I am writing to inform you that I purchased the Men's Daily Naturect supplement from your company over a month ago but have not yet received the package. I was notified by your company that the package was returned due to being delivered to my old address at 73rd and Evans Chicago Il. [redacted] instead of [redacted] s. Rhodes Chicago Il. 2nd fl. [redacted] as intended. I have already re-paid for shipping and resolved a mistaken re-charge for the supplement, but I still have not received my order. Could you assist in tracking the package and help me resolve this issue? I appreciate your products and would like to continue supporting your company, but I have faced similar issues with my orders in the past without receiving any products. I have tried to cancel an autoship order before, but it keeps getting sent. The recipient's name and address are Gordon Grage at [redacted] S. Greenfield Rd., Mesa, AZ [redacted]. The recent charge on Gordon's credit card appeared as Spring Sunday Vitamins, though we only ordered from Vitasprings. We reported this as fraud and canceled the credit card. The order arrived stating that you also operate as DBA Spring Sunday Vitamins. We do not want the current shipment or any future ones. I'm Elizabeth Wilke, Gordon's daughter, who handles his online orders. I don't want to pay for return shipping as I believed this issue was resolved. Please assist with this. Thank you.
