Walmart Product Care Plan Customer Service Issues

I'm Laura and I purchased two bed frames from the Walmart App on October 28th. I mistakenly bought the $16 2-year protection for each frame, totaling $32. When I tried to cancel it online, I got redirected to Allstate's account page. I found the purchased plans and the cancel button, but it said Walmart handled the plans, so I'm unsure how to proceed.

I am employed at store number [redacted] in Springfield, Tennessee. I purchased a Christmas tree from Walmart last year that came with a two-year warranty. Unfortunately, when I set it up yesterday, the top two sections of lights are not working. Although I no longer have the receipt, the tree and box are in like-new condition, indicating that the tree is still under warranty. I can provide the debit card number used for the purchase. I am reaching out for assistance as I have had a challenging year and this added difficulty is truly unwelcome. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
