I bought a $[redacted] vanilla Mastercard gift card from Walmart online, but it arrived inactive. I have reached out to both the vanilla website and Walmart, called the provided number, and sent the requested information via email numerous times over a week, but my card remains inactive. I have made four phone calls and am still unable to activate my card. I am requesting for the card to be activated, or for a refund, or a replacement card loaded with the funds.

I have been waiting for days to receive an email to begin the dispute process regarding a fraudulent charge on my Vanilla VISA gift card. The card had a supposed balance of $[redacted], but I discovered charges on Google Play and only have $[redacted] remaining. I was promised an email and mail to start the dispute, but I have not received anything. My case number is [redacted]9. I urgently need the card and money for gifts and seek assistance. Thank you.

I bought a $[redacted] gift card assuming it would be an e-gift card and arrive instantly as indicated. I did not provide a physical address, assuming it was definitely an electronic gift card. However, when I checked the tracking information, it still mentions an e-gift card but the final confirmation suggests I will be contacted within a day or two for verification, meaning it won't be available today as initially stated (15 minutes online).

I purchased two Vanilla Visa Gift cards, a $[redacted] one and a $[redacted] one, and sent them via USPS to my sister in Florida from Massachusetts. I have the original receipt with two different numbers but lost the smaller receipt with the card numbers. I'm concerned as my sister hasn't received them yet. Is there a way to check if they were possibly stolen?

I received a vanilla visa gift card from a friend and tried to use it, only to find out it was expired. Despite multiple attempts to check the balance on the VanillaGift website, the system keeps saying the card information is invalid. I have also tried contacting customer support but have been unable to activate the card. There doesn't seem to be an activation link or number provided.

I purchased a Vanilla Visa card from Walmart and used it to buy something on walmart.com between 2:00 and 2:30 that day. I informed the company about my declined card. They said it was compromised and closed it, promising to send me a new one with $[redacted]. However, I received a card with only $[redacted]. The agent, with Case ID [redacted]6, mentioned an email with a form to submit, which I haven't received yet.

I am concerned about an unauthorized transaction on my deactivated card. Despite contacting customer service multiple times over the past month, I have not received the form required to dispute the $[redacted].50 charge made on 10/8. I was instructed to wait 90 days, but the form has not been sent to me as promised. I would appreciate it if the form could be emailed to me at [redacted].

I was charged twice at Ralf's, even though I have never been there before. This is the second time this has happened, and it's completely unacceptable. If this issue persists, I will no longer be a customer. I am extremely frustrated because this is my limited funds, and I am currently on a trip. This situation is highly unacceptable, and frankly, I demand a refund. Otherwise, as I mentioned, I will not be making any future purchases from your store.

I accidentally ordered 2 items from V- Blinging Jewelry Store instead of one. Initially, the transaction had an error message, so I attempted to purchase it again, resulting in the duplicate purchase. I promptly canceled the order and received a message confirming the cancellation was sent to the seller. However, upon checking my card transactions, both orders appeared pending. The seller claimed they did not receive any payment, despite the deduction from my card, leading to a confusing situation when I reached out to them for clarification.

I added a vanilla gift card to my Etsy account last year, but the remaining balance isn't sufficient to complete my current order, leading to payment declines. I fell victim to a scam orchestrated by an individual named Robert Greene who pretended to be an employee of the Powerball lottery. He instructed me to purchase vanilla gift cards worth $[redacted] each, claiming it was for verification purposes in relation to alleged winnings of $5.5 million, a Mercedes-Benz car, and $5,[redacted] weekly for life. To cover supposed city taxes of $10,[redacted], I bought these cards with both my credit card and cash, believing he was using them for payment. Despite his promises, including meeting at Regions Bank in Russellville to finalize paperwork for my "prize money," I never received any winnings, totaling $67,[redacted]. Robert Greene assured me he refunded the cards and would bring me $50,[redacted], but this never happened. I still have the cards, though I suspect they have been emptied. I reported the incident to the police and am seeking advice on how to recover my losses. Can anyone offer assistance or guidance on this matter?

I received a $20 Vanilla e-gift card a few months ago. I tried to use it today but realized the email only shows the front, not the back with the CVV. I've checked the FAQ's and tried calling customer support, but no one picks up after waiting for a while. I hope this can be resolved by providing the CVV or issuing a new card as the current one is unusable.

On Thursday, December 23rd, I received a vanilla gift card with $[redacted] on it. However, on the following Friday when I attempted to make a purchase, the transaction was declined. To my surprise, checking the balance revealed that $[redacted] was used on December 23rd at 9:25 pm, a time I did not use it. I attempted to use a gift card on the Animal Rescue website but encountered an issue. I recently used a gift card to buy a fan at Home Depot. I thought I could pay the extra amount with my credit card. The transaction was approved but then cancelled by Home Depot. Although the charge is pending on Vanilla's site, we didn't actually use the gift card. We want to get the $[redacted] refunded back to the Vanilla Gift Card as soon as possible. I have proof from Home Depot confirming the cancellation.

I recently received a Vanilla gift card labeled as a Visa Debit card. I used it at two restaurants, one yesterday and one today. The first restaurant charged me $36.00 for a takeout order, but when I checked my balance online, I noticed an extra $6.00 charge. At the second restaurant, I asked the server about a 20% tip being automatically added by Visa, but she wasn't sure. I left a $4.41 tip in cash, but later saw an additional $4.41 charge online that wasn't on my receipt. I'm confused if Visa is adding tip money or another fee each time I use the card. I didn't expect to be charged a service fee for every transaction since we paid a $5.00 fee when buying the card. I feel like I'm double tipping. The card is tan and says Vanilla Gift, Debit Visa, with a remaining balance of around $[redacted] from the initial $[redacted].
