I am truly disappointed by the article written by Marc Thiessen about Trump's speech last night. The piece contains obviously inaccurate statements, and publishing it at the top of the op-ed section was cowardly and highly offensive, damaging the credibility of your paper. This situation goes beyond presenting different viewpoints; it is now a matter of news versus falsehoods and propaganda that your editor has decided to publish. Unfortunately, in an attempt to appear balanced, your paper has contributed to the problem by disseminating this type of propaganda. I am disheartened and surprised by the lack of integrity and the editorial direction the Post is taking. - S.S. from Falls Church, VA.

It seems there are many grievances about the coverage of the Covington case with accusations of irresponsible reporting. The writer expresses frustration with perceived bias in the media and mentions distrust in certain political figures. These opinions are very strong and point to a deep dissatisfaction with the media's actions and perceived motivations.

I have a subscription that might have expired without any notification regarding my Visa Card. Despite having a subscription, both on Edge and Firefox (mentioned below for context on two search engines), WP is unable to locate it.
I want to address two issues. The first one, which is months old, occurs on Microsoft Edge, where my actual name appears on my Comments. WP advised me to switch to Firefox, where I use my pseudonym, alyosha3 or alyosha z, with difficulties in commenting.
The connection is problematic. To comment, I usually have to restart Firefox, log in, access WP, and check if I can comment. Usually unsuccessful, it takes multiple attempts (2-3 minutes) before I can comment.
I apologize for the lengthy message, but I hope we can resolve this by resetting everything in my account.

I am disappointed because I did not receive my newspaper on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday this week. The contact number I have provided only allows notifications before 10:39 am on the same day and cannot address missed papers from previous days. Due to my late work hours, I am unable to call within this timeframe. Last month, I temporarily suspended my paper delivery from 2/7-2/26. Upon returning home, I found a pile of wet papers in my yard and porch, indicating no one was home and inconveniencing my neighbor. I would like to receive the missed newspapers for 3/7-3/8 promptly or else I may seek a refund.

I am disappointed by the constant criticism of Trump, his supporters, and conservatives. A recent article falsely claimed that Trump was encouraging his supporters to commit violence, which is not true. I personally know many Trump supporters, and none have engaged in violence or been influenced by Trump to do so. The focus should be on individuals like Waters who are actually promoting violence. Conservatives value peace and free speech, unlike groups such as Antifa. Accusations from liberals often mirror their own behavior. Perhaps conservatives should consider a lawsuit against biased news outlets. It is crucial for media to be honest and fair. - T. W. Sosebee

On November 24, [redacted], I accepted an offer from WaPo for a 1-year subscription to Basic Digital for $50. Around May 24, [redacted], the service abruptly stopped. After emailing them at the end of that week, I received a generic reply that didn't address my issue. Assuming my subscription was canceled, I didn't pursue it further due to lack of time. Recently, when attempting to resubscribe, I discovered that my subscription was never canceled, despite not receiving any service, and that I was charged $[redacted] for auto-renewal on November 24, [redacted]. This business practice is unacceptable, and I am seeking proper resolution and adjustment from The Washington Post. Despite trying to contact Customer Care three times in the past two days, the automated system states the call center is closed. Fortunately, I stumbled upon GetHuman Phone information, which was not easily visible while searching for contact details. Hopefully, this alternative contact method will be effective.

I have experienced complete alienation from Amazon Seller Central for the past three months. My partner and I aimed to start a small business by reselling products on Amazon Seller Central. On January 1, [redacted], we paid $39.99 to set up our Amazon account to begin selling. We anticipated generating revenue of up to $[redacted] from items we currently have in stock. However, the process of getting approved as a seller on Amazon has been far from simple. Despite reaching out to their seller support department over 25 times, I have only received apologies from representatives regarding the delays caused by the "Seller-Performance" department, which determines seller eligibility on Amazon. I have contacted "Seller support", the only avenue for communication, multiple times, but they can't provide any updates on my status after this prolonged three-month ordeal. I feel disheartened, stressed, and completely isolated with no one else to turn to for help.

My name is Mimi Witherspoon, formerly Hartford. I would like to share my experience regarding Joe Biden. I had the opportunity to work at the White House during the Nixon and Ford administrations when I was very young starting in June 9th, [redacted]. I have known Joe Biden since [redacted], and he has always been a touchy-feely person, but never inappropriately. He is like a father figure to me, often expressing his affection with a kiss on the cheek or a hug. I can vouch that his demeanor towards me was always respectful. Despite my political affiliation as a Republican after my service under three presidents, including Reagan, specifically for Arab affairs, I must clarify that Joe Biden is only touchy-feely and never crosses the line into inappropriate behavior. I find it puzzling why these allegations are surfacing just as he was about to announce his candidacy for the presidency of the United States. He has always been nothing but appropriate with me.

I would like to bring to the attention of an investigative journalist at The Washington Post an event concerning collusion between the USPS and the Union, resulting in the dismissal of over [redacted],[redacted] injured, rehabilitated, and limited-duty employees. The affected employees won a class action suit, but the USPS is not complying with the final decision of the EEOC Administrative Judge after 10 years. NRP'd employees are organizing a peaceful rally in front of the White House on Labor Day as their plight has received no coverage. They seek to expose the negligence of the EEOC and USPS towards due process. The NRP'D employees are eager for someone to investigate and share their story, similar to The Washington Post's coverage of the government bailout of banks. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Washington Post,
I am from a non-profit alumni association representing a leading Catholic school in Colombo, Sri Lanka, now based in Washington DC. We invite The Washington Post to a Memorial Service at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception on April 30 at 4.00PM. If interested, please feel free to reach out to me for further discussion.

I have noticed a recurring monthly charge of $10 on my credit card statement for a Washington Post subscription. I previously canceled my subscription, but the charges have continued. Despite trying to log in and resetting my password, the account does not show an active subscription. This issue has been ongoing since [redacted], and this is my fourth attempt to address it with no success. I am seeking assistance to stop these unauthorized charges promptly. Kindly advise on the most effective way to contact you for a resolution, as well as if there is a specific representative I should reach out to. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Best regards,

I am not a current subscriber to the Washington Post and I have been experiencing misdeliveries to my address at [redacted] Seminary Road, No [redacted], Falls Church, VA [redacted]. Specifically, on May 2, a paper was left at my door while I was on vacation, which raised security concerns as it signaled my absence to neighbors. I have reached out to the carrier(s) for my building and left a message for the manager to address this issue and prevent future occurrences. I have also spoken with two delivery personnel who assured me that it will not happen again, but I will monitor the situation closely. I understand the importance of suspending service when away to avoid such incidents, and I am hopeful that this matter will be resolved promptly.

I have been a subscriber to WAPO for several years now, and I am facing an issue with accessing the articles despite paying $15.99 through PayPal every month. The problem arises when I try to follow a link to a WAPO article wherein I am prompted to either sign in or pay $1 for reading beyond 3 free articles per month. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the email and password used during my subscription, and the Subscribe link does not offer an option to find my existing subscription. This has led to me being unable to read more than 3 articles per month for several years, which is frustrating. I would appreciate it if WAPO can implement a solution where my device is recognized to access articles seamlessly without the paywall interruption. Additionally, I am seeking clarity on how to sign in or have automatic sign-in and request a refund of $15.99 per month since my last successful access, which could date back to 24-36 months or more. Thank you. ~BB

I have been subscribed to the "Post" for several years at [redacted] Withers Mill Road, Huntly, Virginia, [redacted]. Over the last three years, the delivery service has been consistently terrible. The paper never arrives before 10:00 AM, and even after numerous complaints, there has been no improvement. Last year, I missed seven Sunday papers, and at least twelve were delivered after 10:00 AM. Today, the Sunday paper wasn't delivered at all. Despite my complaints, I have received zero response and no refund has been offered. I pay for the entire year in advance, and I expect better service. I can be reached at [redacted]. I hope for a timely and satisfactory resolution to this issue. Sincerely, James E. McGrail

Dear Sir,
I am writing to inquire whether the Washington Post would be interested in exploring the impact of "Independent Contractors" on our healthcare costs. Currently, I am on my way to the Emergency Room to see a UCI doctor for a clot in my vein, which resulted from prolonged sitting during my job as an Uber driver. Despite being covered by Medicare, my social security benefits are insufficient to cover my expenses. Since Uber treats drivers like me as independent contractors and not employees, I am left without worker's compensation to support me during my recovery. Feeling compelled to reach out due to my current situation, I urge you to hold Uber accountable as an employer profiting billions of dollars off drivers like myself, only to discard us and rely on public welfare and medical aid. Please forgive any errors in my email as I lack the energy to proofread.
Respectfully,
P.A.

Subject: Subscription Cancellation Request
Please cancel my Washington Post subscription immediately. The subscription was initiated on 7/7/19. My subscription password is: br7az71l7.
I initially subscribed to the Washington Post through Amazon. However, after encountering technical issues and failed attempts to resolve them, the subscription was canceled.
Despite a new offer from the Post later on, the original deal was not honored, leading to some confusion and frustration. If this issue cannot be rectified, I kindly request the cancellation of my subscription.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am a current subscriber to your newspaper, but I need to address a serious issue. Your delivery driver decided to dispose of all excess bags and papers in my empty trash bin meant for collection. I request that my bin is emptied and this issue is rectified promptly. I am deeply upset by this careless act and if not resolved, I will be forced to cancel my subscription as this is unacceptable. The incident occurred at [redacted] Cameron Street in Old Town. The delivery person responsible for route [redacted] is Sharese Thomas. The supervisor's contact is Brian at [redacted]. This behavior will be reported to the City unless addressed.

Attention Phillip Bump,
You seem to assume that all immigrants are legal. The title should specify "illegal immigrants" or "illegal aliens." The actual reason for the increased violence in the US is worth looking into. Please visit the following website for more information about the real causes behind school shootings: www.tldm.org/news6/schoolprayer.htm
There were no issues with guns and shootings like we see today until the Supreme Court's controversial decision in [redacted], which made the US government entirely secular. Prior to [redacted], students used to bring their rifles to school for hunting purposes without any problems. The increase in crime and violence by [redacted]% following the Supreme Court's decision highlights the impact of this change.
Jefferson's stance on religious freedom and separation of church and state differs from popular misconceptions. His efforts to protect the rights of religious liberty are evident throughout history. Celebrate Religious Freedom Day on January 16 to honor the passage of Thomas Jefferson's Virginia Statute of Religious Freedom in [redacted]. This statute played a crucial role in protecting religious rights for all denominations. Educate yourself further on these topics by watching the "American Heritage Series" DVDs available at wallbuilders.com. Understanding the historical context of the Constitution and its ties to religious beliefs is vital in appreciating its roots in shaping our nation's history.

I trust you are doing well and that this message finds you in good health. I am seeking your assistance with a matter that is very important to me. My fiancée is currently going through a divorce after being previously married. An article in The Washington Post features a picture of her with her ex-husband, which is also published online. I kindly request your help in removing the link from all search engines or having her name and picture removed from the article. We are looking to move forward and start a new chapter together, and having their image online is causing some difficulty. Your support in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Warm regards

I recently published a death notice for my mother, Sara J. Lofton, in the August 5, [redacted] newspaper. A friend informed me today about the Washington Post guest book on Legacy, where some messages were left. Unfortunately, when I tried to access it, I found out that the guest book had expired. I wasn't aware of its existence and would like to read the messages without having to pay a fee. If there was information about the guest book in the newspaper, I might have missed it, hence my unawareness. All I ask is for the courtesy to view what was written in remembrance of my mother and would also like to express my gratitude to those who took the time to leave a message.
