I wanted to share my experience with the receptionists at the Viacom building. Unfortunately, I have found them to be lacking in customer service skills. Their behavior comes across as rude and snobbish, which is quite disappointing. It is crucial that this issue is brought to the attention of upper management. The frontline employees should be friendly and courteous, as they are the initial point of contact for visitors. I have been a regular visitor to the Viacom building for 8 months now, and each time I leave, I feel drained. It is disheartening that they do not know how to properly welcome people.

Hello,
I have reached out to Nickelodeon twice regarding an issue with the Nickelodeon Brand pop up play tent, "Playhut Paw Patrol Skye’s High Flyin’ Copter," but have yet to receive a response. I purchased this tent for my 2-year-old daughter, and unfortunately, a plastic pole that supports the front center of the tent came out, causing a safety hazard. The sharp edge of the pole injured my daughter, and now the tent is unusable due to the fabric being torn.
I am concerned about the safety of this product and the lack of response from Nickelodeon. Should I contact Viacom about this matter? I believe this issue needs to be addressed promptly for the safety of other children who might be using this product.

I am 27 years old with three children. When I was 18 in [redacted], I found out I was pregnant, and my daughter was born in May [redacted] when I turned 19. After waiting four years, I had another child in [redacted], and my youngest in [redacted]. I had some pregnancy complications, like my two-year-old being breech and needing an emergency c-section. My four-year-old was also born prematurely. I have watched "16 & Pregnant" since it first aired and have always dreamed of being on the show. Now, I would like to apply to be on "Teen Mom OG" or "Teen Mom 2" to share my story as a young mother of three.

I believe a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Legacy Collection including the Konami Arcade games, NES games, Super NES games, Sega game, Out of the Shadows, and Mutants in Manhattan on a physical disc would be an amazing addition for fans. A physical release of Out of the Shadows would be especially exciting. If Viacom and Nickelodeon have the rights to TMNT, a dark adult version featuring the original [redacted]'s TMNT movie turtles in a game similar to Out of the Shadows would be a great idea. Hopefully, they consider releasing such a collection in the future.

I am experiencing frustration with my Paramount Plus subscription. Despite paying for ad-free programming, I was disappointed to see ads interrupting crucial moments during the season finale of "Clarice." The lack of consistency in managing the app makes it challenging to navigate, especially for someone using it through a cable company like myself. I upgraded to the higher-priced plan specifically to avoid ads during important parts of shows, and this experience feels dishonest and misleading. I am currently on hold for 2 hours trying to reach customer service, feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. It is disappointing to encounter what seems like a lack of respect for subscribers.

I'm having trouble accessing my ParamountCBS account to cancel it. Despite several attempts to reset my password after receiving the notification, I haven't received any password reset emails. I need to cancel my account because I've merged households with my daughter who also has a ParamountCBS account. If she cancels her account, I won't be able to access mine without the password reset. I have thoroughly checked all email folders but have not received any communication from ParamountCBS. I was charged for the service today, even though I won't be using it. I'd rather not have to contact my bank to block future payments. I've been trying to resolve this issue for three months and feel frustrated about the $36 charge.

I bought Yellowstone on Xfinity for $17.99, but now I can't watch Episode 9 despite already purchasing the season. The option prompts me to buy it for an additional $2.99. Can you clarify why I have to pay extra when I've already bought the whole season and watched 8 episodes? It's frustrating. Please rectify this issue so I can access what I've paid for. Thank you.

We bought the 1st season of the TV show "[redacted]" in HD. After purchasing, we were able to play episodes 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8, but episodes 2 and 6 are not available without an additional purchase in SD. The option to play for free is missing. Despite refreshing, restarting the TV, and exploring other avenues, we're unable to access the mentioned episodes. The 24/7 phone support seems unavailable as I could only reach voicemail.

I recently signed up for the MAX service on their website, but I accidentally selected the wrong plan. I discovered that I am being billed through Xfinity, even though their customer service couldn't find any record of my subscription. My credit card has been charged by VIACOM for the MAX service, which costs over $12 per month. I need to cancel this subscription with VIACOM and switch to the correct one.
