I recently ordered two blankets, one of which has been stuck in transit to Donahue, Georgia since December 8th. Despite being told it would arrive by December 12th, it is still not here. My experience with USPS customer service was not great; I spoke to a rude woman who was unhelpful. To make matters worse, USPS delivered my package to the wrong person, who admitted the mistake but likely won't return it. Additionally, I ordered white hip-hop pants, which I also have not received. I feel frustrated and worried about ordering more items, as I am having trouble resolving these issues. I just want to receive my blankets and pants as intended.

Good morning, I hope you're well. I encountered an issue with a USPS delivery of my package. The USPS driver admitted to leaving it at the wrong address and was unable to retrieve it back. I kindly request a replacement for my White hip-hop pants instead of a refund. Additionally, I ordered two blankets, one being a weed design blanket and the other a Maple leaf blanket. The tracking number for the blankets is [redacted][redacted]96. Unfortunately, I don't have the tracking number for the pants. USPS mentioned they placed an alert on my order for the blankets, which has been stuck in Donahue, Georgia since December 8. Despite being told to wait until the 12th, the items have not arrived. Earlier this week, the button for setting the day of the week fell off for no apparent reason and cannot be reattached.

I wasn't informed when my order reached the collection point. Today, I got a partial refund even though my order is at the collection point. Since I wasn't notified, I couldn't pick it up in time! I've been attempting to place a time-sensitive order, but after providing my ID as requested, I have yet to receive a response after 4 days. This delay is causing me to risk losing my Samsung Note 9.
Regarding a more urgent matter, on April 22nd, I mistakenly ordered a Samsung A10e, which is the same phone I already had. I promptly contacted customer service to cancel the order upon realizing my error. The package was accepted by the front desk against my instructions, returned the next day, and only reached Wish on August 3rd. Despite the return not meeting the refund requirements due to the delay, I believe I shouldn't bear the $[redacted] loss caused by the shipping mishap.
Upon repeatedly inquiring about the refund, my account was unexpectedly closed. I value our business relationship and hope this issue can be resolved satisfactorily. Thank you, Tom Smith.

I didn't intend to order the phone, I was merely using it for comparison with my current phone's value. I believe my account was closed, preventing me from seeking a refund for a phone I never received because FedEx had not returned it by 8/3/[redacted]. I am hoping Wish can refund me, but since FedEx requires the shipper to make a claim, I feel at a loss. Despite my efforts, I only recently learned the shipping details. I felt undervalued by Wish and believe my account was closed unjustly. I had previously reached out to Wish about this issue. I am puzzled by the lack of effort to ensure my satisfaction. I purchased a security camera from Geek/Wish on November 2. I was informed that it would arrive between the 5th and 7th, or at the latest the 9th. Morning of the 10th, I received a message from Geek stating I should contact support for a full refund since the item was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe. However, when I contacted them, the situation got confusing. They repeatedly sent tracking information with every message I sent. I believe I should receive the full refund as per their policy and guarantee.

On 12/17/21 at around 8 pm, I made a purchase for two items. Unfortunately, I realized that the price of the shirt I ordered was too high and I want to cancel it. I understand that the order is coming from China and it's unlikely to be processed so quickly, especially over a weekend. I received a free gift for opening a Wish account but never got it. The missing item was a silver keychain with "to my love I love u" and the initial "A" on it. The order number was 61a5c8e2ceb0cd655b79db78 placed on November 29th for delivery on the 16th with 10pcs of 100x7x1.5mm Pyrex tubes. J'attendais un colis prévu pour être livré entre le 15 et le 27 décembre. Aujourd'hui, le 22 décembre, UPS m'a informé qu'ils n'ont pas pu livrer le colis car personne n'était présent pour signer. Cela a été contraignant de devoir rester à la maison depuis le 15 en attendant une livraison. Ce service de livraison est décevant. Après cette expérience, j'ai pris la décision que ce sera ma dernière commande chez vous. Les autres compagnies laissent généralement le colis à la porte ou dans un point de service proche, ce qui est plus pratique.
