Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with my Samsung 7 Edge Android phone. Upon waking up today, I noticed that the messages I had been trying to send were not going through. To troubleshoot the issue, I have already taken the following steps: - Restarted the phone - Cleaned the device - Uninstalled and reinstalled the messaging app - Reset my internet connection, even though my Wi-Fi was working fine - Attempted to use WhatsApp web, but encountered the same internet connectivity error - Tried using data, but saw no change until now - Finally, I tested with Messenger for a successful call while still streaming a movie. The concern is that the last available backup on my phone is dated 13/03, which is a month earlier than expected. I never received a notification to back up my data and assumed it was done automatically. Is there a way to retrieve the data from this past month? I am eager for your assistance. Thank you, Sandrine

My cell phone carrier, Verizon, is charging me for an international call I made on WhatsApp, claiming that WhatsApp changed its policy and now charges for international calls. I contested this with a representative stating that WhatsApp calls have always been free. I need confirmation from you to send to Verizon, as I have used WhatsApp for years without any charges for long-distance calls. I am disputing these unfair charges, as I feel they are losing business to WhatsApp. Kindly provide me with the necessary information to share with Verizon Wireless before I consider cancelling my services.

I greatly appreciate your support and assistance. I received a message stating that my registration has been reset, but my issue remains the same as before, as shown in the attached picture. The problem I'm facing is that my SIM card can receive phone calls but not SMS messages. In the picture, you can see that the only option available is to receive a password via SMS, without the possibility of receiving it through a phone call. When I try this option, I do not receive the password, leading to me being blocked for several hours. I need to receive the password via phone call and not SMS. I recently got a new Samsung S8 handset and backed up my WhatsApp chats to Google Drive. However, I have three Gmail accounts and am unsure which one the backup is on. While everything else transferred successfully via USB, I couldn't restore my WhatsApp data on the new phone from the Play Store, leading to verification requests on both phones. After speaking with Google Drive, we identified the correct email address for the backup, but the verification issue persists. All I need is to access my WhatsApp data as it contains important information. I have been attempting to contact WhatsApp about an account that was created using part of my name, which I did not set up. I already have a WhatsApp account under the name "sheena miranda" with only one linked mobile number. The account "Sheena Glyndwr" is not mine and seems to be a fake account causing confusion. I have asked WhatsApp to verify that this account does not belong to me as I suspect it is being used wrongly to frame me. I feel lost in resolving this, as WhatsApp responses appear automated, and I doubt they are addressing my concerns genuinely. Hello, I'm Edalio. I work in Myanmar and had my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone with WhatsApp installed. Even after deactivating my US mobile number, WhatsApp was still functional in Myanmar until my phone overheated and exploded. I purchased a Samsung A50 as a replacement. My family reactivated my US mobile so I could reinstall WhatsApp on the new phone. I received the authentication PIN from my sister, successfully downloaded the app, but now my contacts are not linked to my account. I also forgot which Google account is synced with my WhatsApp. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. Thank you.

My WhatsApp is not opening. Yesterday, I changed my SIM card but kept the same number. Unknowingly, my SMS service was deactivated during this time. I attempted to call for the verification code repeatedly on WhatsApp and mistakenly entered the wrong code. After many unsuccessful attempts, WhatsApp prompted me to use SMS for the code. Since my SMS service was inactive without my knowledge, I did not receive the code. Today, my SMS has been reactivated at 3:18. Yesterday, I waited 6 hours for the code, and today, I am faced with a 16-hour wait. Please assist me in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my WhatsApp sooner than in 16 hours.

Hello, I recently discovered that my phone number has been banned. I sent messages to contacts in my phone book informing them about an event. I am unsure if some of them reported it as spam, leading to the ban. I realize now that messaging contacts via WhatsApp is a violation of the regulations, which I misunderstood. I used to have a WhatsApp account linked to phone number x, but it was deactivated years ago. After getting a new phone, I had to verify a new number to use the app. I've been using this new account for 20 days. Recently, I managed to restore my old chats to my new phone and account. However, in doing so, I seem to have lost the chats from the last 20 days. Messages from April 9 to 29, [redacted], are missing. I received a message from someone dated 9th April [redacted], followed by messages from today. I'd like to find a way to retrieve both sets of chats - the older ones and the recent ones, even if they appear separately.
