I purchased and paid for two packages that never arrived. I'm being told I can't get a refund because the refund deadline has passed. They are only offering wish bucks, which I don't want since I'm unhappy with a company that doesn't deliver the products after taking my money. It doesn't make sense for the refund timeframe to close on products that were never shipped. This seems suspicious to me. I am looking for a full refund, including shipping costs.

I am unable to access my Wish account. Even after attempting to reset my password through the "forgot password" option, I have not received the email for resetting it. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the response continues to be unhelpful repetitions of the same instructions. It seems like resolving this issue is not a priority for Wish's customer service team. It's disappointing that the problem remains unresolved, leading me to believe that there is negligence in addressing customer concerns.

I'm having trouble accessing my Wish account. Despite entering my usual unchanged password, the site keeps telling me it's incorrect. I've tried resetting my password multiple times, but I never receive the email with the reset link. I've contacted customer service several times, but they keep giving me the same unhelpful advice to reset the password, which I am not able to do without the email. I was informed a while back that my account was flagged for excessive returns, and now I am unable to contact customer support. If I don't receive my items, I am left without any assistance. Despite answering their delivery inquiries promptly, stating whether I received the items and my intentions (refund or wait), I'm frustrated to find out today that the deadline for refunds on items due in September has passed on October 30th. I was repeatedly asked to wait for the items and advised I couldn't get a refund, urging me to continue purchasing to improve my standing. Despite my efforts in reporting and reviewing items, my inability to communicate with support hinders me from getting refunds on undelivered items, including a recent Halloween purchase. Delivery issues are common in my area, and with a shared mailbox, some items never reach me. The accumulation of undelivered items demands refunds, causing me distress. While I probably won't receive a response as I can't contact support until my status improves, I am prepared to involve the BBB as a last resort to address this ongoing inconvenience and financial loss.

The delivery date was initially set for October 25, then changed to November 1. It's now November 4, and I haven't been able to contact anyone at Wish.com. I've reached out to PayPal for assistance. I have received 4 items from Wish in the past week, but I am unhappy with their poor quality. I want to return them, but there is no return address provided on the package or on the website. I am concerned about the lack of customer support response, as the replies seem automated. Additionally, I am worried about my bank details being on file. I tried to split a purchase fee between two cards, with one being a gift card. When I inquired with customer support on the app, I was informed that this was not supported at the time. As my gift card transaction was not processed, I abandoned the purchase. Surprisingly, the next day, I received an email notifying me that my order had been shipped. Upon investigation, I discovered that Wish had proceeded to charge the card on file without my authorization. I want to emphasize that I did not grant permission for this transaction. This situation is unacceptable and has raised serious concerns about their business practices. I am unsure about continuing to use their services in the future. Please address this matter urgently.

I have received multiple refunds which have led to my account being flagged. I believe this is unjust because if the products I bought were functional, accurately described, or undamaged, I wouldn't need to request refunds.
Recently, I purchased 6 shavers that arrived with damaged boxes covered in Chinese writing, which was not mentioned in the product description. I am unable to use these items and I expect to be able to exercise my right to a refund without being mistreated. If this issue is not resolved promptly and my account status reinstated, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. Additionally, your initial response has already deterred me as a customer and I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others.

I have been communicating with support through email for more than a week. However, I keep receiving the same unchanged responses. None of my inquiries have been addressed. I am facing delays with several items, some being over 3 weeks late. When I attempt to use the support system for undelivered packages, I am now informed that my account is randomly under audit for possibly abusing refunds. This is hard to believe because my order history reflects my genuine concerns and waiting periods. I often accept refunds in store credit to repurchase delayed items. Despite these, I continue to verify receipt of packages honestly. While initially, I was notified the audit would take 72 hours, the message now states I need to return to "good standing" by making more purchases. This overlooks unresolved orders from weeks ago, many being multiples of the same item. I seek assistance as a loyal customer facing undelivered packages without tracking updates, where the fault lies beyond my control.

Le consegne non prevedono la consegna a mano e persino stamattina il postino ha lasciato i pacchetti sul muretto del palazzo anziché consegnarli direttamente. I received a notification from my bank that ₹28,[redacted] was deducted from my account for shopping on Wish, but I did not make any purchases there. Upon checking my Wish account, I noticed a Redmi phone was ordered and then cancelled. Customer support stated the refund would be issued as Wish credits for future use. I prefer the refund back to my bank account, not in Wish credits. Additionally, the shipping address on my profile is in Ukraine, indicating possible hacking. I urge Wish.com to assist with this matter, refund the money to my bank account, and review their privacy measures. I trusted Wish.com with my credit card information and did not expect to be a victim of theft.

I received an email stating that my order is already in transit, and I'm unable to receive a refund until I return it. The order was not supposed to be processed as the card was not approved. I find it hard to believe that the order is already on its way, as it has only been one day. I'm adamant about needing a refund immediately to a different credit card. I unintentionally placed an order on November 2, [redacted], before noon. Upon realizing the error, I promptly tried to cancel each item as I did not have sufficient funds in my bank account, resulting in an overdraft. I successfully canceled every item before processing, with refunds issued for each. The total amount was never deducted from my Wish account. However, Wish currently has $[redacted].80 in my Wish Cash account, the same amount withdrawn from my bank. I have no intention of making any future purchases with Wish. There is no reason for Wish to hold onto my money. I expect a swift return to my bank account. Any response from Wish customer service that does not confirm the return to my bank is unacceptable. Holding onto my money is unjustifiable, and I demand its immediate return. Failure to comply will result in further action to resolve this matter.

The situation has caused extreme hardship as my Social Security funds are now depleted, preventing me from paying my bills. I was browsing an item and clicked on the description when suddenly a message popped up saying my order was processing. Despite my attempts to delete it, multiple new orders showed up, totaling 40. I immediately contacted customer support, who informed me that they only offer store credit, not refunds. They charged $[redacted] from my account without permission. After trying to call with no response, I emailed them the same night, providing the requested information. Three days later, they redirected me to a different department and instructed me to reach out through order history. Unfortunately, there is no way to clarify the situation there. I want to clarify that I ordered a wallet to hold my phone, credit cards, money, and change in purple color. However, I received a small purple wallet with a gold bow, which was not the item I purchased. I do not wish to wait another month for the correct item after this error.
