I am in need of my two dresses that were promised to me but are now on backorder. I am disappointed as this is a recurring issue. Please have your buyers review the popular items and ensure more are ordered. I reside at Donna Spagnolo, [redacted] Sue Creek Drive, Baltimore, MD [redacted]. I rarely receive my rewards, and due to items often being oversized, I have to make a 40-minute drive and incur shipping return charges. As a loyal customer for 25 years, having spent over a thousand dollars, I urge you to stock more small sizes. These dresses are for my 30th wedding anniversary. On December 16th, I purchased a $[redacted] gift card which never arrived before Christmas as promised. After contacting customer service via email, I was informed that the card was lost in the mail and was sent the card numbers instead. I expressed my disappointment, as it's a gift and I can't just write the numbers on a sticky note. It's now past Christmas, and when I requested a physical card, they stated that the emailed numbers are my only choice and advised me to contact USPS. I am unsatisfied with this resolution and would like to speak to another representative. It's frustrating that they couldn't even suggest creating a printable option for me.

I am currently reviewing my bank statements from November to last month and noticed unauthorized charges. Since January [redacted], I have not made any purchases with your company. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I was not able to monitor my statements closely. However, after moving back to Houston, Texas, my account was completely emptied by the unauthorized person. The total amount missing exceeds $40,[redacted]. The fraud department is investigating the issue and has advised me to identify any charges that are not mine. I am cooperating with their investigation to the best of my ability. I attempted to file a police report in Houston but was informed to do so in Colorado, where I believe the fraudulent activity began. I am now scrutinizing my statements meticulously to pinpoint any suspicious charges and provide the necessary information to authenticate my claims.

Hello,
I have always been a fan of Venus products. However, I recently came across a counterfeit at VB. I decided to splurge and buy from a store. I went to Magnit Cosmetics and purchased 4 cartridges. When I opened the package at home, I found the cartridges were open without the protective film. If the manufacturer decided to cut costs on packaging or help the environment by reducing waste, this is definitely not the product to remove packaging from. This is my first encounter with something like this, and I am unsure whether to use these cartridges now.
