Order # [redacted][redacted]: Recently purchased two sets of 'Classic Fence Solar Outdoor Lights' from Heily. Unfortunately, one out of the four lights does not work, despite testing it with a regular battery. Can I return just one faulty light to WM for a refund? Would appreciate a replacement without incurring the $12.00 shipping charge once more. Thank you.

I recently visited the Walmart on Chemong Street in Peterborough, Ontario to drop off a prescription at the drugstore. Surprisingly, there was no one in the store, but the man behind the counter informed me that it would take an hour to fill my prescription. When I questioned why it would take so long for just one prescription of 30 pills, he explained that regardless of the quantity, the wait time would still be an hour. I found this to be quite unreasonable and not in line with good business practices. Waiting for an hour for a single prescription seems excessive to me.

Today, my son and I visited Walmart in Stouffville, Ontario to have our passport photos taken. The attendant mentioned that each photo would cost 39.99, which I assumed was standard. Upon returning home, my husband noticed a pending charge of around 90 dollars on our credit card from Walmart Portraits. He checked the Walmart website and informed me that passport photos started at 13.97. Realizing we had been overcharged, I contacted the portrait studio using the provided number on the receipt, which listed the business as “Photos Unlimited” instead of Walmart Portraits. Upon calling, an employee revealed they were not affiliated with Walmart, explaining the price discrepancy. I requested further clarification and escalation, but the staff member was unable to assist with contact information. Feeling deceived, I intend to reach out to Walmart Canada for resolution. I presumed all Walmart photo studios were affiliated, leading to the confusion. I seek a refund for the excess charges and believe the Stouffville location should be investigated for misleading practices. If the studio is independent, they should differentiate themselves from Walmart and cease using the Walmart Portraits name on credit card charges. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Charlene

I recently bought an ironing board from Walmart in Lethbridge, Alberta for my grandson's graduation (receipt number: [redacted]). As we felt the rack was unstable, we decided not to use it. I attempted to exchange it at the same store for a different type without success since I no longer have the receipt. I'm a regular Walmart customer for groceries, making it challenging to pinpoint the transaction on my bank statement. Therefore, I had to purchase another ironing board. Any advice on how to return the unused ironing board now?

Around a year ago, I purchased a Universal Laptop Charger from Walmart. Recently, I had issues with my laptop charging, so I took it to a PC repair shop. They found that the charger wasn't charging the laptop. When they used their charger, it worked fine. I paid $20 for their service and then went to the Walmart store. I didn't have the receipt but still had the original box from the Walmart product. I tried speaking to the department but they were sold out of the item. The product is a Blackweb AC adapter, model BMA20H)o11C, SCU 28[redacted]3. My name is Steven F. and you can reach me at [redacted]

While shopping at the Walmart on Eglinton Avenue in Scarborough, Ontario last week, I encountered a series of unfortunate events. Initially, I had to park the van as no electric scooters were available for the person I was with, causing inconvenience. Inside, I sought bug spray and received help from a polite young man of Pakistani descent, guiding me to the seasonal section. Despite the assistance, the bug spray was not in stock. Another staff member of the same nationality kindly tried to assist but to no avail, leading to further frustration. The encounter was disheartening, especially when met with suspicion and accusation for not using self-checkout. The judgment I faced for being the only white customer in the store was unsettling, and I felt unfairly targeted. The lack of understanding and unnecessary scrutiny left me feeling marginalized and mistreated, prompting a desire for action to address the discrimination experienced.

I am writing about a purchase I supposedly made in May [redacted], which I disputed as I did not make the purchase. When I called on Dec 13 to inquire about my account, I was informed I owe $[redacted].40 due to charges from May being added back onto my account. Today, I checked and the charges now amount to $[redacted].37 with a $60 payment due in January. I refuse to make any payment until this matter is resolved, as I have receipts for all payments made. Unfortunately, I have been locked out of my account since receiving my new card in June [redacted]. Despite multiple calls, I have not been able to regain access. I am seeking assistance as the phone support has been unhelpful. I appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a prompt resolution. Thank you, Carmella D.
