Good morning, I am encountering difficulties filing a new Initial Claim due to an error message related to the "Demographics" source location. I attempted to email the address provided on the VA site, but it bounced back. I have been facing issues with my claim since September and have not received a weekly check yet. I did get a qualification confirmation letter from the State of Virginia dated 09.29.21 about being eligible as a Claimant, which I received approximately a week ago. I need a copy of my 2[redacted]G unemployment tax document to verify my identity with the Virginia Department of Taxation for my state tax refund.
