Vivacom Customer Service Issues

I am seeking assistance regarding my Vivacom client number [redacted]02. Apologies for using English, as my knowledge of Bulgarian is limited. Over 2 years ago, I subscribed to an internet, telephone, and television package. In November [redacted], I attempted to transfer my services to a new address but faced issues. Despite visiting the Vivacom shop on Dondukoff and Rakowsky, I was unable to proceed. Eventually, I switched to A1 on November 15, [redacted], returning Vivacom's equipment on November 17, [redacted]. However, I encountered difficulties with Vivacom's staff at the shop, including being threatened and told I owed money. I visited the Vivacom shop at Sofia Mall later, still incurring problems as I was informed of a [redacted] leva charge despite having returned the equipment with a receipt.
