I reside in the Portland, Oregon area and am interested in subscribing to the electronic version of The Post. Following a recent move from Washington, DC, I previously had a subscription to the electronic copy of the daily edition. I recently re-subscribed with a great promotional offer and was able to download the first day's edition successfully. However, I experienced an error message when trying to access the next day's version due to needing an IOS version 12 on my iPad which I cannot upgrade to. I am unsure why the first edition loaded but not subsequent ones. I have since canceled my subscription but would like to re-subscribe if possible. I was informed that the Blue App was the only option for the full daily edition. Can you confirm this information for me? Thank you.

My brother and I are interested in finding out the rates for Classified Ads for a real estate property listing. We are looking for information on sizes and rates. Once we have more details on the size of the ad and budget, we would like to speak with a Classified Placement professional.
Your assistance in providing us with this information would be greatly appreciated. Please include my brother's email, [redacted], in your response. Thank you.

I canceled my subscription before the deadline, but $[redacted] was still deducted from my checking account for a Washington Post subscription. As someone recovering from major surgery and relying on a limited income, this unexpected charge is causing financial strain. Please process a refund of the $[redacted] as soon as possible. Thank you, Marcia O’Rourke.

Dear Washington Post,
I recently requested the cancellation of our subscription and a refund of any dues paid. I see that the subscription has been canceled. Could you also please stop sending ARTICLE ALERTS to [redacted]? They're being received on my husband's computer, although we've been subscribers to your digital paper for several years. However, the articles are only accessible on my computer.
Over the years, I've been an active participant on your comment boards under the name Jo Friday. While my posts have been mostly fine, occasionally, one would get blocked for what your moderators deemed a "bad word." The new commenting software you introduced was problematic, with many users expressing frustrations. There were issues with comments not posting correctly and incorrect display of "likes." The feature to continue a conversation elsewhere was not well-received either.
Recently, I found out that I was blocked from posting without any explanation, even though I hadn't visited the site that day. The link provided to raise a complaint did not work. I did manage to use the link to cancel our subscription.
If I have posted something offensive, I believe I deserve an explanation. I couldn't find a way to address these concerns on your website, which lacks a general email address for feedback.
Despite my loyalty as a subscriber, the lack of proper communication and support has led me to reconsider my support for your publication. I hope you can improve your customer service.

My name is David Roy, and I am looking for a platform to raise awareness nationally and globally about the enduring persecution my family and I have faced for over 30 years. I want to share the mental impact it has had on me and the ongoing pain we experience daily. Our tax dollars have enabled government entities in our community to violate our constitutional and civil rights. Despite reaching out to local media and news stations with no response, I remain determined to speak out. We have lost everything twice due to these injustices, and I have been waiting for the FBI to take action. If given the chance, our story will resonate with many as we shed light on the injustices we have endured.

I have been following the recent revelations regarding Bob Woodward and Robert Costa holding back important information that should have been shared with the Pentagon. The matter of national security was compromised. In their book "Peril," they discussed General Milley, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who seems to seek attention unlike any of his predecessors in that position. His actions warrant serious consequences such as being stripped of his medals, removed from his role, and facing charges of treason. Instead of reporting accurately, your journalists chose to spread falsehoods for profit. Contrary to popular belief, Donald Trump is not a warmonger; his assertiveness kept potential adversaries like China, Russia, and Iran in check. With Biden in power, it seems likely that another 9/11 event may occur in the next six months to a year. The chaos caused by Biden's administration is evident, and his lack of control is alarming. Signs like "what am I doing?" suggest others are controlling the situation. The country is rapidly sliding toward socialism under this ineffective leadership, and it's a concerning state of affairs.

I feel compelled to provide a history lesson, Glenn Kessler. At the end of WW2, more "journalists" were executed for propaganda than military personnel. Using a word like "debunk" that aligns with propaganda language exposes your credibility. When the word is used without providing valid reasoning, the integrity of the subject matter is compromised. Your credibility will soon face severe consequences, and I anticipate witnessing justice for treason. If a lever-pulling lottery comes into play, I am willing to invest in that outcome. Your actions are malevolent and devoid of values. Your control over the situation is laughable. Your children may need to alter their names due to the tarnished legacy you leave behind. Cherish these moments because your time is running out.

I have had a WAPO digital account for several years now. Unfortunately, my old computer stopped working, so I had to replace it with a new one. After updating everything, I am now unable to access my WAPO digital account. Although I still receive email notifications for breaking news, when I try to visit the website, it prompts me to subscribe. Can you assist me in transferring my existing account to my new computer? It's frustrating to start reading a story and then be prompted to subscribe in order to continue or finish it.

I encountered an issue when trying to access my account. An error message appeared stating:
Subscription Not Found
The system couldn't locate a subscription linked to my Apple ID. It suggests trying to log in using an alternative Washington Post account.
I have been informed that my user address is considered invalid. I recently updated my credit card, which is charged monthly, so my account should be active.
I prefer to discuss this matter via phone call.
Oddly enough, I am still receiving Washington Post news in my email. This situation strikes me as unusual. I suspect that someone may be using my account illegitimately.

I was contacted about a subscription offer for $40.00, but I did not respond as I do not wish to resubscribe. Please refund my card for $[redacted].00. I recently received a cancellation confirmation email and believed my account was closed as stated in the message: "We’re sorry to see you go. Your Washington Post Basic Subscription has been canceled and your access will end on Saturday, April 20, [redacted]. If you've changed your mind, a discounted rate is available for reactivation."

On Monday morning, June 12, [redacted], I made a $40 payment to The Washington Post for a one-year digital subscription using my debit MasterCard ending in (-[redacted]). My email is [redacted]
The payment was immediately reflected in my Santander online checking account, with a mysterious notation "[redacted]4."
Since then, whenever I attempt to access content through The Washington Post app, I am prompted to subscribe and pay, despite having already paid for access. I'd like my digital subscription to be fully activated without any further interruptions.
The lack of clear contact options is concerning, and it may even violate ADA regulations. If you could assist in resolving this matter with The Washington Post to acknowledge my paid status and activate my subscription promptly, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you, GetHuman! My email address is provided above.

I have not received my Sunday paper for the past four weeks. It is crucial for us to receive the coupons along with the physical paper as it complements our electronic subscription. One Monday, we found the paper in our mailbox instead of being delivered to our house at [redacted] North Fork Road, Purcellville, VA [redacted].
I would appreciate it if you could please credit my account for the four missing weeks of Sunday deliveries and confirm once this has been done. As a loyal subscriber of the Post for a long time, this lack of service is truly disappointing.
Thank you,
Ed H.

Hello, my name is Beverly McLeod and I live in Massachusetts. I am experiencing a serious issue concerning police misconduct and the violation of my rights. I am currently in contact with OPAC, an organization aiding those who face challenges with police accountability. My home was illegally entered by police, causing severe emotional distress. Medical professionals have confirmed the trauma I endured. OPAC is investigating the incident in cooperation with the mayor's office. Two officers are under investigation for filing false reports and denying me my day in court. I am eager to share evidence with the relevant authorities. Please reach out to me at [redacted] for further details. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Beverly McLeod.

I subscribe to the Sunday paper for my sister who does not use email. Every month, I struggle to pay her bill separately. I also have a subscription for both daily and Sunday papers for myself. I wish I could combine her subscription with mine, but a representative said it's not doable.
My sister's account number: [redacted]3
My account number: [redacted]0
I never receive a bill for her subscription. Could you please address this issue for me?
