Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you may cancel or change your order at Vitasprings.com after it has been placed, but only if it hasn't been processed and shipped yet. To cancel or modify your order, you should contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Provide them with your order number and request the changes you want to make. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it. In such cases, you can return the items following our return/exchange policy. Please review our cancellation and return policy for further details.
