My senior mother has had troubling experiences at the Nacogdoches, TX facility that have left me concerned about her well-being. The staff there have shown rudeness and hostility towards her, making her feel anxious and fearful every time she interacts with them. I urge you to look into the reviews of this location to understand the gravity of the situation. My mother, in her 70s with a history of unnecessary surgeries and traumatic life events, just wants her benzos on time, but instead, she feels antagonized by them. I'm seeking advice on whether Walgreens can assist in shipping her medication directly. This situation has reached a breaking point, and I fear for her health and safety. The latest confrontation on Friday, November 11th at noon was particularly distressing, and as her caring son, I am reaching out for help in this difficult situation.

Every time I try to call Walgreens in North Carolina, the experience is always frustrating. About two months ago, when I picked up my prescription, 30 pills were missing. I went back, and they added the missing pills. However, every time I try to refill, they claim it's too early. Last month, when I called, I was told to wait two more days even though it was already time for a refill. My insurance doesn't cover it, and this keeps happening. I've tried to complain, but they don't address the issue. It feels like they are biased and don't care, especially towards Black customers. Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve this ongoing problem? Thank you.

Every time I visit Walgreens, I face issues with my coupons and digital rewards not being applied. The staff sometimes can't even see my digital rewards. They have difficulty using my pay for coupons and manufacturer's coupons. Despite preferring to shop here over Walmart for the convenience and rewards system, it's frustrating when these benefits are not applied correctly. During my recent visit, I bought hair dye, but a $6 coupon wasn't removed, and I was charged full price for razors, costing me an extra $3.50. Additionally, my $9 and $4 paper coupons were not accepted, leading to a less-than-ideal shopping experience.

I have been picking up my subscriptions at Walgreens on Manatee Ave and 43rd St. in Bradenton, Florida for years. I ordered my regular medications on November 17, [redacted], and was told they would be ready shortly. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the store until the next day, only to find it unexpectedly closed. It's usually a 24-hour store, and it wasn't communicated to customers or even the pharmacist that it would be closed. I'm unable to confirm when or if they will reopen. Since my prescriptions are for pain, I'm left without access to them. It's frustrating that I can't reach my doctor over the weekend to transfer the script to another pharmacy. While I will manage, this seems like a very poor business practice, showing little concern for the customers and probably the employees too.

Hello,
I was hoping for some clarification regarding Walgreens' inventory search functionality. Additionally, I am curious about the ongoing challenges Walgreens faces in stocking desired products at their stores.
I have been attempting to locate an item exclusively available at Walgreens, but it seems to be unavailable both online and at local stores. The manufacturer has verified the release and shipment of the item, yet Walgreens has not made it available for purchase in a timely manner.
I would greatly appreciate a detailed explanation for this situation rather than a standard response. It is surprising that a reputable company such as Walgreens lacks the capability to search their own inventory. Can someone shed light on why this issue persists?
Item Code: [redacted]
UPC: [redacted]48
Suggested Improvement: Enhance product availability online and in-store.

I reside in Kissimmee, Florida. I was informed multiple times that I could not refill my prescription until today, even though my Humana coverage allowed it yesterday. Upon visiting Walgreens pharmacy today to collect my prescription, I discovered that the pharmacist was absent due to illness, resulting in the pharmacy being closed on a regular business day, Saturday, November 26, [redacted]. Despite calling earlier to inquire about the readiness of the prescription and waiting on hold for two hours with a voicemail indicating multiple callers ahead, I received no closure notice about the pharmacy's shutdown. This level of service is incredibly unsatisfactory for such a large corporate pharmacy. It is likely that Walgreens suffered significant losses in customers and sales today. As a deeply dissatisfied customer, I am disappointed with this experience. Sincerely, Terese S.

When I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, I usually offer my license instead of verbally confirming my personal details like my name, address, and date of birth. Unfortunately, despite my request for privacy, my information is sometimes still spoken out loud by the employees.
I urge the store to stop instructing employees to disclose private information verbally. I have had encounters where individuals have used the information overheard at the pharmacy. Please, prioritize training your staff on safeguarding customer privacy at all times.

I have been trying to obtain my pay stubs from when I worked as an employee, but I am unable to access them myself as I am not in the system due to not being termed by the store manager. My attempts to reach out have been unsuccessful. I recently spoke with Dakshata B who is under Anurag, and despite assurances of receiving the pay stubs and a callback by 9am today, I have not heard back. I am currently on the phone with Anurag, who is not allowing me to speak with the relevant department and has not provided a timeline for resolution. This issue has persisted for months, and I urgently need assistance to resolve it.

I placed my order on December 7th using the automated system for a pick-up the following day at 12:45. Upon arrival, my prescription was not available as expected. Contacted customer service the next day, and the response was indifferent, stating the order didn't arrive. The prescription became available on Monday the 12th after a call was made. During my visit at Walgreens Drive-thru at 10:15 am, there was a delay. After a few minutes, I resorted to honking in an attempt to get attention. The pharmacist seemed preoccupied eating a banana with nuts. Despite several staff present, the service was slow and lacked customer focus. The overall service quality at this store, #[redacted], has significantly declined recently, prompting consideration for a change. Service efficiency and customer awareness seem lacking, making a change essential.

I'm seeking assistance with a prescription for my father. Two weeks ago, his doctor provided a prescription that was subsequently ordered but not in stock. Despite being informed that it was ready for pick-up on Thursday via both phone and email, upon my father's visit, he was told they couldn't locate it and asked to return the next day. When I visited on Friday, I was told the same. I find it hard to believe medication could go missing. I have reached out to the store manager for assistance but haven't received a response. The store location is [redacted] N Main St in Las Cruces, NM. The prescription is for Eliquis with prescription number RX[redacted]-[redacted]. I am looking for a resolution promptly, potentially by transferring it to another Walgreens branch. Your help in resolving this matter is appreciated.

I've been on the phone for over an hour, and there were two callers ahead of me. They probably got tired of waiting and hung up. The pharmacy has not answered their phone during this time. Can you check their register for drive-in and store ringouts to see that they weren't too busy to pick up the phone in an hour's time? Reprimands need to be given to solve this repetitive monthly issue. It's frustrating to the point where I don't want to do business with your company anymore. Please address and resolve this problem.

I visited the Walgreen store located at [redacted] Madison Blvd. in Madison, AL today, January 6, [redacted], around 3:15 pm. I experienced subpar service when making a purchase. The cashier, identified as Sam, initially did not want to bag my items but eventually complied after I insisted. However, he refused to provide a receipt for my debit card payment, claiming that my digital information would not allow it. Despite my request, neither the manager nor employees, including Travon, offered assistance or the headquarters' customer service number.

Since the pharmacy started using a different source for refilling prescriptions, I have been experiencing ongoing issues. Despite still having refills left, they insist I need a new script. My doctor ordered a new prescription for Verapamil on 12/15/[redacted], which I picked up on 12/17/[redacted]. However, on 01/07/[redacted], I received an email stating they contacted my doctor for a refill, even though I had already refilled the medication. This has happened multiple times now. On 01/08/[redacted], I got another email saying the refill was delayed because it was too early to fill, which is confusing because the prescription was already renewed and picked up on 12/17/22. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and if it continues, I will report these issues to the Pharmacy Board. Walgreens needs to address this problem immediately.

I would like to address an issue that I have noticed at your store located at [redacted] Mt. Hood St., The Dalles, OR [redacted]. Approximately 8 weeks ago, I raised a concern with one of your pharmacy technicians regarding the unsanitary and filthy conditions of the store's floors which appeared to have been neglected for months. The floors were covered in black grime and cobwebs, giving the store a very unkempt appearance. During my recent visit, I was shocked to find that the floors were even dirtier, with leaves scattered inside the store. Other customers in line shared my dismay at the lack of cleanliness in a pharmacy, which is expected to uphold high standards of hygiene. Unless this situation is addressed promptly, I am considering switching to a different local pharmacy. I kindly request that you investigate and rectify the cleanliness issues at the Walgreens Pharmacy & Store to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I need assistance with a prescription that my doctor called in on Tuesday, the 28th, to Walgreens at 51st Ave and Baseline RD in Phoenix. They mentioned it was out of stock and ordered it for me. Trying to reach them by phone at [redacted] has been unsuccessful as I have waited for up to 1 and 1/2 hours without any response. I am Richard Rubio, an 80-year-old customer, and Walgreens in Laveen has been my go-to pharmacy, but the service seems to be deteriorating. This delay is becoming concerning as it's been four days now, and I urgently need my medication. Please, contact me at [redacted] to assist with getting my drops.

After buying a Scarlet card from Walmart and loading $[redacted] onto it, I followed the card instructions. When I created an account, I received a message saying my account had two numbers, then it cleared and activated. However, today I tried to spend, and all transactions were denied, claiming the card is not registered. The screen on the app states that some information has not been updated, and I am requested to wait for days. I cannot afford to wait days to update my details to register my card with my Walgreens account on the Scarlet app.

There was an incident at the Walgreens in Albert Lea, Minnesota, where snow fell off the roof onto a customer. My mother, myself, and the affected customer expressed our concerns about the potential liability issue to the staff. Despite being told by a young man that it was a corporate matter and a young African-American woman assuring us it was being handled, no visible action was taken. I believe it is disappointing when customer safety is not prioritized. I documented the situation with photos showing no improvement. Overhearing that nothing could be done, it seemed they only wanted to placate us. Contact me at [redacted] if needed.

I am a person with disabilities dealing with severe health issues. I bought a defective television from Walmart and tried to return it at Walgreens due to my limited mobility. The employees were unhelpful and disrespectful towards me, making it difficult for me to return the item. Despite my struggles, they were indifferent and rude, leaving me feeling hurt and upset. I believe everyone should be treated with respect and kindness, especially when facing challenges. The experience at Walgreens was disappointing, and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

I purchased medicine for my sick son with asthma at Walgreens. I bought a humidifier, medicine for the humidifier, cold medicine, and a nasal inhaler. My total was over $75, but they charged me twice. When I called the store, the employee who overcharged me transferred me to a fake manager on a Sunday. I later found out the store doesn't have a manager on Sundays. Corporate mentioned that this location has a history of similar complaints. Despite contacting them, I still haven't received a refund. Corporate suggested involving the police. What frustrates me is that the fake manager claimed they only made a dollar profit that day, a blatant lie. This happened at the Walgreens in Ewing Township, New Jersey. It seems like this occurrence with the same individuals might be a common issue there.

I visited Walgreens looking for sleep aid. At the pharmacy, I inquired about a product to reduce dreaming. The staff responded by loudly laughing and making inappropriate comments. I felt embarrassed and unheard. I believe some products can help with excessive dreaming for a better sleep quality. Unfortunately, the staff's unprofessional behavior prevented me from explaining my situation. Their laughter continued even after I left, making it a distressing experience for me and other customers present.
