URGENT: I am eagerly waiting for your response so that I can purchase an item that is almost sold out. I am confused about applying my rewards points. I am supposed to get a 5% discount for every [redacted] points and 10% for a Log On Bonus reward coupon. However, these discounts are not being automatically applied at checkout as mentioned in the FAQ section. In the past, when I tried to use both rewards, only one was applied, and it was always the lower discount. For example, a 50% Log On Bonus was replaced by a 5% coupon discount.
I urgently need to make this purchase for $17 or less as I only have $20 on my card and there is a $3 fee. This purchase is for a bedridden friend who really wants this item in her room. Yesterday, the total at checkout was $16. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

I received an email stating my order was delivered on 08/01/[redacted], but it was not. Customer support advised waiting a few weeks for delivery, yet it never arrived. Despite reaching out continuously, I was told to wait until August 31st for a refund. However, when I requested it on that date, I was informed I missed the 30-day refund window. This conflicting information is disheartening. I suspect it was a deliberate attempt to avoid issuing a refund. I have checked with local postal services, but my package remains missing. I'm disappointed because the second order I placed was once again delivered to the wrong location. I'm frustrated because I have not received any of the items I ordered, so I am requesting a refund for all my purchases, regardless of delivery status. I expect a prompt response, as I need my money returned. Additionally, there are still pending refunds from over 14 days ago that I have not received. I am upset that I am unable to easily reach customer service for assistance. I hope to have my refund processed within the next 8 hours, or I will be forced to escalate the matter. Hello,
I'm looking to return the TV I ordered from Wish because it arrived damaged. I followed Wish's return instructions and took the TV to the post office (USPS) as directed. However, the post office declined to accept the TV box for two reasons: its size exceeds USPS regulations (it's a 65-inch TV) and the prepaid shipping label provided by Wish is for a much smaller box. They advised me to use UPS instead.
I would appreciate it if someone from Wish could promptly send me a new prepaid shipping label suitable for returning the TV via UPS or FedEx. This inconvenience is causing delays in getting a replacement, and I paid for the product quite some time ago.
I want to expedite the return process to receive a new TV promptly.

I ordered a backpack from Store SPS with an expected delivery of August 23 for my daughter in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The delivery date was suddenly changed to August 30, causing inconvenience as my grandson has started school without the product. I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of $79 on my debit card for a necklace I did not purchase. This has caused my checking account to be cleared out, leading to problems paying my car insurance and incurring overdraft fees. I urgently need a refund and demand to speak with a representative immediately. I am considering legal action against the company. In the past, I had a negative experience with an incorrect item I received. I never wore the shirt due to size and quality issues. I have been trying to address an issue with a comforter set I purchased on Labor Day. There was a promotion advertised for Labor Day through September 3rd, and I ordered on September 3rd to avail of the 50% discount. However, when I tried to apply the promo code, it showed an error stating the offer was no longer available. I had a similar issue with waiting for my order and was advised to check my order history, mark the item as not received, and then initiate a live chat with support. They offered me the choice to wait longer or receive a refund. I opted to wait a bit more since my delivery date just expired today. If it takes too much longer, I will opt for a refund. I have encountered an issue with my orders on Wish as I have not received them. I am looking to either receive my orders or a refund. I spent a considerable amount of time in May and June placing multiple orders which include a smartwatch, lip gloss, a foot bracelet among a few other items that I have received. My final order included clothing, laptops, tablets, jewelry, makeup, nail kits, shoes, masks, hats, a Bluetooth hat, nail rings, lip piercings, and nail products. I am unable to track the specific items ordered on my phone but I have the credit card statements from various cards used, with one of them being closed after making these purchases. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

I placed an order for a latex catsuit approximately ** days ago. On two separate occasions, I received a pair of latex socks and latex gloves as a "gift" with notes stating my package was on its way, yet it never arrived. Wish promptly issued a refund when I raised the issue. However, I had to repurchase the same item at a higher price and encountered the same problem. Unfortunately, upon assembling the bike, I discovered that it was too small. I contacted customer service who advised me to return it undamaged for a refund. However, upon disassembling it for return, I noticed multiple scratches on the paintwork, which was disappointing for a new item.

I placed an order for nine jump drives back in June, it's been nearly three months now. Unfortunately, I never received the items. After being refunded in Wish dollars, I decided to reorder. However, the second time around, all I got was an empty envelope. I provided pictures of the labels on the envelope, but I was only refunded for one drive as they claimed each drive was a different color and required separate claims. I pointed out discrepancies in the weight of the package compared to the actual product weight, but my concerns were dismissed. I even provided evidence with pictures showing the impossibility of fitting nine drives in the tiny envelope sent. I feel frustrated and unheard. I just want the products I've been attempting to order for so long. I am disappointed that my integrity is being questioned in this situation.

I received the rest of my order on the 6th, but the dual brush pen set did not show up, even when I tracked it during the issue resolution. Now, after the problem has been solved, the tracking shows it has been delivered to my mailbox with the rest of my order. I have not received the [redacted]-count dual brush pen set that cost $44. I've been trying to contact Wish support for a few days now regarding an issue that occurred back on July 19th. My entire cart was ordered accidentally, which I promptly canceled within 10 minutes. However, instead of issuing me a refund back to my bank like the other two orders, they provided Wish credit. Despite explaining I did not want this credit due to previous issues with orders, the refund was not processed to my bank account as requested. I've received refunds for other orders back to my bank account, but this particular one has only given me Wish cash. I recently placed two large orders, but I had to get a refund for most of the products in my last order, which was frustrating after waiting so long.
