I made a purchase on Wish on 10-18. The order arrived promptly and the items seemed fine at first. However, out of the 8 blouses I ordered, only one fit me properly. The solid grey and purple butterfly blouses in 4xL were too big, despite being the recommended size per the chart. The material was not as described, and there were no tags on them for washing instructions. Similarly, the 3 sweatshirts in 3xL were also too small, with unclear fabric details on the tags. The 4xL red blouse was unexpectedly tiny with no material info either. One of the supposed sweatshirts was not a sweatshirt at all. Customer service informed me they can't refund the ill-fitting items due to the return policy, which contradicts their SATISFACTION GUARANTEE I relied on. I am dissatisfied and demand a full refund. I need assistance with this matter.

My account was suddenly blocked without any warning. I have been waiting for months for Wish to address this issue, but I have received no response. I have repeatedly sent my ID for verification as requested, but it seems to have had no effect. Even after my mom contacted Wish on my behalf, her account was also blocked when we tried to use it. We are both extremely frustrated with the lack of Customer Support from Wish.com. It is unacceptable to ignore customers and when they do respond, they are unable to resolve the account blocks. As loyal customers, we hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Please explain why our accounts were blocked and most importantly, provide a timeframe for them to be unblocked. This situation has been very frustrating. I look forward to a prompt and effective response, as waiting months for customer service assistance is unreasonable.

I purchased Advantix XL dog flea & tick treatment for 6 months along with a t-shirt. Following my payment, I received a confirmation email but noticed that the shipping address was incorrect. To rectify this, I attempted to change the address on the app but could only modify my name. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the Advantix was delivered to the wrong location, and the shirt is en route to the same incorrect address. When I tried to contact Wish's customer service, I encountered a message stating they were not taking calls, prompting me to email [redacted] As of now, I have not received any response from Wish. I would like to receive the two items I purchased since my address was not altered. I accidentally ordered some items within the return/refund window over four months ago. Despite exchanging emails with customer service for over a month, the issue remains unresolved. Customer service responses consist of generic messages that do not address my concerns, and the website is not helpful either. The site states my refund is in progress but provides irrelevant information regarding my order. Wish owes me hundreds of dollars as a refund, and I cannot disregard this matter, especially since I returned all items promptly. Thank you.

Hello! I tried to purchase three items on the WISH app website this morning. However, I encountered issues with applying a Cyber Monday promo code as the app did not allow it. Furthermore, when I proceeded to purchase the three items, I was also charged for around four additional items that I had not confirmed to buy, without my consent. Despite being told by the email customer service that I could delete transactions within 30 minutes, all items were processed within five minutes without the promised discount. I was unable to cancel the order through the app or the San Francisco phone number provided, which was unresponsive. I have attempted to cancel the order several times through email without success. In my previous order, I noticed that what I had ordered was not complete. The package only contained the shirt I ordered and was missing the elbow pads and pants that were supposed to be included. I purchased a USB hand warmer from your company recently. Today was my first time using it during a 4-hour round of golf in cold weather. However, the hand warmer only lasted about one hour before shutting off. I know others with a similar unit that lasts double that time. If it should last at least 4 hours, it may be faulty, and I would appreciate a replacement. If it is not meant to last that long, I would expect a refund.

On December 3, [redacted], I placed an order for 2 rings that are on their way to me. Surprisingly, an additional order for Ensure and a pendant was included without my knowledge. Wish sent me an email indicating that the Ensure order, which I never intended to purchase, is currently being prepared and cannot be canceled as the cancelation timeframe has expired.
