Surprisingly, the first order charged me $5.00 instead of $1.00. When I reached out to Wish customer service, they initially claimed that I was not charged for shipping and it was free. After clarifying that I was indeed charged $4.00 for shipping, they then mentioned that free shipping was applicable only after reaching a certain spending threshold. This contradicted the first representative who stated that shipping was free. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I have attempted multiple times to cancel my credit card, which is still visible on your website. I'm requesting for it to be removed and inaccessible.
While trying to delete my card, I received an email instructing me to make another purchase before removal, which is unacceptable.
Please review your records. The fishing reel I ordered for my grandson has been delivered, but the reel is still pending shipment for 9/30/18.

I placed my first order with Wish back in June for four pairs of shoes for my two boys. Despite receiving notifications stating that the items were delivered on July 3 and July 7, the shoes never arrived. I immediately contacted Wish, but was asked to wait as the notifications may not always be accurate. Over the past month and a half, I have been persistently trying to get a refund or have the shoes resent. Following all the steps provided by Wish, I reached out to the Post Office with the tracking numbers for the two deliveries. According to the Post Office, one package is supposedly in Las Vegas and the other in Maine, both far from my residence in Ohio. I remain without the four pairs of shoes that I paid over $[redacted] for. I am frustrated and simply want a resolution, either a refund or the shoes to be shipped to me.

I received my order recently and unfortunately found issues with the products. The sterling silver earrings I ordered turned out to be plastic, including the posts. The Pokemon hooded shirt I purchased in a boys size 8 is much smaller, more like a size 5-6. Even the metal blue cross I ordered is plastic, chain included.
I have tried to contact customer service through the email provided in my order but it keeps stating that the email is unrecognized. This was my first time using the Wish app, and I am quite disappointed with the items I received and the lack of available customer support.

I am experiencing some issues, being passed around, considering switching to another website. I am hesitant to pay for assistance to purchase items. There are two items in my cart, and I am confused about the "with frame" and "without frame" descriptions. Is the "frame" referring to hanging on the wall, or is it around the picture? Hello. I have been a satisfied Wish customer for a couple of years now and I am attempting to cancel my 1st Visa credit/debit card and use my new Visa card. I have $7 and some change in my Wish Cash account due to an item that was never sent. I received a 5% discount on my recent order but I'm encountering issues using it. When I try to add my new Visa card information for billing and shipping, I receive an error message stating, "Oops. There is a payment issue. Please go to payment issues to resolve." I placed an order on July 31, [redacted] (Order # 5b611b6640b35600c6899d8bf). The delivery dates were initially August 22, which was missed, then September 1, also missed. I was given the option for a refund or to wait, I chose to wait. The next delivery date was September 15, and as of September 19, I haven't received it. The tracking number UB[redacted]17YP shows that it arrived at the country's post office on August 8, [redacted]. I am concerned about the delays and frustrated as I have received previous orders on time. I purchased 31 items from the website, but after the payment was processed, I received a message stating there was a payment issue and all items were refunded. It's confusing why my payment was accepted then refunded. The refund hasn't shown up in my account yet, and some items I ordered might not be available when or if this gets fixed. Last November, I ordered [redacted] gel pens that never arrived. Additionally, I purchased a 32cm light-up bear and a smaller one after Christmas, but they were never delivered. Lastly, I ordered a $32.00 dress for my granddaughter for the first day of school in August. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive a refund on my government debit card. I have been a loyal customer but will not make any further purchases until I receive my items or a full refund.
