I accidentally placed a $[redacted] order on Wish on September 3rd. I tried to cancel the order, but couldn't find a button to do it all at once. Contacting Wish support takes 2-3 days for a response. So, I started canceling products one by one. The cancellation stopped at $[redacted] because they were already processing my order for shipping, even though it was supposed to take 2 weeks. Customer service said they couldn't help. Despite contacting them minutes after placing the order, I had to send back items totaling $40.60. Why should I pay for shipping? I've been in circles with Wish Customer Service for over a month. They only seem to repeat scripted responses. I want to reach someone at Wish who will actually listen. Dealing with this has been incredibly stressful. Wish didn't even offer a gift card or coupon for all the trouble. What kind of company is Wish? I doubt I will shop there again.

My account has been restricted, and I'm unsure why. They requested an ID, but as I don't currently have a state ID in Indiana (where I live now but originally from New York), I submitted my birth certificate. It's been 5 days since I sent it, even though they promised a response within 2 to 3 business days. However, there's been no communication. I had ordered two items before the account restriction, but now they're not fulfilling the order. This situation feels like theft to me. I made the purchases, and shortly after, my account was restricted. Usually, the delivery date is provided when an order is in process, but this time, they haven't given any information. They've essentially taken my money without explanation.

My account is restricted, but my Wish cash balance remains. Despite multiple emails to customer service, I have not received any help. I am frustrated because each time I attempt to checkout, a box pops up requesting verification of my identity with a copy of my ID. I have already submitted this request numerous times without any resolution. I am unsure how to lift the account restriction to use the remaining Wish cash or have the funds returned to my original payment method. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this ongoing issue with orders not being delivered correctly has left me disheartened. Regardless of the details, I simply want to utilize my Wish cash or have it refunded to my original payment method. If this is not possible, I am ready to deactivate my account as I am fed up with this frustrating situation.

I made a purchase on September 22nd and paid for it. The package was shipped and delivered on October 1st, but unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong country. Now I am struggling to contact anyone for assistance. I am located in South Africa, and the package was wrongly delivered to Kushadasi Aydin, which is a different country. They have my correct address on file, so I am hoping to receive the package promptly or a refund.

I recently received an order containing a laptop and other items all stuffed in a taped-up bag. Despite the order status showing as delivered, I have not received the laptop I urgently need for school. I'm frustrated and upset as I depend on a fixed income due to disability. I can't track the laptop, and previous attempts to resolve the issue have failed. Missing one of these tracking numbers, I am at a loss. It's crucial to locate the laptop as it's causing significant delays for my online education. Waiting for a month is unacceptable when I rely on such items for schooling. I placed an order for pickup and received a confirmation that I would be notified by email when it was ready. Two days later, I received the email. The deadline for pickup was supposed to be the 9th, but on the 6th, when I arrived at 11:30 am, the place was closed even though it was scheduled to open at noon. I returned on the 7th and encountered the same issue. Eventually, after waiting, my QR code was scanned, and my order was returned as I missed the deadline. Upon checking the app, it mentioned the items were out of stock, with the message sent only 2 hours before my arrival. Trying to contact customer service led to being informed about restrictions for utilizing the return policy. Despite only making 2 returns personally due to damaged or misrepresented items, I am frustrated with the way I was treated after investing so much money.

Dear Wish Customer Service, I am Med Amine Mahine, a loyal Wish customer for over a year using the email [redacted] I am reaching out as I have been waiting for assistance from customer service for 10 days now. On September 30, [redacted], I received a t-shirt different from what I ordered. After contacting customer service, a sales representative promised a refund but then restricted my account due to a payment issue, requesting a copy of my ID for verification, which I promptly submitted. However, it has been 10 days without any response from customer service, and my account remains restricted with Wish cash that I am unable to use. I purchased a set of 4 dinner bowls for $57 from WISH. Typically, my WISH orders can be picked up at a local store, but this one didn't have that option. I received a delivery notification on Sept 24, but the package never arrived. Upon contacting support, I was informed to wait for the final delivery date for a full refund. Expecting the refund, I reordered the set, but once again, I received a delivery notification without the actual delivery. The first shipment was by FEDEX and the second by UPS. The proof of delivery for both shows different weights, and upon investigating, I found conflicting store locations between North Las Vegas and Viet Nam. Despite no evidence of delivery from my security cameras and no assistance from FedEx or UPS, the company insists there will be no refund based on the delivery proof. The discrepancy in information on the confirmations is troubling, especially considering other vendor deliveries to my address are successful without issues. I've confirmed with my neighbors that they haven't received any packages either.

Earlier today, I was browsing through Wish and had a few items in my cart that I didn't process immediately. Shortly after, I received a notification that my whole cart had been processed without my consent. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach a human at Wish to address this issue, which is frustrating. I'm trying to cancel the order with reference number #...616dd282d984ab5241b8db0d... and also remove my card and PayPal information from my account. If this isn't resolved, I'll consider closing my account and informing fellow United States Army members about these practices and encourage them not to use Wish.com in the future.

I am having trouble recalling the brand names of the products I wanted to buy. I remember there were sweaters and a gothic T-shirt. The issue I am facing is that whenever I attempt to make a payment, I receive notifications asking for verification such as sending a photo ID. This has occurred multiple times, and I have lost track of how many times I had to submit my ID just to confirm my identity. These payment errors consistently happen, even when trying to buy just one available item. Despite receiving emails stating that the issue has been resolved, it persists each time I try to make a purchase. Wish mentioned that my purchasing pattern triggered their security system, although I am not engaging in any malicious activity. Professionals confirmed that my computer is not the problem, suggesting it might be a bug on Wish's end. I recommended they consult a technology expert, yet their responses were off-topic. It is disappointing that the once trustworthy Wish is now facing these issues, as they used to be my go-to when products were unavailable on other platforms like Amazon or eBay.

I have confirmed the delivery address is correct and checked with neighbors, friends, and the post office, but no one has found the package. Al contactarles, me respondieron que debía cambiar la maquinaria por mi cuenta. Considero que al recibir un producto en mal estado, la tienda debe encargarse de reemplazarlo. Espero que encuentren una solución con este vendedor. Hola, buenas tardes. Quisiera comentarles que estoy muy descontento por las molestias ocasionadas y el trato que me ha dado la tienda Cool Watches. Solicité un reloj a esta tienda y me llegó roto, ya que no funciona y las agujas no se mueven. Les envié un mensaje el mismo día que lo recogí y me respondieron que cambiara la maquinaria y la pila del reloj por mi cuenta. He cambiado la pila, pero el reloj sigue sin funcionar. Entiendo que cuando uno compra un producto y llega en mal estado, la tienda debería responsabilizarse de reemplazarlo. Como vendedor, sé que es importante cuidar la satisfacción del cliente. Solicito que me envíen otro reloj en perfecto estado o que me devuelvan mi dinero. No estoy dispuesto a pagar extra por un error ajeno. My Wish account was disabled due to a hacking incident six months ago. Now, I am attempting to reactivate my account. Wish has instructed me to request a new password, but I am not receiving the password-reset email since my account remains disabled. Despite Wish's assurances of reactivation, I am still unable to reset my password. I have been trying to resolve this issue for six months. Wish support has confirmed that all my account data is intact but they have not yet reactivated my account. I urge Wish to enable my account promptly so I can reset my password and regain access to it.

A few days ago, while shopping on Wish, all my communications and emails suddenly turned to Portuguese. After switching back to English, I now encounter a blank screen when opening item details. I can't seem to reset my language preference to English, and it's causing my computer to slow down. Wish.com needs to address why my account ([redacted]) received communications in Portuguese and ensure all future messages are in English without translation. If this isn't resolved, I will have to close my account.

Hello. I purchased a Makita cordless impact driver from your website and noticed it has poor performance after a few minutes of use. I visited a tool store and discovered that the item sent to me was a fake with no quality. Additionally, I did not receive the extra parts that were supposed to come with it. Hello, I recently placed an order for three phone cases, all the same model in different colors, through my Wish account. Following this, I received an order confirmation email for the three items. Surprisingly, the email contained two non-functional links, one for tracking the order and another for contacting customer service. Currently, I have not received any updates on the products, and my bank account has already been charged. Additionally, in the "Order History" section of my Wish account, there is no record of this order. I would appreciate it if you could fix these links promptly or refund the payment.
