On January 30, [redacted], I enrolled in a $1.00 trial of the Washington Post's online content. I expected access for one month and had no intention of continuing the subscription. Upon receiving the confirmation email, I carefully reviewed it to find instructions to cancel but found none. Despite my efforts on their website, I couldn't locate the cancellation option. Now, after being charged $36.99 for the second time, totaling $74.98, I am requesting a full refund. The initial charge overdrew my account, resulting in additional fees. My financial situation is dire due to medical issues preventing me and my disabled husband from working. A pending second charge will overdraft my account again. I urgently demand a refund of $73.98.

Address: [redacted] Osborne Drive, Warrenton, VA [redacted]. Hello, I am experiencing issues with the quality of the Sunday-only home delivery service. Out of the last nine Sunday papers, I have not received either the complete paper or occasionally just the Sunday or Saturday half. This has been happening frequently, with today's Saturday half missing as well. I am frustrated by the inconsistent delivery and the difficulty in resolving the problem. When contacting customer service on Sundays, I am directed to an international call center, with limited support available locally for redelivery. Despite leaving messages for a callback from the delivery person or circulation manager, no one has returned my calls as promised. This lack of follow-up and poor service is disappointing. It's no wonder newspaper circulation is declining. Any suggestions on how to improve this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Carl S.

On April 27, [redacted], I contacted customer service regarding overbilling. I was assured a response by Monday or Tuesday, but as of May 6, no one has reached out. The issue dates back to October [redacted], when my wife was quoted $49 for six months of Washington Post delivery over the phone. However, we were charged incorrectly on 17/10/[redacted], 1/12/[redacted], 02/06/[redacted], and 03/30/[redacted], totaling $[redacted]. These unauthorized charges were made to a credit card without our consent. Had we received a bill, we could have stopped the charges earlier. We are long-time Washington Post subscribers and seek a prompt resolution and refund to the credit card ending in [redacted]. After speaking with Washington Post on May 8, they have agreed to credit only $46 due to delayed notification of the billing issue. We explained that the unused credit card was not regularly checked online, as it was only used for our TV bill. We repeatedly inquired about the special pricing end date in January and April [redacted], but were never informed about the increased rate. We expect a swift solution to this matter. [redacted].

I have information about Tesla's activities that I believe are unethical. Tesla allegedly collects people's data and sells it to third parties for the new website 'Tell the Truth'. Elon Musk is accused of misleading the public about the production of the Model 3 and possibly paying off politicians and government officials. There are concerns that Tesla is flooding the market with cheap cars to boost sales and attempting to control the electric grid for supercharging globally. Some claim that Tesla is behind schedule on producing the Model 3 and rushing to finish for financial gain, as Musk's true focus is reportedly on SpaceX. The most alarming accusation is that Tesla, under Musk's leadership, is allegedly selling personal data for profit, with records of over [redacted] million people being used to impact the market and stocks. For more details, please contact me. - Rey

I urgently need to bring attention to the world, especially Americans, about my concerns regarding Tesla and Elon Musk. I believe that Elon Musk is involved in fraudulent activities, specifically in collecting and misusing people's data through Tesla cars. I suspect that Elon is in collaboration with the government to gather intelligence in exchange for pursuing his own endeavors. Furthermore, I have experienced harassment and intimidation from individuals associated with Tesla, including incidents with drug addicts and criminals that were not addressed appropriately. I feel it is important to expose these actions and hold Tesla accountable for their misdeeds. I am willing to confront Elon Musk publicly on national news to address these issues. - Rey

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident involving one of your paper delivery employees in Waldorf, Md. On Sunday, June 10th at 6:45 am while walking my dog on Sourwood Avenue, an African American male in a white sedan with Maryland tags stopped to greet me. After exchanging greetings, he asked if I had a husband which I found disrespectful and inappropriate. Despite my ignoring him, he persisted by making more comments and following me slowly down the street. Even when I changed directions, he continued to follow and make further unwanted advances. This behavior made me feel harassed and uncomfortable. I do not subscribe to your newspaper and this experience has deterred me from considering it. If such an incident occurs again, I will involve the Charles County Police. I urge you to address this issue promptly to prevent such behavior from happening to others.

Hello, Back on 6/12/18, I signed up for the trial subscription with TWP after finding it online. I entered my email and password and was happy to access your valuable information. Just over a week ago, I tried to log into my WP account to let you know I wouldn't continue my subscription but couldn't. A message appeared saying: "The email or password you entered is incorrect," even though my email and password were correct. This left me disappointed and confused. I planned to come back to this issue after a few days, but I got caught up preparing my apartment for a makeover with painting, new carpeting, and flooring, so lost track of time. Last night, I found your Get Human details, but when I called today, your office was closed. I'm now reaching out via email to close my WP account. I ask that no further charges be made to my Visa card starting today, July 11, [redacted]. I've already informed my bank. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Sandra Graves

I am reaching out to seek information about Norman, a compassionate individual who was unlawfully tasked to protect my vulnerable son at Florida State Hospital. Norman, a gentle mental health patient, valiantly stayed by my son's side for nine months in the facility, shielding him from harm. To me, Norman seemed like an external hire, according to what the North Florida Evaluation and Treatment center had conveyed. He maintained contact through recorded calls from the Civil Transition Unit, seemingly proud to care for my son. However, after some time, Norman tearfully confided in me that the incidents of abuse had resumed. Despite being promised discharge classes, Norman faced repercussions for speaking out about the mistreatment. His final words to me were revealing, stating he was not meant to communicate with me. His discharge was postponed, and then he vanished. Concerned for Norman's well-being, I contacted FSH to inquire, yet they denied any knowledge of him. The mystery of Norman's whereabouts lingers, prompting me to question if he faces repercussions for his refusal to remain silent about the systemic abuse within the hospital. Sincerely, Lois Neuenschwander

I have been a Washington Post subscriber for 40 years. My subscription was supposed to end in late June this year, but I received a bill last week stating it ended on May 30, with a balance of $63.85. To renew for eight more weeks, it would cost $[redacted].88, while my annual cost typically was $98.66. I spoke with a customer service representative, who mentioned special editions extending my subscription to May 31 which I found confusing. I disagreed with the charges and lack of prior bills or communications. The representative was unhelpful, condescending, and rude. Despite my long tenure, I felt compelled to cancel my subscription. I hoped to resolve the confusion for a reasonable annual rate around $98.66 to continue my loyalty. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I may need to seek a different newspaper to support. I expected and deserved better treatment. - R. and P. Freedenberg

I want to express my appreciation for the efforts made by you and other organizations to safeguard American Democracy. I am deeply troubled by the direction in which we seem to be headed, gravitating towards a Fascist State. The established Democratic Party's apparent disregard for their constituents in favor of maintaining their own power is extremely disappointing. When political parties neglect the concerns of their constituents, they contribute to the erosion of our democracy. It is disheartening to observe the influence of Super PACs and Citizens United overpowering the voices of the people they are meant to represent. The current state of affairs, where social media posts carry more weight than the principles enshrined in the Constitution, is concerning. The lack of accountability in government is alarming, especially evident in the handling of Supreme Court nominations. It is time for the American people to demand transparency and fairness in the selection process. We must unite as a collective voice to uphold the values of democracy and ensure that our government remains accountable to its citizens. The future of our democracy hangs in the balance, and it is imperative that we act before it is too late. Sincerely, Josephine T.

It is surprising to see Jennifer Rubin and others in the press suggest that someone like Sanders should be disqualified for lying. This standard would eliminate most media personalities. As someone with a college education and a moderate fiscal stance, I am appalled by the biased news coverage, including in your publication. I used to trust the WSJ but now find it disappointing. I don't want anyone to think for me, just present the facts. Sensationalizing criminal acts as common behavior is morally wrong. We, as responsible citizens, notice the hypocrisy. It's time for the media to clean up their act before we can consider trusting them again.

I noticed that you have charged my credit card twice, each time for $9.99. I have only accepted your $1.00 offer for a month's email subscription over a year ago and have not requested any additional services. Please review your billing records and refund me for these unauthorized charges promptly. I appreciate your content and read the daily Google updates you provide. I can be reached at [redacted] and prefer to communicate via email due to charges on my cell phone. If you need to reach me by phone, please ensure it is on your expense at [redacted]. Thank you for addressing this matter swiftly. - Michael L.

I have been a Washington Post digital service subscriber since February [redacted] with monthly payments of $9.99, totaling about $[redacted], but I do not understand why my access to the service has been blocked for nearly a year. My VISA records clearly show that The Washington Post has been regularly withdrawing $9.99 from my account every month, with the most recent transaction being for the August subscription. I have tried contacting The Washington Post Digital Department multiple times without success. I urgently request to regain access to the WP digital service and receive compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you, Atsuo K. from Tokyo, Japan

Hello, I subscribed to the Washington Post Basic Digital on July 8, [redacted]. Despite using the same email and password that work for thewashingtonpost.com, I am unable to login to Press Reader. Please reach out to me to assist with authorizing Press Reader. When subscribing to a magazine or newspaper, the standard expectation is to receive a renewal notice in advance to ensure uninterrupted service. However, my recent experience with The Washington Post has been quite frustrating. This morning I tried to access articles and found everything blocked. Upon contacting Customer Service, I was informed that renewal notices are not sent to those who pay by check, and they had no record of my subscription. Despite submitting my check promptly, I was unable to regain access to the paper immediately. It's disheartening to be without The Post for potentially a week or two due to such a simple oversight. I hope the delay in processing my payment is swiftly addressed by their internal mail system. Sincerely, Frank B.

The U.S. government has decided to sell 56 U.S. Post Office buildings across the country, built and funded by American taxpayers, for approximately $19 billion. The exclusive real estate agent managing the sales is CRI, owned by Richard Blum, the husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein. The potential profit for them is estimated to be between $[redacted] million and $1.1 billion from these transactions. CRI could earn a commission of 2% to 6% on each sale, without the Postal Service needing to pay property taxes on these buildings. Despite significant media attention, concerns about conflict of interest and corruption remain unaddressed. Check out the links on TruthorFiction and Snopes for more details and verification.

On September 18, [redacted], my annual subscription to the Post auto-renewed. However, in late September or early October, I opted to cancel without further details pursued by the Post. I am now inquiring about the possibility of receiving a refund for the remaining amount. I have enjoyed the publication but have concerns about its coverage being influenced by Trump. I prefer to gather my news from sources like The Economist, The PBS Newshour, NPR Radio, and The Atlantic to stay more balanced in these turbulent times. While I understand the challenges faced in your role, I would appreciate it if my feedback could be shared. Can you please address my query regarding a potential refund promptly? Thank you.

There is a significant lack of representation in comic characters. There seems to be more diversity in animals than in black characters. The ratio of white-only comics to those featuring a black supporting character is overwhelmingly imbalanced. It is disappointing to see such a shortage of diversity with mainly white, socially binary, able-bodied characters. As a 21-year-old white female, I grew up reading these comics and always wished for more representation of different identities. Hopefully, the Washington Post can make changes by creating a timeline within the next few months (3-6 at most) to introduce a more inclusive and diverse writing staff. Despite multiple attempts, I have struggled to contact customer support effectively.

I'm reaching out after reading an article by Cathy Free dated 11/25/[redacted] titled "Doctors sent my mother to hospice to die. She just needed bananas." The article was a Twitter screen grab from the Washington Post in the Miami Herald under Opinion. I would like to discuss a similar issue with her and can be reached at [redacted] My name is Awilda Trujillo. If you could pass on my message to her or provide me with her email, I would appreciate it. Thank you for your help. I managed to find her Twitter account, but at 65, I do not use social media. My husband, who resided at The Kensington in Falls Church, recently passed away. I am requesting the cancellation of his subscription. His name was Walt Wurfel, and the subscription was billed to me, Sara Fitzgerald, at the same address. I would like to continue my separate subscription. Please cancel his subscription, provide a rebate for the unused portion, and feel free to contact me for any necessary credit card information. Thank you.
