provide a bank statement as proof of payment, even though I used my Discover card. I've been trying to resolve this issue without success. I'm eager to receive the items I ordered and even have more items in my cart waiting to be purchased. I made a purchase on November 24 at 11:55 pm totaling $52.71 using my Money Network Debit Visa Card ending in [redacted]. The order consisted of 20 Yocan Evolve Plus coils (10 ceramic, 10 CDC), and 10 Yocan coil caps. Shipping was set for my address at [redacted] West Main Street, Apt 3F, Wilmington, Ohio [redacted], while billing was to [redacted] Murtland Rd., Lynchburg, Ohio [redacted]. The order was placed under my previous email, [redacted] After checking, I couldn't find any records of the order besides the deduction made by Wish.com on my banking app. I now use [redacted] I have a new Wish account but with the same phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and credit card. The only changes are my email and Google accounts. The delivery was expected between December 4th to 10th. This is my first time ordering from Wish, and I hope to continue as a satisfied customer. Hello, I am reaching out because I am having an issue with my Wish account. I received an email stating that there was a request to change my email address, which I never initiated. The message also mentioned that my current address was changed to one I am not familiar with: [redacted] I would like to understand what has happened and what steps I need to take because I am now unable to log in to my Wish account. I must mention that I requested a password change as I was having trouble logging in, and it was during this process that I received the email about the change in the email address. I am concerned that the password reset might have been sent to the other email address (belonging to an unknown person). In that case, this individual could potentially take over my account and even make purchases using the card linked to my Wish account!

I attempted to place an order multiple times this morning for time-sensitive items on Wish. However, I received a message saying there are insufficient funds and to update my payment information. I confirmed with my bank that the payment was not even attempted. I've missed out on several purchases due to this issue. As a loyal Wish customer who relies on affordable shopping due to being disabled, I am disappointed with this experience. I hope to resolve this problem soon as the items were intended as Christmas gifts. I usually have a positive experience with Wish, leaving great reviews and recommending it to others. It's frustrating not understanding why this payment issue is occurring and hindering my orders.
