I have been a Vistaprint customer since May [redacted], and I've had a few instances where I wasn't satisfied with my orders. The first time, the business cards appeared smaller or slightly misaligned. The second time, the bright red print I requested wasn't vibrant at all. Recently, I placed a $[redacted] order for business cards and paid an extra $10 for an editor to adjust it to bright yellow, but it looks identical to the yellow on the website. I've reached out via email to express my dissatisfaction with the recent orders, but it feels like my concerns are not being acknowledged. Despite not being a major customer, I expected Vistaprint to have a dedicated team for handling these issues. Unfortunately, my confidence in Vistaprint is decreasing. Respectfully, Leonard.

I ordered business cards that were supposed to arrive by December 31, [redacted]. However, as of January 2nd, they still have not been delivered. When I tried to track the package, I realized I forgot to update the delivery address to my new one. I visited the old address and spoke to the post office, providing all my information. They checked and it showed the package was in transit and never reached their post office, around January 4th. It has now been over 7 days, and I purchased the cards as gifts for other stylists. After multiple correspondences with your customer support team, I am still facing challenges with getting our ProShop set up correctly. I feel it is necessary to escalate this issue to an executive who can ensure that the required changes are made promptly. Despite explaining the changes to the customer support team three times, progress has been lacking. My recent interaction was with Jenelle, following a previous conversation with Chase Morgan. Jenelle assured me that she would discuss the changes with her team and provide a schedule within a few days, but a week has passed with no updates from her. Our account is under SIR Activities for Men, of which I am the President and CEO. We operate as a non-profit organization with 13,[redacted] members across [redacted] branches in Northern and Central California. I believe there is a great opportunity for collaboration, but the current situation makes it challenging to proceed. I invite you to review our store and assess whether VistaPrint Corporate Solutions can stand behind it. Hello, I purchased 15,[redacted] leaflets from your company. After double-checking the design multiple times, I eagerly awaited their arrival. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, I discovered they were printed incorrectly. The text overlaps with the photos, and the layout is completely wrong. As this mistake reflects poorly on the professionalism of the work and considering the significant cost of the order, I kindly request a complimentary reprint of the leaflets with the correct design. I have a request regarding business cards for a group where one side has identical information and the other has unique details like names and phone numbers. 1. Can a special pricing be offered for this group order? 2. Can individuals order and pay for their own cards separately? 3. How can individuals identify the template for ordering? 4. Is there a minimum quantity required per order? 5. Are there any steps that can simplify the process for you and save costs for us? COMPLAINT VP_42GGH9KK Dear Sir or Madam, The ordered car magnets with the company logo have arrived at our premises. The small magnet looks wonderful, and we are very satisfied with it. However, the large magnet does not look good at all. There is a very wide white border around the company logo that we cannot explain, as the uploaded file does not contain this border. We would like a car magnet that exclusively showcases the logo provided by you in the attached file. Unfortunately, we cannot use it as the car is not white but colored. Our car dealer, from whom we leased the vehicle, strongly advised us against cutting the white border ourselves and then applying the magnet to the car, as the cut edges are very sharp and could damage the paint. We kindly request a corrected version of the magnet to be sent to us again - we are willing to pay the postage of €3.99. I recently placed an order for a retractable banner and was contacted by Mohamed Injed CHTOU regarding the logos being unusable. Despite the 24-hour deadline given to provide better logos, my order was closed this morning at 8:30 AM. I did not receive any missed calls on my office phone, which is typically not open until 11 AM. I believe the timeframe given was incorrect, only being 15 hours instead of 24. I expected more communication and alternatives to be offered by the designer. I was charged for the design but did not receive it. I would appreciate if my information could be transferred to another designer who is willing to collaborate on this project. Hello, my name is Edward M. I have previously purchased t-shirts for "Yummy Wok" and recently placed an order under #VP_G66DJH4K. However, I noticed two issues with the order. Firstly, the receipt indicates blank black t-shirts instead of the "Yummy Wok" branded ones I usually get. Additionally, the 50% discount using code "celebrate50" was not applied. I kindly request to cancel order #VP_G66DJH4K and have it corrected to include black XL "Yummy Wok" t-shirts, along with the application of the 50% discount. Once resolved, I plan to order more white "Yummy Wok" t-shirts, potentially purchase door magnet signs, and also order my usual Christmas cards. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I noticed recently that your website has been updated, and now I'm having trouble logging in. The website keeps prompting me to create a new account or log out of my social media accounts. I cannot find the option to sign in with my existing account to access my order history. Why is it so complicated to sign in now? I need to reorder business cards, and this process has been very frustrating and challenging. I believe this issue needs urgent attention as I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Last night, I created a double-sided business card with specific designs for the front and back. I intended to save it for preview this morning to inquire about the 30% discount. However, I couldn't locate the saved design. The front displays "Past National Commandant - Navy Club USA" and the back features the "Hamilton County Veterans" design.
