I did not receive the $10 in Walgreens cash as expected with my recent purchase. I was supposed to get $5 back for buying $20 worth of Dove body love and $5 for purchasing 3 Secret deodorants, but the rewards were not applied. Additionally, a $3 digital coupon for Dove Body Love was not deducted. I contacted customer service and was assisted by Meghan, who adjusted my Walgreens cash by $8, crediting me for the Secret deodorants and the missing digital coupon. However, Meghan mentioned that the $5 cashback for $20 in personal care items promotion was for online orders only, although this was not specified in the promotion details. Despite my concerns, she did not credit my account for this amount. I find this situation misleading and unprofessional. While I appreciate the good deals at Walgreens, the recurring issues and the need to contact customer service multiple times in a short period are becoming a hassle.

While shopping at Walgreen's on 8/17, I encountered an employee named Cori behaving very unprofessionally. She was shouting and using profane language, which caused me distress. I raised this issue with the store's general manager in Berea, Ohio, who assured me he would address it. However, when I returned to pick up a prescription, I found Cori still working there. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable with her behavior, which included her smelling of alcohol and displaying anger problems. This situation made me uncomfortable and I am now seeking a new pharmacy for my prescriptions. The lack of action taken by the store management, specifically by the general manager Steve, is disappointing. I strongly believe that customers should not be exposed to such behavior from employees. I hope this matter is resolved promptly to ensure a safe and professional environment for all patrons.

I had a concerning experience with a pharmacist at the Walgreens on [redacted] 7th Street, NW, Washington, DC [redacted]. Their behavior was disrespectful towards me, and I found out that they discontinued my Iron Pills without a valid reason. This affected my health as I require this medication three times a day due to kidney issues. I am certain it was the pharmacist since my prescription was not discontinued at the hospital. I believe this issue needs to be investigated by Walgreens. I am prepared to take legal action if necessary. My attempt to refill the prescription on Saturday, August 20, [redacted], revealed that it had been stopped without explanation. I felt mistreated and disrespected by this pharmacist's actions.

The assistant at the Flemington, NJ pharmacy location has a strong Indian accent that is difficult to understand. I recently had an issue where a prescription was two pills short. Despite calling to explain the situation, there was miscommunication. When I went to pick up the missing pills, the assistant was rude and mentioned bringing the bottle. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. It seems I am not the only one struggling to comprehend her as I witnessed another customer encountering the same difficulty.

As a Chicago native with a long history with Walgreens, I am disappointed by the declining quality of the Home brand toilet paper and paper towels. The current Big Roll single-ply option is subpar, breaking apart easily and causing frustration. It's disheartening that the formerly reliable products have been replaced by inferior alternatives, particularly as the economy faces challenges. The shift towards encouraging bulk buying seems out of touch, especially when many customers cannot afford to have unused items sitting around due to financial constraints. Despite my fond memories of the old Walgreens with soda fountains, the current corporate structure appears more focused on profit than on serving the community. This departure from the original vision is truly saddening, as it seems corporate greed is taking precedence over customer satisfaction and well-being.

I contacted [redacted]-WALGREENS and spoke to "Lisa" around 11:55 am (HST). I informed her of my communication difficulties due to extreme anxiety and tried to discuss a situation at my local Walgreens. When I asked a question regarding prescription medication, Lisa's response was generic and did not address my concerns. Despite my request to stop talking, she placed me on hold without explanation. I have been on hold for over an hour and fifteen minutes, which I find highly unprofessional. It is essential for "Lisa" to be addressed for her lack of professionalism and customer service. I initially dropped off prescriptions at the Waipahu, HI Walgreens over a week ago. Today, I was informed by Melissa that one prescription arrived for filling, while the other is out of stock. This situation raises questions about the purpose of my prescription if it cannot be filled promptly. Due to my phone anxiety, I rarely make or return calls. If necessary, please contact my husband at [redacted].

I'm trying to reach my local pharmacy at Chippewa and Hampton Inn in Saint Louis. When I called, I was put on hold and told there was one customer ahead of me. However, after 30 minutes, I was still hearing the same message. I urgently need to check on the status of a prescription, but I'm unable to go there in person right now. I've been waiting for a callback for an hour now. The estimated wait time provided has been consistently 6 minutes for the past hour, which is frustrating.

On 9/15/[redacted], I assisted a friend in transferring a prescription from Bendall's Pharmacy in Decatur, AL to Walgreens in Blairsville, GA. While waiting, I observed issues at Bendall's: slow pharmacy technicians struggling with insurance documents, a pharmacist not checking for transfer notifications, and delays in finding prescriptions. The pharmacist was also running behind on administering vaccines. These experiences led me to believe that the pharmacy operated inefficiently. Jimmy K.

Hello, my name is Arlana Highsmith. I visited your pharmacy at [redacted] Murfreesboro Pike in Antioch, TN on Friday night, September 16, [redacted]. I used the drive-thru and rang the bell but was not acknowledged for over 15 minutes. I called the store manager named Sheelan and explained the situation. She checked with the staff but was told the drive-thru was closed, despite no signage to indicate this. When I went inside to pick up my prescriptions, I asked for the names of the staff who did not assist me, but they refused and the manager claimed she was new and didn't know their names. The staff was unhelpful and even mentioned not providing their names was store policy. I remained calm throughout, despite the poor service I received. I believe the employees need further training and should be held accountable for their actions on that night. I am disappointed in how I was treated and would like to discuss this matter further. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

My recent call to Walgreens pharmacy on [redacted] East Ave., Chico, CA, was plagued by excessive background noise, making it difficult to communicate with the employee I needed to contact. I was inquiring about the pharmacy's address for my medical transportation company and which of my transferred medications required new prescriptions due to a corporate acquisition of my previous pharmacy. The conversation was futile due to the loud voices in the background, hindering our ability to communicate effectively. After struggling to convey information, the employee mentioned we should discuss it in person due to the busy environment. I propose the implementation of noise-canceling headphones and microphones for all phone line operators at the [redacted] East Ave., Chico, CA [redacted] pharmacy to improve communication quality, especially since Walgreens acquired Savemart Pharmacy, resulting in an increased workload and potential for errors by overwhelmed pharmacists. This situation could lead to legal ramifications if not addressed promptly.

At Walgreens in Centennial, CO, my experience has not been good. My doctor transmitted a prescription for a controlled substance to the store on Buckley and Smoky Hill online. I called yesterday, but the pharmacy was closed with no backup available. Today, when I contacted the same store, they informed me that my prescription was at the Walgreens on Himalaya and Buckley, also in Centennial, but they were closed with no indication of when the pharmacy would reopen. The pharmacist at Buckley and Smoky Hill seemed indifferent, implying that there was nothing I or my doctor could do with a smirk. I was also informed that I couldn't transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, which feels unjust. Having no backup plan in place leaves pharmacists in a position to control people's lives, which is concerning.

On Friday, September 30, [redacted], I visited the Chestertown store and waited in line for 45 minutes to pick up my husband's prescriptions, which totaled over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, when I checked the scripts, three of them were wrong. I returned to the store where I encountered a clerk named Sarah who was very rude and unhelpful. Despite the items being unopened and sealed, she claimed nothing could be done once they left the store. After some insistence, I learned the manager's name was Stephanie, but she did not come to address the issue. This situation concerns me greatly as incorrect medication could have serious consequences. I have been a loyal customer since Wal-Greens acquired Happy Harrys, and if this issue is not resolved properly, I will have to reconsider my future transactions with the company. This matter needs immediate attention to avoid any potential harm.

I recently went to Walgreens for a vaccination appointment, which was my third visit. Despite scheduling online and completing the form ahead of time, I was left waiting for over an hour. It was disappointing not to be assisted promptly after making an appointment. I believe that when an appointment is booked, there should be a pharmacist available for that specific time slot. Moreover, I expected to receive a record of the vaccination I received. It was frustrating to see walk-in customers taken before me, including my husband, who received both the vaccination and a record of it. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will explore other options for future vaccinations.

I was inadvertently administered the incorrect Covid-19 vaccine at the Walgreens on Sunset Blvd in Bellingham, WA (store# [redacted]). In October, I had an appointment for the Omicron variant booster and a flu shot. The appointment was at 9:15, but I had to fill out a form upon arrival. After a significant wait, the vaccines were given, but there was a mix-up with the Covid-19 vaccine. The manager, Basil Z., had to rectify the situation, informing me of the error and the two-month waiting period for the correct vaccine. I was disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this location or possibly any other Walgreens.

I visited Walgreens at [redacted] Gall Boulevard, Zephyrhills, Florida, on 10/20/22 at 6:07 p.m. I attempted to load $[redacted].03 onto my Chime card using a universal swipe reload. Despite both the cashier and I counting the money twice, only $49.03 was added to my card. After realizing the discrepancy, I called the store and was directed to the manager. The manager promised to investigate and contact me the next day. Feeling upset and frustrated, I regret not checking the receipt before leaving the store. This situation has left me unable to pay my electric bill as planned. I am deeply concerned that the missing $[redacted] might not have been a mistake. I hope that the issue can be resolved promptly.

I am extremely displeased with store [redacted] in Indianapolis. I have faced challenges in acquiring my medication for OVER a week now, which has prolonged my illness. The doctor sent a prescription for Prednisone and Doxycycline last Monday, and to my dismay, the store still hasn't stocked the Prednisone a WEEK LATER. Due to this delay, last Thursday, I had to seek treatment at the ER because I couldn't obtain my medication from WALGREENS. Additionally, the pharmacy at this store operates only 3 or 4 days a week, from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, and remains closed on Saturdays and Sundays. In my opinion, it might be better to remove the pharmacy services completely. It's disheartening that individuals in need of medications to recover from illnesses face such barriers. The way this pharmacy functions is beyond comprehension. Regards, D. Newkirk

I need to contact a pharmacy at [redacted] Smoky Hill Rd in Centennial, CO regarding an escript prescription. I have tried calling twice this morning, but I was disconnected each time after being on hold for an hour and then again for about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this prescription cannot be filled using an automated system or the Walgreens website. I find this level of service unacceptable. I need this script by tomorrow or Saturday, as the pharmacy is closed on Sundays. I live 40 miles away from the pharmacy, so it's not easy for me to go there in person. It's already expensive enough just to pick up the prescription.

I recently purchased gift cards, but unfortunately, the cashier made an error, and the receipts did not print out. Without the gift receipts, redeeming the cards was not possible. The manager attempted to help by printing something on a sheet of paper but insisted I deal with it. When I requested a refund due to the mistake being theirs, I was informed that refunds were not given and that I should just deal with it. In the end, all I could do was leave the store. I was advised that the manager would be available at 8 a.m. the following morning to address the situation.

During my recent visit to the Walgreens on Ferry St in Anoka, MN, I observed a couple of theft incidents which greatly concerns me. I witnessed a man entering the store with a canvas bag and proceeding to steal items off the shelves. Despite me reporting this to the staff, they were unable to take action as the man fled the store. It's disheartening to hear that this is a recurring issue. I believe implementing security measures like mirrors and cameras in vulnerable areas could deter such thefts. Additionally, considering a policy where customers check in their bags at the front could help prevent such incidents. While it's understandable that high-theft items are secured, having a bag policy in place may further enhance security and discourage theft. Thank you, Deb Erickson, a loyal customer.

Good morning! I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by my pharmacist, Tom Nguyen, at the Walgreen's located at [redacted] Main Street, Foxboro, MA. Tom went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with Medicare and my doctor's office. He made numerous calls on my behalf, ensuring I was consistently informed throughout the process. Although I understand assisting me is part of his job, I am truly thankful for his dedication, which resulted in successfully securing a 90-day supply of insulin for me. I just wanted to share my positive experience. Best regards, Patti Borowski
