Furthermore, I encountered difficulties when trying to use the card to subscribe to a Hulu HBO Max bundle. Despite purchasing the card from a local Dollar General store, the transaction did not go through. Additionally, my attempts to reach customer service via the phone number provided on the card and their website have been unsuccessful for the past few days.

I visited the Cherokee casino in North Carolina on October 7th and 8th, [redacted]. I tried to use my Vanilla card, but the restaurant staff informed me they do not accept gift cards. When I returned home, I noticed that my $[redacted] was missing. I have copies of my receipts from those days. It seems one of the places I dined at tampered with my card. I am 84 years old and sent all the documentation regarding the missing $[redacted]. I just want to know which restaurant did this so that it can be prevented from happening to another senior. I bought a OneVanilla card for $[redacted], but lost it before even using it. I couldn't register or activate it, so all I have are the last four digits. How can I get a replacement now? I prefer getting either an e-gift card or a new physical OneVanilla card sent to me as a replacement.

I received a $[redacted] Vanilla gift card as a gift and used it for purchases at Walmart. Before entering the store, I made an online purchase, leaving a balance of $[redacted].62. However, when I tried to pay using self-checkout at Walmart, the card was declined. Upon checking the balance again, it showed $0.00, even though I hadn't made a purchase. I contacted customer service to report a lost or stolen card. It was purchased by my company as a Christmas bonus. I do not have the card number, but I have a receipt for the group of cards purchased and I signed a PIN number to it. I'm hopeful that you can identify the card with this information. I was instructed to send a copy of the email, but I must have misheard the email address. Hello, I recently purchased a vanilla visa gift card at a local Dollar General store. The card had $[redacted] loaded onto it, and I managed to make a few purchases with it. I recently bought a $50 Visa debit gift card, and I am unable to make any purchases with it. Upon contacting Vanilla Visa, they indicated that the last transaction on the card was the purchase of the card itself for $50. Despite not making any other purchases, they informed me that the balance on the card is now $0. I am confused as to how this could happen. I have been attempting to contact Vanillagiftcard, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone. I have been put on hold five times, each time waiting for over an hour. I am eagerly awaiting the posting of two Amazon refunds. The funds were released by Amazon on Tuesday evening, and this money is crucial for me to purchase Christmas gifts for my family. I am hopeful that I can have the two refunds of $*** credited to my Visa gift card promptly. I experienced some issues with two orders from Amazon, which resulted in me requesting refunds. Although the refunds were processed, they have not yet appeared on my Visa gift card. I do have evidence of the refunds and the transaction code. I bought a $[redacted] Vanilla gift card from Walgreens. Despite waiting for activation, when I tried to use it, the card was declined at the store. I called the number on the back twice, once it said it was active and had $[redacted], but the next time it mentioned an issue with the card. I recently got a replacement card after the original was stolen by a waitress. I spoke with Logan from customer service on November 20th, [redacted]. He confirmed an issue with the card and mentioned a replacement would be sent out. Unfortunately, this replacement did not work as intended since it was already a replacement card. Logan assured me a new one would arrive in 7-10 days. It has been past that timeframe, and I have been unable to reach anyone at Customer Service. If this matter is not resolved soon, I plan to caution others against purchasing VanillaGift cards.

I have reached out to customer service several times regarding my case number 5[redacted]. The last representative I spoke to was Logan. Following a meal payment, a waitress took the money from the card. Vanilla sent a replacement card, which did not work. Logan confirmed the issue and mentioned that a new card would be sent in 7 to 10 days. This was on November 29, [redacted]. Since then, I have not received any updates or the replacement card. I find it surprising that Visa is connected to such a situation. Although it may not be a large amount, it is still my hard-earned money.

After several failed attempts to use it online, I visited VanillaGift.com, where I discovered that $24.99 was used on PayPal without my authorization. I am dealing with a fraud issue related to a gift card refund. My spouse and I loaded $[redacted] onto a gift card, which we were never able to use.
