I paid cash for the card at Circle K, and the CVV has been activated, but now there's a system error preventing me from using it. This is the second time this has happened, and I need the $50 refunded to me. I have the receipt, card, and package as proof. Please assist me promptly; this money is important and I've never faced this issue in my years of using your cards.

Using VISA gift cards can be quite frustrating. My first encounter with them was five years ago and it hasn't improved. I recently received three as a birthday gift. I decided to use one at Walmart for $[redacted] but faced issues at checkout. Despite confirming a $[redacted] balance with VISA customer service, the card didn't work. Even the store manager thought it might be defective. Later, when I tried using a $50 card, I found that half the barcode was missing. It felt like a scene from a movie. I still have two cards left and I'm eager to see if they work any better.

My son-in-law bought a vanilla prepaid gift card with $[redacted].00 on it, but it was hacked as soon as it was activated. After filing a dispute, we waited over 90 days. Despite emailing the card dispute team for updates, we never received a response. Recently, a new card arrived with $[redacted].00, but it got hacked again before he could use it. The company now requires us to start the dispute process again. We would prefer a quicker resolution, possibly with a check instead of a new card. Unfortunately, we lost the original card and need help finding the card information to fill out the dispute form. The last four card numbers are [redacted]. My purse was stolen by individuals who purchased my couches on OfferUp. I promptly contacted customer service on the same day and reported the incident. Despite sending an email with the provided address, I have yet to receive a response. Luckily, I had not activated the stolen cards, one was worth $[redacted] and the other $20. The representative assured me they could be replaced and advised me to send the receipt and details via email. However, I have not received any further communication. The representative mentioned it could take up to 10 days to receive replacement cards, so I wanted to follow up on the progress.

I bought a Vanilla Gift Card at Walgreens and loaded it with $[redacted]. When I peeled off the protective layer, the last two numbers of the card were missing, so I couldn't set a PIN. I recently bought a $70 vanilla gift card to purchase an Amtrak ticket. However, I encountered an "Authentication Error" message on the Amtrak app when trying to use it. Even after waiting 24 hours and confirming the card is active with the balance intact, I still couldn't make the purchase. I attempted to buy an Amtrak gift card from Amazon as an alternative, but faced the same issue with verifying bank information. I received a brand new vanilla gift card for my birthday. Two days later, when I tried to use it, I discovered there was only $2 left on it instead of the $[redacted] I initially loaded. This is puzzling as I had just checked the balance myself after taking it out of the wrapper. I recently purchased a Vanilla Visa prepaid card. Shortly after buying it, I found an unauthorized eBay transaction that cleared out all the money on the card. I have filed a dispute and returned the card to you. Can you please provide an update on the status of my case? The thought of waiting up to 90 days is unbearable. I purchased a Vanilla Visa gift card at Dollar General in Pana, Illinois, and loaded it with $79. However, an hour after the purchase, the card was declined when I tried to make a purchase on Shein due to insufficient funds. Upon checking my balance on VanillaGifts.com, I discovered only 2 cents remaining with unauthorized charges for two PlayStation purchases totaling $35.99. I did not make these purchases and seek a refund for the stolen amount. Dollar General advised me to contact the company for resolution as they couldn't assist. Hello. On Thursday the 24th, I purchased two Visa Vanilla gift cards to send to a dog kennel in Ohio from Delaware to receive a puppy. The breeders asked for more money, but I was cautious and did not send additional funds before receiving the puppy. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam, and I am now out $[redacted]. The scammers are refusing to refund me. I hope you can help me recover my funds. I am willing to provide the gift card information in hopes it can assist with the refund process. I purchased a $[redacted] Visa Vanilla gift card and paid $[redacted] for the purchase fee. When I called 1.[redacted] to activate it, a person with a strange accent took my call and requested my information, promising an additional gift card. However, I didn't receive my balance. I later found that my balance was $0 with a pending $[redacted] transaction after just buying the card. When I contacted customer service to report the issue, they asked me to wait 8 to 9 days as they couldn't identify the transaction. On 11/27, I checked my balance, still $0, showing a transaction to PayPal Zitengdaoji -O20029D71CDF. This seems to be a fraudulent situation that needs addressing.

I am experiencing a recurring problem with my Vanilla Gift Card as someone has made a purchase with it in Arizona, and despite reporting it in September, my card remains invalid. Despite following Vanilla Gift Card's dispute process, I have not received any updates. I have attempted to contact their customer service through various phone numbers listed on their website to no avail. Considering spreading the word on social media to inform others about the subpar customer service at Vanilla Gift Card is my next course of action.

I recently bought a $[redacted] Vanilla gift card. After purchase, I verified the correct funds. The next day, my balance showed $1 with a $99 purchase made in California, while I live in Oregon and had not used the card. The company has been unresponsive, not refunding or replacing the card. I immediately contacted them, filled out the form they requested, but heard nothing back. They now claim they never received my refund request form. I am frustrated with this situation and will keep pursuing them until I receive my refund, as it seems like they are part of this scam.

I intended to use my gift card on Shein, but upon realizing I needed a pin, I ended up using my debit card instead. Later, when I tried to use my Vanilla card in person, it was declined, with the suggestion that there might be no funds on it. I was certain I hadn't used the Vanilla card, so I checked my checking account and discovered Shein had charged my debit card instead. However, my Vanilla gift card balance shows $0.00. I am frustrated as I did not use my card on Shein, yet it indicates otherwise. Could I please receive an explanation of what occurred and possibly a prompt replacement?

I bought a VanillaPrepaid Visa Card on December 5, [redacted]. When I tried to use it, the merchant's debit machine said the card was not approved. The activation transaction receipt matches the card information, and the activation at Giant Tiger in Brampton was successful for card ending in [redacted].
