I have made several purchases from Wish, including watches, rings, bracelets, and clothes, that have not been delivered to my address. Despite ordering these items a couple of months ago, nothing has arrived. I am frustrated by the lack of delivery and demand a full refund. My credit card information is on file, and I expect to receive a refund for all the items that have not been received. It is disappointing that my Wish orders have not been fulfilled, as I usually enjoy shopping on the platform. I urge the company to address the issue promptly and provide me with the refund I am owed.

I have 3 products that were supposed to arrive on different dates, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of February, as indicated during the purchase. To date, I have not received any of the products. The oldest purchase was made on November 16th, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of February 4th and tracking number [redacted]12. The other 2 products were purchased on December 18th, [redacted], and have not arrived either. When I check the tracking, they only keep changing the date for further delays. What solution can you provide regarding my products?

I purchased (3) pairs of jeans, but I only received a refund for (2) pairs. After the refund, my account got flagged, and now I cannot communicate with anyone. This situation feels like my money has been taken unjustly. The specific pants I ordered were women's sexy skinny leggings jeans in one size fits all. When the first pair didn't arrive, I reordered, but now the initial purchase doesn't show in my order history. The pair I received in the second order didn't fit as expected, but I can't afford to return them. I also faced issues with other purchases like a heart-shaped ring and a women's watch with tracking numbers UB[redacted]56YP, W[redacted][redacted] EPC, W[redacted]98 EPC, and W[redacted][redacted] EPC. I have three issues that I am currently disputing. Firstly, I was using my husband's shopping cart to purchase flower seeds with his wish cash. I did not complete the purchase as I was interrupted before finalizing it, but somehow the transaction went through to my credit card which was not linked to his account. Secondly, I recently placed an order on Geek before realizing they were affiliated with your company. I received a bank statement via email, which I believe is illegal in the USA unless a loan is involved. Furthermore, I discovered questionable items on the Geek website that could be deemed illegal, such as tools that can be used for unauthorized entry and items sold to minors. There were even military awards for sale, which may violate federal regulations.

I am requesting a refund of the $15 fee I paid for Express delivery due to the seller's failure to comply with the promised delivery dates. I initially paid the fee to ensure delivery between February 5 and February 7, but received emails on February 7, February 11, and February 11 pushing the delivery dates further back. Despite trying to contact customer service, only automated responses were available, which did not address the issue effectively. It was frustrating trying to explain the situation to the automated system, and after doing so, I was only offered a $5 refund for a $42 purchase. I hope Wish.com can hold the suppliers accountable and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have also bought many items on Wish, but only half of them have arrived in the mail. Some were okay, others didn't work at all, and some were not even what I had ordered, arriving damaged from shipping. Despite getting refunded without any issues by Wish, I have encountered new problems with missing bead packages and damaged solar lamps on my latest order. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I can no longer receive refunds due to allegedly misusing their return system. They advised me to continue shopping to rebuild trust and be eligible for refunds. I've tried reaching out through messages, but they keep redirecting me to the app. I hope the rest of my order arrives, but I have my doubts. I am disappointed with how customers are being treated, and I am unsure who will now refund me.

I've been attempting to contact a manager or someone at Wish without success. Last December, I placed an order for $[redacted], which was too much for my fixed income. I went back to modify the order, reducing it to $[redacted], but Wish charged me for both amounts. Even though I emailed them about the issue, and they refunded $[redacted], the $[redacted] amount was not returned, and I never received the products. Wish claimed to have refunded the full amount, but my bank has not received it despite my repeated calls. I'm exhausted dealing with this, so I filed a complaint against Wish to entities like the IRS, BBB, and consumer fraud.

I made an order on Dec 29th with an expected delivery date of Feb 2nd. Due to a snowstorm, the delivery was delayed to Feb 11th. However, the package has still not arrived. Hello, I have been a loyal Wish customer for nearly a year. However, I've recently faced multiple issues and reached out through the app multiple times with no response. This is now my fifth email. Issue #1: I saved up points to redeem a 15% discount on an order, but after using [redacted] points, I didn't receive the discount as promised. I also didn't get a coupon code despite being told the discount would apply upon purchase. Issue #2: I bought a toothpick crossbow as a gift, but it arrived with sharp burrs and a missing piece, rendering it unusable. My previous Wish guarantee claims were denied. Issue #3: Three items I ordered didn't match their advertised photos, which is misleading. I enjoy using Wish when everything goes smoothly, but these recent problems have left me frustrated. I spent around £[redacted] on clothes, shoes, etc. at the beginning of January for my holiday in February. Upon receiving my first order from Wish, I regretted my decision as the quality was extremely poor. The items were made of thin nylon that stuck to my skin. I have been trying to return the clothes as they arrived, but now I have been told that I cannot get any more refunds as my account has been flagged for too many returns. I still have items I want to return and get a refund for, but there seems to be no customer support available. I feel disappointed and frustrated with the lack of assistance. I trusted this website, but it has let me down. I need help to get my money back as I am now left without proper clothes for my holiday.

Hello, this is Robin Foster. Today, my sister used my Wish account to place an order for our mom, Shirley Dixon. I did not authorize this purchase on my account. The order today totaled $24.80 for 2 different items — $23.80 for one and $10.00 for the other. She was trying to place her own order but mistakenly attributed it to me. I contacted my bank, and they informed me that the charge was processed very quickly, within 20 to 30 minutes. I attempted to reach out to your customer service, but I struggled to get through as I live on a limited monthly income of $[redacted].00. I came across your website on my sister's computer, made a $[redacted].00 purchase, and recommended your site to others. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Jungle Outlet and lost my money without receiving the iPad2 I ordered. I have reported them and am warning others about their practices on Facebook. In December, I placed an order for $[redacted].00, but the shipping cost over $[redacted].00 was too high for my fixed income. I removed some items, reducing the total to $[redacted].00. However, both amounts were charged to my account by Wish. I contacted them, and they refunded $[redacted].00 but not the original $[redacted].00. Despite their assurance of a refund, it has not been processed. My attempts to resolve this with the support team have been frustrating as they only request order details repeatedly without resolving the issue. Communication feels impersonal, with different representatives contacting me without a satisfactory outcome or chance to escalate to management.

I received the wrong size curtains I ordered. I got the Royal Tradition Paisley Grey curtains, supposed to be 76 inches wide by 96 inches long. However, they are shorter than 96 inches. On February 8th, I noticed a charge of $94.95 from Dynamite look Chaska, MNUS, which also appears as wish.com. I did not make any purchases for that amount or receive any packages worth $94. I am now treating this as a fraud case and demand a refund promptly. I am disappointed by the lack of a contact phone number for assistance, and I am considering terminating my business relationship with you. I will not hesitate to escalate this as a fraud claim and share my experience on social media to alert others. I have submitted multiple reports to customer service without receiving any responses within the stated 2 to 3 days timeframe. This lack of communication has left me frustrated, and unless this matter is resolved, I will take further action.

I have been waiting for a response from your customer support for over 2 to 3 days regarding a $94 charge from Dynamite Look Chaska MN and wish.com. I believe this is fraudulent. I purchased a vintage oval 18k yellow gold ring with a dragonfly design, but I have not received it. Additionally, I received a poorly made faux fur vest that didn't fit. There was also an order for a 10ml pores minimizer that I did not place. I was told the vest would be refunded for $33.00, but I have to wait for 7 to 10 days, which seems excessive. I track my orders daily and have had issues in the past with missing items not being resolved satisfactorily. In [redacted], I had four missing items, including gold face products, lipsticks, of which only one gold product was refunded for $6.00. I'm hesitant to use the platform again but may reconsider if the $33.00 refund is processed promptly. I encountered an issue with my order. Towards the end of November, I purchased two diamond tennis necklaces, two black tennis bracelets, a white beaded bracelet with a crown, and a black beaded bracelet with a crown and black diamond cross, totaling around $35-$38 for seven items. I placed the order through a friend's account using their phone, and I do not have access to their email (possibly [redacted]). However, as it is now March, I have not received the items and am unsure if they were shipped. I have faced similar issues before with clothing orders.
