Our return policy at Vitasprings.com is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. In order to qualify for a return, the product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We understand that sometimes a return is necessary due to product defects or shipping errors on our part, and in such cases, we will cover return shipping costs. However, for all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that certain types of items, such as perishables, body care products, and personal items, are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
