It seems like the [redacted] MB per day option is active, but it's insufficient for me. Can you please switch me to a plan with 3GB per week or more for unlimited internet access? Hello, I am a user of the Vivo Y71 2GB variant, and I am here to share feedback regarding this smartphone. I have noticed that this phone tends to be laggy at times, experiencing delays and slow camera performance. Previously, I used the Y53 which had better performance. I wish the Y71 2GB variant could offer a similar experience. Many in our group have similar complaints about the laggy performance of this phone compared to the Y53. It would be greatly appreciated if Vivo could address this issue to match the performance level of the Y53. Some users are considering selling or trading their devices due to dissatisfaction with the performance. I also may need to consider this option as the current performance does not meet my expectations. I am writing to report an issue with my vivo [redacted] cell phone that I purchased on 01.07.18. Recently, the right side speaker of my earphones stopped working, and when I visited the Bolangir Vivo Service Centre in Odisha to have it checked, the staff said they found dust inside the speaker causing the problem. The engineer tried to clean it but was unable to fix it and, surprisingly, offered me his own used earphones instead of providing a new pair. I believe this behavior is unacceptable, and I am disappointed with the service I received. I hope the necessary actions will be taken against the engineer at the service center.

I own a vivo Y71 mobile phone that I purchased on 01.07.18. Lately, I have been experiencing issues with the earphone. The right side speaker stopped working, and despite visiting the Bolangir Vivo Service Centre in Odisha at Maszid Chowk Kansaripada, Bolangir, the problem persists. Upon inspection, the staff claimed the earphone was functioning correctly but mentioned that dust might have caused the issue. They attempted to clean it but were unsuccessful and, to my surprise, offered me a used earphone instead of a new one. I am disappointed with this outcome and feel that proper actions should be taken against the engineer/checker at the service center for their behavior.

Hello Team, I hope you are all having a good evening. On 13/01/[redacted], I purchased a VIVO Y 81 mobile phone for my Dad. Unfortunately, he had an accident where he dropped the phone in a glass of water. Despite quickly removing it from the water and turning it off, the phone stopped working. I understand that water damage is not covered under warranty. I took the phone to a Vivo authorized service center for repair, agreeing to pay for the service. However, I was shocked to receive a quote of Rs.[redacted] (excluding battery and panel) for a phone that cost me Rs.[redacted] brand new. I expected better durability from the phone, especially considering other companies offer waterproof models at similar or lower prices. As someone who values quality and trusted Vivo, I am disappointed in the outcome. I will be sharing my experience on social media and will not be recommending Vivo to my friends, family, or colleagues. Thank you, Vivo, for the otherwise great phone experience.

Has anyone heard of a promotion at Vivo Company where they select a lucky customer to receive a Vivo V9 phone at a 75% discount? I received a call claiming to be from Vivo offering the phone for only [redacted] Rupees. Can someone confirm if this is legitimate? I recently received a phone call from the following numbers: 1.[redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. The caller claimed to be from Vivo phone company and offered a Vivo phone Pro-9 at a discounted rate of Rs.[redacted] for Vivo customers, with payment to be made upon delivery. As a Vivo customer, I accepted the offer and received a parcel from Indian postal on 09/05/[redacted]. However, upon opening the package, I found broken bricks inside a red box instead of the phone. When I tried to return it, the postal worker refused to take it. I am concerned that this fraudulent activity is damaging Vivo's reputation. I kindly request Vivo to investigate this matter to prevent further customer deception.

The company's target scheme and discounted prices have made it difficult to make a profit on Vivo mobiles. Your employees are pressuring us to meet targets by the end of the month, often leading us to activate mobiles to artificially boost sales. While I have met the targets for the past two months, a recent corporate deal with another company has caused me to fall short this month, resulting in a penalty fee of one lakh fifty thousand rupees over the last three months.
The minimal profit margins and constant revision of credit notes have caused losses, leading to a halt in selling Vivo products. I urge you to address these issues promptly. Hello everyone, two months ago, I purchased a Vivo 15 with a malfunctioning pop-up camera that gets stuck when opening. I took it to the service center, where they cleaned it due to dust accumulation. After a week, the same issue reappeared. Despite returning to the service center twice more, the problem persists. I received numerous OTPs on my phone the day before yesterday without requesting them, along with notifications from apps I've never used. Seeing this, I decided to reset my phone. However, after the reset, I am unable to access any banking apps and receiving messages from Airtel stating my device is not 4G compatible. I have a Vivo Y69, and this issue is new as I've never had trouble with my device before. Additionally, my internet connection is slow as it shows my device as not 4G compatible. I regret to inform you that I am currently unable to sell Vivo Mobile phones due to a lack of supply from the local R.S. construction distributors and Vivo officials in our area. Stocks for the month of June were not provided to me, making it impossible to fulfill the scheme requirements.
While some shops are receiving ample stock, others like myself are left without. Feeling discriminated against, I have made the decision to cease working with Vivo. Discrimination between big and small retailers tarnishes the company's reputation.
Under these circumstances, I have chosen to halt the sales/work with Vivo Mobile.

I am disappointed with the Vivo V20 model I purchased. The camera quality is poor, producing inaccurate colors and dull images. The processor is outdated but functional, although the battery drains quickly, requiring two full charges daily. Numerous bugs remain unfixed, such as the lack of an internet speed indicator and notifications for data usage. The audio jack speaker is inadequate, and the phone lacks a super AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, which is expected at this price point. Other phones like the Oppo Reno 3 Pro offer better features, including a superior camera and screen, making it a more appealing option within this budget range.

Hello, I have a Vivo Z1 Pro and live in Andaman and Nicobar, Port Blair, India. Recently, we got a 4G network here and it has been working well. After a recent update on my phone, I’ve noticed that my mobile internet is working fine on apps like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, but when I try to use Google Chrome and YouTube, the internet speed becomes very slow. Já tentei entrar em contato por ligação, mas não obtive resposta, e por email demoraram muito para me responder, e quando o fizeram, abordaram apenas problemas de fraude em redes sociais, enquanto estou reportando que meu número possui mais de um usuário. Peço que compreendam a gravidade da situação e me forneçam uma resposta focada nesse aspecto.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Pimpri Vivo Service Center. I brought in my Vivo 15 Pro mobile for a simple sim-tray change, as the phone was working perfectly before. However, upon receiving the phone back, it was completely dead, which was very disappointing. The technician mentioned issues with the main board, battery, antenna, and display, along with a cost estimate for various repairs, although my sole request was the sim-tray change. I am extremely unhappy with the situation as my phone was in good working condition before. Thank you for listening to my concerns regarding this unfortunate experience at the Vivo Service Center in Pimpri.
