Thank you for reaching out for assistance. I placed Order # [redacted]44 on 8/26 at 11:20 PM EST, expecting 2-3 day shipping. After contacting customer service on Sept. 1 at 8:50 PM EST and following up today, I was disappointed with the lack of updates and the rude response I received concerning the delay, attributed to a hurricane. I am eager to know when my order will arrive, considering the initial promised timeframe. A discount on the charged card for the inconvenience would be appreciated if there are further delays. Despite the unforeseen circumstances, clear communication and respectful treatment during delays are crucial. A $[redacted] order, poor service, and an extended wait for a vital product matter greatly to me. Insights into future potential delays due to known factors like hurricanes would be beneficial for customer satisfaction. Thank you for your efforts to address this matter, acknowledging that you are not at fault. Your assistance is valued.

I recently refilled a 30-day prescription, but every time I go to get it, they only give me an 8-day supply. The pharmacist I spoke to tonight, who I've dealt with before, was extremely rude and disrespectful. He always rushes me off the phone instead of helping me understand the issue with my prescription. Even though my doctor prescribed it for 30 days, he claims my insurance will only cover an 8-day supply, which I know is not true as they have filled it for 30 days before. It's frustrating to keep going back every 8 days for a medication that should last 30 days. Because of the pharmacist's behavior, I'm considering transferring all our prescriptions, including those for my kids and in-laws, to CVS where I hope to receive better treatment.

I have been a loyal customer at the Walgreens on Saint Andrews Boulevard in Boca Raton, Florida for 15 years. My name is James M. My identification number is Ha. For prescriptions ending in [redacted], I have consistently requested more points for 90-day prescriptions over the past six years to receive loyalty rewards. Although you started awarding [redacted] points for 90-day prescriptions recently, I have not received any retroactive points since my initial request. I have only received the standard [redacted] points for five dollars. Considering switching to Humana for their lower co-pay amounts, I would appreciate if you could address this loyalty concern. You can reach me at [redacted]. James M.

I want to appreciate the outstanding employees at your pharmacy store#[redacted] in Tampa, FL, located at [redacted] W. BUSCH Blvd. This Walgreens has been my go-to pharmacy for many years. Marcel, the pharmacy technician, is always helpful and efficient in getting prescriptions filled promptly. Evelyn is another valuable team member who assists with various tasks in the pharmacy. I appreciate the excellent service provided by these dedicated individuals. From, B. M.

Hello, today I made a few transactions. I only needed $0.66 to earn $5k in beauty, so I purchased Yardley soap for $0.69. The manager had to manually input it since I initially paid with a Walgreens return card, but now I don't see the points in my app. I had $4.00 to start with, but now that I'm home, I only see that I have $5 instead of $9 from that transaction. I didn't use any points or request to use them, and nobody asked me about it. I've missed out on over 12,[redacted] points in the last month, and a manager mentioned there might be a few accounts linked to my number. Feeling frustrated, I'm reaching out here for the first time. Thank you. Apologies if I come off as cranky. - Kara B.

Good morning: On September 9, [redacted], my husband and I visited your Walgreens pharmacy on Degetsu Street in Caguas, Puerto Rico. My husband requested the influenza and pneumonia vaccines, and I requested the shingles vaccine. We were told I didn't qualify for the shingles vaccine because I needed to be 55 or older, and my husband didn't qualify for the pneumonia vaccine because he needed to be 66 or older. I am 52 years old, and my husband is 65. When I went to the pharmacy, I was well informed about what I was requesting. Immediately, we went to another one of your pharmacies and had no issues getting vaccinated. I am writing to you because we are patients who know what we need and that's why we went there. This is not the first time something like this has happened at the Degetau Avenue pharmacy in Caguas. On more than one occasion, medications sent by Walgreens Specialty have gone missing and then reappeared two to three days later. We are very disappointed with the service at that particular pharmacy and I would like for you to be aware of what is happening there because I understand that the work of a pharmacy is very delicate.

During our trip to Osage Beach, my husband forgot his pills, so I contacted the pharmacy for a temporary solution until we return home. The pharmacist was rude over the phone but did fill the prescription. Upon picking up the medication, she did not mention that insurance would not cover it due to the forgotten pills. I was surprised to end up paying $38 for just two pills without being informed beforehand. The pharmacist's attitude was unacceptable, advising me to scold my husband and implying he should be more responsible. I will not be returning to this store due to the pharmacist's lack of communication and poor customer service. It is important for professionals to have better interpersonal skills and to communicate openly with customers about pricing.

For several years, I have been retrieving my husband's profile and medications on his behalf with the power of attorney you provided, signed by him. Despite this, when I tried to collect our profiles today at Elkton Walgreens Pharmacy for an audit, they requested his driver's license which I went home to get, only to be denied again. They claimed my power of attorney was not showing and mentioned it expires yearly. After returning with my husband, we were finally given the requested profiles. This experience was incredibly distressing. A power of attorney should remain valid until revoked by the principal. I am a regular customer at Elkton Walgreens purchasing a newspaper daily. I am a veterinarian specializing in ophthalmology. I am facing difficulties in prescribing non-controlled medications without providing my DEA number to the pharmacist. I need assistance in resolving this issue to ensure my clients can receive the necessary medications. Unfortunately, I had to inform a client today that they could not use your pharmacy due to this. It is important to address this matter promptly. I have already spent an hour on hold trying to reach the right department without success. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Dr. S. Peterson, DACVO

I recently received an email from Walgreens this morning informing me that I could claim a $50 gift card if I completed a survey. Disappointed with the misleading information, I was hoping to provide feedback on improving the website experience. However, the survey focused on purchase habits and promoted a weight loss product instead. The email came from [redacted] Thank you for addressing this issue. - Karen K., Kerrville, Texas

I am a Walgreens customer at the 17th Ave location in Wausau, WI. I have been a loyal customer since the closure of Shopko, but have experienced recurring issues with my prescriptions lately. Despite having them set to auto-refill since becoming a new customer at Walgreens, they have not been refilling timely for the past 3-4 months. Today, I faced another problem with my Olmesartan Medoxomil prescription for high blood pressure. When I called, I was informed it couldn't be refilled until the 28th, leaving me with only 1 pill for tomorrow. I requested the refill date be adjusted to ensure I don't run out, but the staff seemed unaware of how to change it. This has occurred twice this month, and I am concerned about a change in the system or staff causing these issues. As a couple, my husband and I depend on 12 monthly prescriptions. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly without requiring me to continually follow up on each prescription.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Walgreens Pharmacy in Jackson, MS Woodrow Wilson. Upon picking up my grandson's azithromycin, I realized that the amount given was incorrect. The prescription clearly stated to give 8ml on the first day and then 4ml a day for 4 days, but I only received 15ml. This has been a recurring issue, and I had similar experiences in the past with receiving the wrong medications. I recall one incident where I was given the incorrect blood pressure medication, which made me ill. Additionally, I received a generic version of synthroid instead of the brand prescribed. This mistake led me to take my grandson back to the doctor as he wasn't improving, only to find out he was missing part of his medication. Despite being offered a $50 gift card as compensation in the past, it does not rectify the situation. I am furious about this ongoing problem and believe action needs to be taken.

On September 28, [redacted], I visited Walgreens to make a purchase and return two items bought on August 26 and September 2. My August 26 purchase totaled $[redacted].01, and the September 2 purchase was $[redacted].69. I typically spend between $[redacted] to $[redacted] per month at Walgreens. When I attempted to return the August 26 item on September 2, the long line and the inexperienced cashier made it difficult. They now claim my items are too old for a refund, even though I tried to return them within 30 days. I prefer a cash refund as offered a store gift card, but no manager was available to help. Frustrated by the lack of customer service, I ended up going to CVS for my $[redacted].47 return. I am disappointed by the experience and do not plan on shopping at Walgreens in the future. -KH

I encountered a severely unpleasant cashier today. I had a $3 coupon which I handed over along with my keycard. After scanning my keycard, she abruptly asked for my zip code. I entered it twice, but it didn't register. Despite living in the same zip code for 5 years, she rudely insisted it was wrong. As the coupon wouldn't apply, she denied me the $3 discount. When I requested the coupon back to use elsewhere, she adamantly refused. The lack of professionalism and common decency in that store is appalling. While I understand the inclination to support employees, as a 65-year-old with a background in customer service, I am deeply disappointed by the treatment received. Sadly, this experience has soured my opinion of this Walgreens branch, and I will not be returning.

I reached out to Walgreens about a fax problem between my doctor and the local store. Despite being told I'd hear from them within 2 business days, almost 4 weeks have passed with no response. I even followed up 2 days ago and still no reply. This situation has caught me off guard as I held a higher expectation. Have I overestimated your service? You can find the email chain below. Ray H. I chose my current residence due to its proximity to an old Walgreens where I do 90% of my drugstore shopping, switching over from CVS which amounts to a significant sum for me, including pharmacy purchases. As a senior, I make full use of coupons provided at your registers following a purchase. However, the tiny, faint print on these coupons has made them nearly impossible for me to read, causing frustration and difficulty even with magnifying glasses. This issue feels like intentional age discrimination, alienating loyal customers like myself. Improving the print quality and visibility of these coupons would be appreciated. I also want to mention a dedicated employee named "Kim" who was let go despite her exceptional customer service and helpfulness, which I believe merits a second chance. Her presence was a highlight during my visits. Lastly, there have been instances where advertised discounts on items in my cart were not applied at checkout, suggesting a need for better oversight to ensure customers receive the correct discounts without relying on individual cashiers.

I received my flu shot at Walgreens located at [redacted] Miller Dr, Miami, FL [redacted]. They had my name on file along with my doctor's contact information. I was informed that Walgreens would notify my doctor about the vaccination. However, after checking with my doctor's office, they confirmed they hadn't received any information from Walgreens. I contacted the pharmacy at Walgreens, and they assured me they would send the details over. Despite this, my doctor's office still has not received any notification. They mentioned that other patients who got their flu shots at Walgreens also have not had their doctors informed as promised. I would appreciate clarity on your notification policy. It is concerning to be given a promise that is not fulfilled. If it's the patient's responsibility to inform their doctor, please communicate that clearly. Thank you.

I waited for 33 minutes on hold with your Elmont, NY office on Hempstead Turnpike. When a male voice finally answered, they hung up without helping me. My previous pharmacy closed and transferred my prescriptions to your Elmont store without my permission. When I asked to have them sent to Cigna Home Delivery, they could only transfer three out of eight prescriptions without explanation. Today, when I called again, I was placed on hold, and the male voice that answered also hung up. Please transfer my prescriptions to Cigna Home Delivery at P.O. Box [redacted], Chattanooga, TN 37[redacted] immediately. Kindly confirm once done. This is urgent, and as a person with a disability, it is hard for me to visit your store. Thank you.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with a new pharmacist named Matt at the Franklin, Wisconsin location. I have never encountered such difficulties with a pharmacist at this location in over 40 years. The set refill prescriptions are filled as partial refills, resulting in being charged twice when an additional refill is given. Refill requests and hard copy prescription orders are not filled promptly, causing delays in obtaining medication when needed. Matt lacks customer service skills and is not approachable when discussing medical concerns or questions about medications. The initiative to contact the primary prescribing physician for refills is lacking, leading to further delays in receiving prescriptions. I hope that the previous trustworthy and diligent staff will return to this location soon. It is disappointing that I need to travel 30 miles to receive the level of service and information I expect from a pharmacist. What has happened to this location?

I recently visited the New Hampshire [redacted] Loudon Rd location and purchased 2 cans of Lysol spray 2 in 1 for $3.99 each. The price was incorrect, and the manager was summoned. Despite honoring the wrong price, the manager displayed a rude attitude. When I returned for another can, the manager followed me and insisted I put it back. I explained I was there first and wanted to buy another can at the incorrect price. The manager forcefully told me to put the can down. She went as far as announcing in the store to leave or she would call the police, all because I wanted to purchase an item at the displayed price. This experience was humiliating, disrespectful, and threatening. As a senior citizen, I have never been treated this way before. I have already contacted corporate after leaving the store today at 12:27 PM on Sunday, 11/08/20. I am determined to see action taken against this manager for her behavior. It is unacceptable, and I will not rest until there is a resolution. Please let me know how this will be addressed.
