My customer ID is 12-70[redacted]9. My term has expired recently. Last week, I called and got disconnected while on hold. I called a second time last week and talked to a lady who promised to send me a quote by Thursday, Nov 5th at noon. However, I did not receive any quote. Today, I called again, explained the situation to another lady, and mentioned that this was my third call due to poor service. I requested to cancel my service and have the bin removed from my location. She transferred me to the relevant department, but unfortunately, I got disconnected while I was on hold.

I live at [redacted] Orangewood Lakes in New Port Richey, FL [redacted] located in Orangewood Lakes Mobile Home Park. Today, when the garbage truck arrived, the worker opened my trash can but did not empty it, even though it wasn't full. I was on my screened porch and observed the situation. To my surprise, they didn't pick up my garbage or my neighbor's (which was also left behind), but continued down the street and the following streets. I'm wondering if they will return to collect the trash. I hope this issue can be addressed soon as I don't want to have a smelly bin full of garbage until Sunday, especially with no space for new bags. Thank you in advance for your assistance. I am concerned about the lack of garbage collection by Waste Management on White Circle. It has been 14 days since they last picked up garbage at [redacted] White Circle. Despite the opportunity to pick up before Presidents Day, they did not. Today, there are 10 bags of garbage alongside my full can, evidenced by photos on my electronic devices. This has been an ongoing issue for months. I have informed Supervisor Merriman verbally and provided pictures of the 15 bags this morning. I hope this delay does not result in extra charges on my water bill, as the snow has only been present for a week. I expect better service in the future.

After the recent Houston storm, I arranged for a service to pick up debris, but they limit it to six bags. I believe I should pay for the amount on the curb, not a set number. I prepared everything correctly and feel this is unacceptable. I intend to report this to the HOA and encourage other homeowners to do the same.

I have attempted to contact you multiple times regarding my trash can issue. On March 30th, I requested a repair or replacement for my current trash can as it was placed too close to the road, causing it to end up in a ditch. Additionally, I paid for a second trash can that has not been delivered. The lack of a lid has allowed raccoons to tear up the trash bags. I paid $68 for the second can on March 30th, which was charged to my credit card. For several months, the garbage truck servicing Sonic at 186th and West Center in Omaha, Nebraska, has been consistently arriving between 7:10 am and 7:25 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Initially, the noise level was acceptable, but recently the loud clanking noises have resumed, disturbing residents' sleep. As there is a noise ordinance in Omaha, and this Sonic is located in a residential area near the Village on the Preserve Apartments, it is crucial to adhere to these regulations. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and discontinue the early morning pick-up schedule promptly.
I have previously raised this issue with your team, and while there was a temporary improvement, the problem has resurfaced. It would greatly benefit everyone if your operations consistently followed the law, not just intermittently. The residents are indeed aware of these disturbances, and it is affecting our quality of life. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

A month ago, I reached out to Waste Management for a special pickup and spoke with Lisa regarding a $40 fee that was not initially collected. After my wife, Iwona, called the following week and paid the $40, nine additional trash bags were picked up. Surprisingly, a bill of $[redacted].31 was received the next week. I reached out to Waste Management and spoke to Lisa, who agreed to a reduced fee of $75 with the work order number C [redacted]33. Despite this, another bill for $[redacted].31 was sent to my wife. Following another call to Waste Management, I spoke with Dawn, who mentioned her supervisor reversing the reduction without informing me. Despite a promise of a callback, I still have not received one. Today, June 13th, after a 30-minute hold, I was transferred to Kevin in San Antonio, who abruptly hung up after taking my details. This experience truly showcases poor customer service.

We rescheduled our service to have our last pick up on July 26 instead of July 12. Due to confusion regarding the post-4th of July schedule, we requested a special pick up. Mary from customer service agreed to a one-time exception pick up on either Tuesday, July 6, or no later than Wednesday, July 7 as a goodwill gesture for our longstanding loyalty. However, as of July 9, our trash has not been collected despite the assurance. When checking our account online, it shows as cancelled, which we did not request. We intended to inquire about continuing the service in Topeka upon our move. Multiple attempts to reach customer service by phone have been unsuccessful with long wait times and no resolution in sight. It has been challenging to get assistance from this company.

I reached out to Mary from customer service to request a change in our service stop date from July 12 to July 26 for our final pick up. Mary kindly offered us an additional pick up at no extra cost due to our long-standing loyalty. She informed us it would take place either on Tuesday, July 6, or Wednesday, July 7. Unfortunately, nobody has arrived for the additional pick up, and our trash remains uncollected. Despite extending our service and paying the fee, the system shows our service as inactive. I have called customer service three times, waiting on hold for 45 minutes to an hour each time, but have been unable to speak with a representative. We were looking to inquire about setting up new service at our new location, but have been unable to connect with anyone to discuss this matter.

We have been waiting for our recyclables to be collected for 6 weeks now. Ashley assured me that it would be picked up today, 8/9/23, and that the bin would be replaced to reflect WM instead of Advanced. I am requesting an immediate resolution to this issue. The recyclables need to be picked up promptly. If this matter is not addressed within 24 hours, I am requesting a full refund of $77.00 and will seek alternative services. I have been trying to address an ongoing issue with my driveway for years. Despite sending pictures to the relevant authorities, nothing has been done to resolve the situation. My driveway has been damaged multiple times by trucks passing through, leading to cracks in the driveway and wall. I am disabled and had to fix the wall myself. The alley behind my house in Pitcairn Borough was recently damaged by trucks as well. I have evidence to support my claims and I believe legal action may be necessary if this matter is not addressed promptly. I urge someone to contact me to finally resolve these issues. I have been trying to have my green waste bin replaced for the past six weeks. I am drafting a letter to CEO Fish regarding the poor service I have encountered from your customer service department. Here is a transcript of my recent chat session this morning:

I am upset about the way the garbage collection team handled my trash. They left four heavy garbage bags on my front lawn and made me carry them to the end of the road despite my severe back injury. They claimed the trash was stacked too high, but instead of assisting me, they drove off while I struggled with the bags. It is frustrating to pay for a service only to be met with such inconsiderate behavior.

I cancelled my WM service online in August [redacted], even though a customer service representative initially claimed it couldn't be done online. In September, she assured me the service was cancelled with no charges. However, I later received a bill for $15-20. Despite struggling to reach WM in a timely manner, waiting 20 minutes on hold, I reluctantly paid the bill. Now, I'm faced with another bill for $13.50. I refuse to pay this charge. Is it WM's tactic to send bogus bills to departing customers, hoping they will give in and pay? I did once, but I won't do it again.

We reside at [redacted] Knighton Way in Forest Grove, and our neighborhood's garbage pickup day is Friday. Last week, we placed all our cans on the street, expecting an earlier pickup time as per your notification. Although the compostables and recyclables were collected, our garbage was left behind. Given the challenging weather conditions, we understand a pickup today might not be feasible. However, with the upcoming holidays, our trash can is now overflowing.
