I would like a refund of $[redacted].00 for a phone that is not functioning and caused my account to be blocked. This issue has affected other users as well. I have been a Wish customer for a year, making [redacted] purchases using the same prepaid credit card. Despite only one previous complaint, my account was blocked without warning and I am asked to provide a bank statement, which is not relevant as I do not use cards linked to my bank. Wish's customer service is unhelpful, repeating my inquiries without addressing them. If I do not receive a satisfactory response by Christmas, I will report this as fraud and share my experience on social media to caution others. Unfortunately, there is no direct line to speak with a representative. I am not alone in facing this issue with Wish.

I purchased an item that was supposed to arrive by March 26th, but the app's customer support is only asking me to rate them without actually helping me solve the issue. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back, and now it's set for April 3rd. I would like a refund for the item since it's possible to get one after the final delivery date has passed. I bought two phones from Wish, the supposed discount site, and both are faulty. They are the m10 [redacted] edition and neither can load any apps or access the internet properly. Additionally, one charger doesn't work, and one of the phones erased everything on my memory card, which was working perfectly before using it. I am upset as this has resulted in losing precious pictures and videos, especially as one of the phones was meant to be a Mother's Day gift. I am requesting a full refund for both phones and a replacement 128GB memory card costing £50. If this matter is not resolved quickly and securely, I will escalate it further.

I'm writing to express my frustration with the customer service on the Wish app. I ordered an Asus Chromebook on March 1, [redacted], which was delivered by UPS on March 8, [redacted]. However, I never received the package as it was allegedly left at my back door without my signature. Despite contacting UPS and Wish about the missing item, I have not received a resolution after 30 days. The app initially showed a refund in progress, but now it indicates the order was delivered. I have been trying to reach out to customer support through the app with no success. I believe it is unacceptable for me, as a loyal Wish customer, to be left without my purchase or a refund. I am seeking help from the Wish app support team regarding a refund due to the delivery deadline being missed. An item I purchased before the **th of March through the app has not been resolved adequately by customer service. The final delivery date keeps moving, and now it's extended to the *th of April. I would like to know if it is possible to get a refund for the item since the final delivery date has passed. The following reference number: ECPIT ********** YQ. Their pre-written responses only prompt me to rate them without addressing my refund request as the delivery has been delayed, and my package remains undelivered even though it has been paid for. I request a refund for the undelivered package promptly. I have been a frequent customer of Wish for months, but now, unless this issue is resolved, I feel ignored. After receiving unhelpful predefined responses from Wish support, I reached out to escalate this matter.

I am encountering issues with Wish while trying to checkout. They requested my bank statement from my last order for verification, which I provided. Now, I attempted to use both my MasterCard and PayPal, but encountered issues with both payment methods. On January 19, I placed an order for 8 LEGO toys on the Wish app with order number 5c431b1de19e0a696308d522. Despite the estimated delivery date of February 28, the items did not arrive on time. After contacting Wish Assistant in the app, I was initially asked to wait another two weeks. Upon following up and only receiving a refund for 5 items, the app labeled me as a "bad customer."
I waited for an additional month for the remaining 3 items to be refunded as instructed. However, as of April 1, I have not received any products or the refunds due to a restriction stating I could only receive refunds until March 30.
I am now unable to request a refund or contact anyone for assistance. I am requesting an immediate refund and will be deleting the app. Tracking number: VR[redacted]52YP.

I have been a loyal Wish customer and have made numerous purchases without any issues. On December 10, [redacted], I received an order for a $20.00 light bulb (Order No. 3EB6-F9A3CB-E744) which turned out to be [redacted] volts instead of the required [redacted] volts for use in the U.S. Despite contacting customer support 19 times, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I feel frustrated with the lack of support and communication. I am requesting a refund for the item in question. Additionally, I encountered difficulty logging into wish.com today as my password was not recognized, and my email address was not accepted. I made a purchase over a month ago and have yet to receive my item. Despite being asked to wait until April 1st before contacting you again, I have now done so only to be informed that I cannot receive a refund because it's after March 30th. I have checked with the post office and my neighbors, but no one has received a package for me. I am frustrated and would like a refund or for the amount to be credited to my account. I ordered two pairs of boots from Wish, one grey size 9 (40) and one blue size 10 (41). However, I received two pairs of blue boots in size 41 and 42, and they don't fit as expected. I've been a loyal customer of Wish but am disappointed with this order. I simply want the correct boots in the right sizes without any extra charges. Lately, I've been trying to make purchases on my mobile device. However, when I attempted to swipe to pay, a pop-up appeared asking for my personal and banking details, even though I had previously stored them without any issues. After entering my information, it said the transaction failed, which was confusing as I verified the accuracy of the details twice. Subsequently, I was asked to take a picture of my driver's license and provide a purchase receipt as proof of my identity, which was not accepted. Unsure if it was a scam, I tried the purchase on my computer and successfully bought the items. Unfortunately, I noticed that my bank account was charged twice for the transaction. I would like to cancel one of the purchases, worth $[redacted], and have the amount credited back to my account.

I recently purchased pink and navy blue canvas shoes on Wish. Unfortunately, the sizes have been inconsistent. I've come to realize that when I ordered "one," it was not clear it meant just a single item and not a set of four like I thought. In general, I've experienced issues with various orders from Wish. The items frequently arrive very late, lacking instructions, and with no proper feedback from Wish. After waiting for other orders currently en route from China, I won't be using Wish anymore. I believe Wish needs to provide clearer product descriptions, extend the delivery timelines, and ensure packages contain all necessary materials.

On March 23, [redacted], I placed an order for 1 21W Dual USB Solar Charger, a Foldable Waterproof Portable Charger with a high-efficiency solar panel for cellphones, tablets, flashlight, and camping travel. After tracking it with UPS Tracking # 1Z70RY[redacted]14, I noticed a strange route change from Syracuse, NY to Hodgkins, IL, eventually reaching Kansas City, KS on 4/03/[redacted]. I contacted UPS, and they informed me that the seller initiated a return, which I did not authorize. Today at 11:51 am, I received a notification that the item was delivered in KANSAS CITY, MO, signed by a person named CHAVEZ.
