I believe I've been a victim of fraud as I was transferred to a closed office while on hold. I'm frustrated and considering involving the police as no one has been able to assist me with this issue. I am unable to create a new account as my social security number is not recognized. I suspect my ex-husband might be involved as he is the only one who had access to my information. This situation has caused me to be denied by banks. I am seeking any advice on how to proceed with this troubling situation. Thank you for any help you can provide.

After selling my home, I received a letter confirming they wouldn't seek payment from me or the VA for any remaining balance. Unfortunately, I misplaced the letter and have been unable to get a copy from the mortgage company's customer service. I believe their legal or correspondence department might have a digital copy of this letter. I kindly request assistance in having them resend the letter to me. Thank you for your help!

I need assistance while I am abroad and unable to access my online banking account. The system is prompting me for verification through a code sent to my U.S. phone numbers, but they are not reachable from overseas. Is there a way to receive this code via email instead? I appreciate any advice or support as I am unable to log in to contact Customer Service for help. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently experienced an issue at Target while purchasing baby items with my Google Wallet card. Although I had just deposited money into my account, Target initially claimed my transaction didn't go through. After a double charge appeared on my account, they later reversed one charge but failed to process my refund, causing further complications. Despite providing transaction IDs and explanations, my funds were not promptly returned, leading to unnecessary stress and a potential overdraft fee. This incident has left me hesitant to use the Google card or shop at Target in the future. The delayed resolution is concerning, especially considering the financial impact and my responsibilities as a parent. I hope the situation gets resolved promptly to alleviate this unnecessary burden.

I need to cancel the new customer reward program. I'm unsure of the department I should contact. When I purchased my auto load, I was given a choice of promotional items to select from. The deal was to try it out for a couple of weeks and then cancel if I desired. I have decided to cancel, but I never received any items in the first place. I am currently unable to log in or set up an account. I have reached out to several departments without success. Please assist me in canceling the program and confirm once it's done. Dealing with this has been quite frustrating. [redacted]

Greetings,
As a resident of Sweden who frequently travels to the U.S. for trade shows, I am interested in setting up a U.S. bank account to streamline my financial transactions. I typically spend $10,[redacted]-$15,[redacted] during my visits and prefer to avoid carrying large amounts of cash. My goal is to transfer funds from my Swedish bank account to the U.S. account through wire transfers and have the flexibility to withdraw cash when needed for trade shows. Additionally, I would like a debit card linked to the account for non-cash transactions. Is it feasible to establish this setup with your institution?
Kind regards,
Rikard M. of Sweden

As a Wells Fargo customer, I encountered an issue with a court payment I made on behalf of a friend to the City of Mesa courts. Instead of deducting $10 as intended, the courts withdrew $[redacted] from my account. I promptly visited the City of Mesa courts the following day with my friend to rectify the situation. They acknowledged the error and provided a release receipt for the excess amount, retaining only the correct $10. Despite this, Wells Fargo has yet to credit the refunded amount back into my account. This delay is frustrating as the funds were meant for my June rent, now incurring a $25 daily late fee. I urge for a swift resolution rather than just a claim number, as I did not authorize the initial deduction or the withholding of these funds.

I have a Wells Fargo Outdoor Solutions card offering a zero-interest promotion for 6 months if the balance is paid in full. In April [redacted], I made a payment of $6,[redacted] to pay off the card, but requested to reverse it due to unexpected vet bills for my dog. Wells Fargo agreed to reverse the payment and send me a check within 10 business days. After waiting over a month and contacting them multiple times, I learned that the check was never sent. Despite promises to apply the payment directly to my account, nothing has been done. The promotion has now ended, resulting in over $2,[redacted] of accrued interest on my account. Wells Fargo has had the payment in their possession for over two months, causing unnecessary stress and financial burden. I am seeking for the payment to be applied to my account, and for the accrued interest and late fees to be waived due to their failure to follow through on their promises.

Despite being advised by Mr. Sam Shin from Youngnam Machinery to wait 90 days for a refund, Mr. Brito has not responded to messages or returned the money. I urge Wells Fargo to thoroughly investigate this case of electronic fraud and provide a resolution.

I visited a WF branch to set up my mother's accounts with myself as a POA. The representative advised me to re-enroll online with my details for bill pay. However, upon entering my SSN, I encountered an error prompting me to call a 1-[redacted] number. Upon calling, I was informed that due to my recent name change after getting married and previously having a mortgage under a different name with WF, I would need to provide a copy of my marriage license. In Florida, I already provided my marriage license, divorce decree, and birth certificate to the state. I believe my driver's license, which I presented to the bank, should suffice. I have the required documents but have made multiple trips and spent hours trying to set this up just to manage my mother's bills online.

Dear Wells Fargo Customer Service,
I am currently in Bangkok, Thailand, and facing an issue with accessing my online account. While I can still use the ATM to withdraw cash, I am unable to open my online account as I am being prompted to enter an access code that I do not possess.
According to Wells Fargo, the access code was sent to my [redacted] phone number, but after checking with a reliable friend residing at that address, they confirmed that the code did not arrive. As I don't carry a mobile phone or engage in texting while traveling, I kindly request that the access code be sent to my email address at [redacted]
Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Maurice B.

I previously had two Wells Fargo cards but no longer possess them due to personal circumstances. Amid a challenging divorce, I retrieved physical copies of statements earlier this year for legal reasons. Recently, I received a demand from the opposing party for documentation regarding the closure dates of two accounts ending in -23 and -82. While I lack the full card numbers, I can still access one account online with my login credentials. With a court hearing approaching on Monday, the 25th, I urgently need to fulfill this request. I am unsure how to obtain the required information online. Your guidance on resolving this swiftly would be highly appreciated.
Sincerely,
David C. Wenger-Keller

I am seeking further information regarding Wells Fargo Private Student Loans. Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program at the Academy of Art University, I am nearing my independent undergraduate financial aid limit. I anticipate requiring about $60,[redacted] for tuition throughout my studies. Could you please clarify the following:
1. Will one loan cover the entire program, or will I need to apply for a new loan per semester or academic year?
2. Are payments required while still in school? I may have to pay some tuition directly to AAU, making it challenging to manage both tuition payments and loan repayments simultaneously during enrollment.
3. What is the minimum credit score required? As my credit score is currently in the low 600s, without an available cosigner, I am uncertain about my approval chances for the needed loan amount. My husband's credit score is similar.
I hold one checking account and three savings accounts with WF. Thank you for your support.

I was hired by what I believed to be a legitimate company to work from home, making purchases and getting reimbursed. On my first assignment, I used my credit card, receiving an account number with Wells Fargo for reimbursement. After successfully paying off my card, I proceeded to make more purchases. Recently, I was informed by my credit card company that the funds were reversed for unauthorized transactions, leaving me with a $30,[redacted] balance I cannot afford. This is a significant amount for me, as it represents nearly a year's salary. Any assistance in tracking down those responsible or identifying fraudulent activity would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. - Charlene S. ([redacted])

While I am away from home for a month, I encountered an issue accessing my online account. A new additional code is required along with my password, which seems to be a new security measure. As you only have my home phone number on record, I attempted to receive the code through a phone call but cannot press pound to complete the process remotely. Despite trying to navigate the phone tree system, I have been unsuccessful. This situation is becoming quite frustrating, and I would appreciate speaking to a live customer service representative. Being a loyal customer for 48 years, I am disappointed with the current level of service regarding this matter. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.

My name is Dahliana Gumay Dwi Putri, with account [redacted]. I am reaching out to the Bank for the first time via email to inquire about a transfer from my account at Fargo Bank to another bank in Indonesia under my name. I am wondering if it is necessary to pay $[redacted] upfront to receive a PIN from the Social Security Code before this transfer can take place. Can this fee not be deducted directly from my account? Also, I am unsure if [redacted] is a legitimate email address for Fargo Bank. I kindly request clarification from Fargo. Thank you.

My mother, Naushaba Q., is currently abroad and experiencing difficulty accessing her WF accounts. Her accounts seem to be blocked possibly due to not setting up a travel plan. The primary concern is the late fee and interest applied to her secured credit card account. She is eager to settle the balance and regain access to her account but is struggling to log in. I am her son, Shazil Q., located in the U.S., with the email [redacted] and can be reached at +[redacted]7. Kindly assist in resolving this matter promptly. It appears the charges on the credit account were incurred unintentionally as she has been trying to access the account for the past couple of weeks. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have gathered sufficient funds for the Fall Semester at Texas A&M University on a FOREX card. I wish to transfer this amount to my recently opened CHECKIN account at Wells Fargo's College Station Branch. Upon reviewing the guidelines, I understand there should be no transaction fees. However, a Wells Fargo Customer Executive at the Evanston Branch in Chicago mentioned a possible cash over-the-counter fee.
A friend successfully completed a similar transfer at the College Station branch without incurring extra charges, where his card was swiped to move the full amount from the FOREX card to his Wells Fargo Checkin Account. I am seeking advice on the most effective course of action.
Thank you,
V.

I recently opened a new account and informed the bank that I would be depositing a large check from the title company related to selling my home. I was advised by a bank employee named Holly that there would be no hold on the funds. However, when I went to deposit a $46,[redacted] check on the 30th, the teller at the Centerville branch said they needed to put a hold on it unless I obtained a cashier's check from the title company’s bank, which was inconvenient for me. Initially, I was informed that $4,[redacted] would be available on the 2nd, and the remaining $41,[redacted] on the 6th. Yet, I discovered today that the funds won't be released until the 11th, causing significant problems with my plans to purchase a truck and move to NV. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Holly, who seemed unbothered. I urgently need $12,[redacted] released to manage my current situation. I hope someone can address this promptly. - Albert Scott

I am experiencing issues with unauthorized charges on my account due to someone I know. My cell phone has been disconnected, and the account holder, who set up automatic withdrawals and had previously used his card at the Boost Mobile store, is now causing trouble. Despite being in a troubled state due to substance abuse, this person is denying responsibility for charges like jail phone calls and online purchases. The individual has used his card multiple times for various transactions, including letting me use it, but now has turned my phone off out of anger. I visited his bank, where I had been recognized before, but did not receive assistance. This person, who has intertwined our lives by using my number for his banking needs, is now falsely accusing me and causing financial harm. His erratic behavior and actions are now impacting my phone service, and I am unfairly caught in the middle of this situation.
