My IMEI number is [redacted][redacted]. I had a phone with a 5000mAh battery, Y11, and I received a replacement with Y1s, which has a 4030mAh battery. I was not shown the Y1s box nor informed about the battery difference. They only mentioned it looks different but everything else is the same. I trusted them and took it but later found out about the difference. I want a phone with a 5000mAh battery. Everyone is citing policy, but why wasn't the box shown to the customer? When I contacted the service center, they mentioned they provided all the information, but Vivo does not agree with the customer's feedback. If I had been shown the box, I could have examined it. On May 31, [redacted], I requested a new line from Vivo in Santo André at Giovanni Grochi Street, Jardim Ipanema Store owned by Vivo. The line was installed on the same day and sold by Supervisor Ana Paula at 11-[redacted]98 and Sales Representative Isabele at [redacted]6 and 11 [redacted]00. Ana Paula offered me a 12-month courtesy waiver of charges for the line as the condo representative responsible for bringing in new residents. Despite my efforts to resolve the billing issue of $[redacted].55 due on July 15 with Coordinator Silmara at 11-[redacted]66, the agreement has not been honored. I request an immediate response either canceling the line or upholding the agreed courtesy offer to avoid legal action. The evidence has been shared via personal WhatsApp and will be submitted to consumer protection agencies. Your prompt attention to resolving this matter is necessary.

Dear Sir, I bought my mobile phone from your store a month ago and within 13 days, it turned off once. The service center said it's due to an update. After taking it there, they replaced the mobile's battery. I noticed it gets very hot when charging, and even after a short usage, it heats up quickly, affecting its charging speed. The model is V23E, and my friend also has the same phone, but doesn't face these issues. Using a 44-watt charger takes about an hour and 30 minutes to charge. Is there a solution to this problem?

I have lost my VIVO [redacted] Ram 6/[redacted] mobile phone on October 17, [redacted], around 12:30 PM. I had it with me but felt sleepy and placed it next to me. When I woke up and searched for it, it was gone. I've tried contacting the number in the phone, but it's not active. Can someone from VIVO please help me track my lost mobile phone?
