I recently purchased a $[redacted] pre-paid Visa debit card. After winning a bid on eBay and trying to make a payment, I encountered an issue with insufficient funds. Although my Vanillagift account shows the payment as processing, I wanted to ensure the seller knew this and sent them a photo as proof. Despite eBay advising me to keep trying, I am concerned about the funds returning to my card rather than reaching the seller. I recently bought a Vanilla gift card to make an online purchase on Amazon. My order went through, but I later got an email asking me to update my payment method. I bought a vanilla gift card three weeks ago. I set my PIN to activate it, but I have been unable to use it since. When I call customer service and provide the 16-digit number, it says that the card doesn't exist. I still have the cardboard packaging with the activation code split between the card and the packaging. I put $[redacted] on the card from Walmart.

I recently bought a Visa Vanilla Gift Card and used it to make a 21-dollar purchase. When I tried to check my balance, I encountered an error message instructing me to "try again later." I attempted several troubleshooting methods without success. The card was definitely activated since I made a successful purchase beforehand. I purchased a vanilla gift card on 3/19/23 with $25 loaded on it, but I have not used it yet. I noticed four pending charges that I did not authorize. I have not received a replacement Visa Vanilla card after the first one was compromised. The initial card had $10, but the replacement had only $4.27. I never received a second replacement card as promised. This has caused me to be short about $33 in refunds from Christmas. I purchased a card from Walgreens, but when I attempted to use it on a website, it was not accepted. I recently received a gift card from Vinilla for my birthday in June [redacted]. I hadn't used it until a recent store visit, where I discovered it was declined.
