I recently contacted Wish regarding an order I placed for 2 rings (orange opal and aquamarine). A man named Ron from Wish called me, stating the total charge would be $[redacted].00 due to items coming from Korea and the aquamarine ring being out of stock. I was surprised as this was not disclosed on the Wish website. I requested to cancel the order due to the unexpectedly high charge. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the man insulted me and even threatened additional charges for complaints. My husband experienced similar rude behavior when he called back, with the person using offensive language. The phone number used was [redacted]. I am seeking assistance in addressing this issue and intend to report this to the Attorney General's office. Thank you. - D. Dempsey

Hello, I currently have nearly 13 outstanding orders on my Wish account that I have yet to receive. It seems like these items may be lost in transit or have been returned. Looking at my order history, it is evident that I often do not receive my deliveries, with 8 out of 10 orders going missing. I am therefore requesting a refund for these undelivered items. However, when attempting to seek help, I have been informed that my account is under review for requesting too many refunds, preventing me from contacting a support agent or obtaining refunds for items that were never delivered. This situation forces me to continue shopping in hopes of restoring my account, which is quite distressing. I am experiencing an issue with my Wish account. According to Wish, I have been flagged for excessive use of the refund policy. However, the problem is that I have not received over half of the items I ordered on multiple occasions. Many items did not arrive even well past the estimated delivery date. When asked by Wish if I had received the items, I truthfully said no and received a refund. I find it unfair that my eligibility for future refunds is being restricted due to these circumstances, especially since the items I ordered were not high-priced. I had planned to make more purchases, particularly with the holidays approaching, but this situation has deterred me. I continued to support Wish by giving them another chance after not receiving my orders, even using Wish cash instead of requesting a card refund. It seems unreasonable to be penalized for wanting to receive the items I purchased as promised. I feel frustrated and disappointed by this situation.

I recently made a purchase on WISH for clothes, accessories, and stationery. Unfortunately, I received items that did not match the listings or were broken. When I contacted customer support to inquire about returning the broken item, they advised me to keep it and proceeded with the refund. However, my account is now in bad standing due to excessive refunds. Unlike Amazon, I believe WISH should allow customers to return broken items and improve the quality of goods sold by sellers. It's unfair for customers to receive damaged items without proper resolution. I provided pictures of the items to support my complaints, and after review, the agents agreed with my concerns and issued refunds. However, this experience has left me disappointed. I hope WISH can reconsider their policies and assist customers in resolving issues like mine in the future.

Dear Customer Service, I recently discovered unauthorized orders on my Wish account that were made by my daughter while I was unavailable. As a result, I disputed these charges on my bank statement. I apologize if these orders were already processed and shipped. Despite this unfortunate situation, I value my relationship with Wish, even though I find the shipping costs high and the free items intended for me given away improperly. I am considering legal action, but for now, I will not pursue it. I believe my last order was for a smart TV box, which I intended to cancel due to financial constraints. I ordered a perfume cologne for my husband on Wish. Despite repeatedly expressing that I did not want a refund, I found the whole process akin to being robbed. They listed a full-size real bottle of Azzaro worth CAD [redacted] for only CAD 18, but it turns out the item was never going to be shipped internationally. After requesting an investigation at the post office, I discovered that Wish was not being honest about their selling practices. Now, my account has been locked because I had too many unwanted refunds due to items not being as advertised or shipped incorrectly. Despite providing evidence of the fraudulent activity, they continue to push for refunds and have flagged my account. I feel like a victim in this situation due to their false advertising and disregard for customer concerns.

I used to shop online but stopped after being hacked a couple of years ago. Despite changing all my information, someone managed to hack my email address on u or geek.com. When I tried to make a purchase with my $[redacted] Visa gift card, your website flagged an issue and requested a bank statement showing a purchase from the site. I've had no luck with eBay as I lack the right phone number and address associated with the account. The police have been unhelpful unless there's a monetary loss. I've experienced multiple changes in the delivery date for my order of athletic long socks (Order no. 5bae2ef0b56fef490858a4fd). Placed last week, I initially received a dispatch email dated 30 Sep18 with an estimated delivery of 11 - 21 Oct, later changed to 28 Oct. Despite contacting customer service twice regarding non-delivery, I've been advised to wait, leaving me uncertain about the actual delivery date. Another item ordered after this one has arrived, accentuating the delay. Please address this issue promptly; it has been a significant wait. I kindly request a refund, as the delay is unreasonable. While the site is excellent, the prolonged non-delivery of items is disappointing.

I purchased a gold watch from the Wish app, which broke the first time I wore it. A link snapped off, and I can provide a photo of the damage. I am disappointed with this experience. I forgot my passcode for Wish, making it difficult to reset. Despite receiving reset instructions, they expire quickly. I need to return wrongly sized boots, yet I can't without the passcode. Wish sent emails about undelivered items, but I can't respond without the passcode. I found the old passcode but it doesn't work either. I spoke to them via email recently, but now I can't find the email with instructions. I urge Wish to help me regain access and address my undelivered items. I have a tight return deadline for the boots due to their 30-day policy. Wish insists my email is invalid, even though they are using it to contact me.

I'm experiencing issues logging into my Wish account as I've forgotten my password. This has prevented me from accessing my order history, notifications, or being able to respond to inquiries about missing orders. In April [redacted], I discovered Wish and found some items that caught my interest. Attracted by the prices, I placed several orders without much consideration for the quality at the time. Over the following months, I continued to shop on Wish due to receiving emails and promotions. However, despite making multiple orders, I have encountered issues with many items not being delivered, even as of October 29, [redacted]. I reached out to Wish customer service to follow up, and only two items from my initial April order have been received so far. By August, I started noticing a trend of non-deliveries and began to see other buyers expressing similar concerns about false advertising and poor product quality. I now believe that Wish may be engaging in fraudulent practices, deceiving customers with promises of quick delivery and showcasing items that do not match the actual quality upon receipt. I am seeking assistance to track my orders from April and review the status of what has been delivered or not. For instance, I have been waiting for the Hexagon shades and earring studs from my first April order, which are yet to arrive. Additionally, there have been issues with the hair products I ordered as the colors sent did not match my selection. There are others facing similar challenges with Wish, and together, we could possibly take a stand against these practices.

She unknowingly used her banking card to purchase items from your website, which she does not recall due to her condition. Unfortunately, she is on a limited income and cannot afford the purchases. Hello, I discovered that the three braided cables I ordered were marked as delivered on August 30, even though it's already October. I'm concerned about the reliability of the tracking system. I've been checking my P.O. Box weekly but haven't found the items. Additionally, the previous watch that was refunded never reached me. Now, the replacement watch I ordered hasn't arrived either. These incidents make me worry about issues in the shipping process. I find the customer support in the app rigid and lacking options for detailed explanations, which is frustrating for me. On October 2, [redacted], I purchased four pairs of Fashion Loose Capri pants from Romantic1. Before ordering, I carefully checked sizes based on reviews and my usual size. On October 15, [redacted], three pairs arrived - one black, one denim blue, and one blackish gray. Unfortunately, they were all too small. I've been refunded through PayPal for two pairs, but the fourth pair in light blue never showed up until today. Customer support mentioned a tracking number issue and advised me to keep an eye out, and now it has finally arrived. I requested a shipping label to return the item, and in addition, I am pursuing a refund for the remaining two pairs of pants. I've sent several pictures of the items as well.

One month ago, in customer service, they told me I couldn't contact them because I had abused refunds, which is not true. I pay through OXXO, and when I requested a refund, I usually bought the same item in a better size or if too much time had passed, I asked for a refund. I have purchased over [redacted] items, and I feel like the 15 items that have not arrived at my house, but are paid for, should be returned to me. Today, I saw in my items that I am being told I can no longer have the item because the refund request time has passed. How can I ask for a refund if I keep getting a message saying they won't answer me? I want to know if they are going to keep those items.
