On December 9, I availed of the $4.99 offer to look up a friend's number in WA. Despite viewing the information I needed, my phone unexpectedly went out. Upon returning to the site, I unintentionally clicked on another button, leading to a request for a $19.99 background check service. Both charges are visible on my PayPal account. I requested a White Pages account for a month as that's all I can afford currently. I believed the $2.99 service was for a discounted yearly rate and $3.99 was for monthly use, so I selected the $3.99 option. Though pricier, I hoped to switch to the $2.99 deal for 12 months when financially feasible. I apologize for the confusion and kindly request a solution via email as I lack the funds presently. I attempted the opt-out process on White Pages by calling back and providing the code as instructed. However, when the verification call came through, I received an error message and was disconnected, preventing me from completing the opt-out. Unfortunately, I am unable to delete my listing directly from the White Pages website. I am dealing with issues related to stalking from my ex and his nephew, so it is crucial that my information is removed from the site. Please delete my listing from White Pages as soon as possible.

I purchased an online White Pages account and am disappointed with my experience. The features of the app and website are not as I expected, as they do not provide all the details promised during the purchase. To access additional features and information, it seems I need to make more in-app purchases, contrary to what was stated during membership payment. Upon reviewing the terms of service, it appears they do not offer refunds despite advertising a money-back guarantee. I recently purchased an online White Pages account but I am dissatisfied with the service. The website and app features are not as comprehensive as I expected, and I had to make additional in-app purchases to access the information I thought was included in my original purchase. Even after these extra purchases, I still did not receive all the information I needed without being prompted to pay for more unlocks. The conflicting information between the money-back guarantee at the time of purchase and the no-refund policy in the terms of service is misleading and frustrating. I would like to cancel my subscription to White Pages after signing up for a free trial. Unfortunately, after making the payment for the trial, I was redirected to the main page without being able to set up my account login details. I never got the chance to utilize the free trial. I recently found out the name and whereabouts of an individual who caused me trouble. After reaching out to a mutual contact in hopes of resolving the issue, it seems they became aware of my searches about her. This person has since been sharing my personal details and even accessing my medical records, leading me to contact the hospital. I have been receiving texts from unidentified senders with links to dating apps. Although I suspect this individual is behind it, her information is now hidden, making it hard for me to check her connections. Can my personal information be blocked to avoid further harassment? I have not misused her information and am being stalked and harassed. I hope she faces consequences for her recent actions. I am considering changing my number again to keep it private.

I need help with a background report I was printing. I had paid for it via PayPal, but lost the website before finishing. Despite being a "Premium Member" with an account and monthly fee through a bank withdrawal, White Pages is asking me to pay again for the full report. I contacted White Pages' support and was instructed to go to my Account Dashboard, but I can't find how to access it on the site. I've attempted various methods, like using the order ID, without success. The system keeps prompting me to make a duplicate payment to complete the printing process.

I accidentally selected the incorrect name for a Background Report, which resulted in a charge of $19.95 on my debit card. I would appreciate a refund for this error as I am still new to this account which I opened just 30 minutes ago. It would be helpful to have a two-button ACCEPTANCE option to prevent such mistakes in the future. I unintentionally clicked the submit button and couldn't halt the process. Thank you.
