I placed an order about five days ago. A few days later, I received a notification requesting a copy of my bank statement to complete processing my order. I have placed multiple orders with you before, and it is confusing why a bank statement is needed for this recent order. Then, a few hours ago, I received another notification that my order has been refunded. It's frustrating that it will take up to two weeks to receive the refund in my bank account. I was expecting to have the order before Christmas, but now it will be three weeks later until I get my money back. This situation is disappointing. I don't understand why I can't receive my order as placed and why it will take two weeks for the refund. The money was taken immediately when the order was placed, so the delay is puzzling to me. I hope this can be resolved to keep me as a satisfied customer.

I ordered several items to be shipped to a nearby store due to issues with direct home delivery. Despite placing the orders almost two months ago with an initial pickup date of Oct. 28, which was later changed to Nov. 4, it is now Dec. 2, and nothing has arrived at the store. I have made several orders on Wish, and I recently learned that some of them were duplicate items. Wish has informed me that around 28 orders will be refunded due to incomplete processing. I am eager to know when these refunds will reflect on my credit card ending in [redacted]. I have already provided all the order numbers for the items that are supposed to be refunded. If necessary, I am willing to take further steps, like filing a dispute with my credit card company.

When I was making a payment, my old Visa account number was used by mistake and the order went through with the incorrect number. I would like the old Visa number removed from my Wish account so I can use my new Visa for payments. Please cancel the order that was mistakenly paid with the old Visa. Once this is resolved, I will reorder the items. Additionally, I find the postage fees to be excessive, even more than the cost of the items purchased. This has deterred me from ordering frequently. In the past, Wish did not have these issues. Please ensure my account number is not stored for future orders, as I prefer to enter my card details myself. Thank you.

I need to have an order shipped to my current address in Atlanta, GA, instead of my niece's old address in New Albany, IN. I need assistance with obtaining a refund. Since Thanksgiving, I have been attempting to resolve an issue where an unauthorized order was placed, charging $[redacted] to my card and causing an overdraft. I placed an order for a pair of sandals on Wish.com because they were advertised at a promotional price of 50 cents with 25 cents for shipping. I have decided to file a fraud case against Wish. I have been trying for over three days to get my orders canceled and refunded, but I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I urgently need a full refund for the $14,[redacted] charged to my credit card through Wish transactions. Despite returning packages and contacting my credit card company, the issue persists. Please close my account, stop processing and shipping orders, and cancel all orders associated with my account. I cannot do this from home, so I implore you to take action. I am extremely frustrated. Last week, I placed an order for two kids' coats and a purse. I received an email stating that these items were not placed in time. I am constantly being charged the wrong price when I add items to my cart. Additionally, all the refunds I receive for items out of stock are frustrating. Why advertise items on sale if you don't have them in stock? I placed my orders right when the sale started but was still refunded due to lack of stock. This is unacceptable.
